I really love my Ethereal Coffin Terrarium which I recently ordered. It is perfect for storing crystals in and for your witchy alter. Though I love the clothes products of Killstar, I am finding that their lifestyle products are also really exciting such as shower curtains and I especially love the journals too!
The Killstar team is super friendly and helpful, and their customer service is top notch, it absolutely matches the quality of the brand. I wholeheartedly recommend KILLSTAR to every child of darkness out there. Much love <3

Thought it was ok to wait because I live across the ocean. Turns out I was wrong.
What they tell me is that it`s not their fault but its USPS! I`m not aiming to sound like a drama queen but the package can`t be tracked at all!
Now I realize how naive I was. So many bad reviews I didn`t bother to check before

THEY CHANGED TO UPS! I order from Killstar for over a year for thousands of dollars without any problems or taxes! Up until now, they changed it to UPS :(( ((. My previous April order got lost, no refund no answers.
And my new June order shipped with extremely fast express shipping when I never asked for it, I had 2 options, express or normal with tracking, I picked the normal tracked one and not the express one, costumer service keep giving me automatic messages and no refunds for the lost order! They don't even read.
So angry having to order on a sale and pay double at the end because of a mistake they did. :(( (((( This will be t he last time I order from them unless they change UPS.

If your item is marked delivered, that is where killstar stops caring. They let me sit around waiting for 1-2 months for their determination to be... Your item was delivered. Yeah, thats what I told yall... I just didnt actually receive my item. They ignored my last message telling them that I dont agree with their policy. They just dont care. They are a corporate outfit. Dont expect any boutique treatment or for them to pretend you are a valued customer. Theyll get another customer if they lose you. They just dont care. Long time buyer/supporter no more. Have fun making your stupid plushies and dolls. What a joke!
Ordered 7 items, received 6 of that and a second of one of those six. They refuse to send the item I didn't receive until I send this one back. Only they are telling me I have to go print the label even tho I have told them I have no printer, and am immunocompromised so I am not going to risk going to the post office or anywhere else to probably get sick and possibly die because they couldn't send the right item in the first place. I wanted them to just send my unreceived item with a return label for this one, but they refuse. This feels like a scam, and I'm not going to get scammed by them.
I reported some missing items to Killstar but they just brush me off claiming I must have received them. Thanks for stealing my money. Awful experience.
Bought some boots in July, wore them a few times until the seam ripped open. Service said it was a wear/care fault and didn't answer after that.
Never again.
Just not great I ordered from them and spent over $500 but they won't get back to me about the pants that came ripped... after this I won't be buying anything horrible customer service.

Every time there was always a problem with my order and always a problem with customer service. They try and charge a crazy shipping fee to AK when they say it ships WORLDWIDE FOR FREE of $200 or more. SO WHY ARE THEY CHARGING ME ALMOST $100? Too many glitches on the sight and trying to steal people's money. The last order I was missing a skirt and they were super snotty about the whole thing. I love their stuff but their customer service is TRASH.

Purchased an $80 skirt. When I received it and tried it on, I saw there was a deep crease in the faux leather strap in the front center of the caging on the skirt & the strap was so disproportionate to the rest of the caging, it was much longer and hung in a manner that made it flip on its side,making it look ridiculous. The crease is so deep & will not come out, it occurred during shipping because of the way it was folded. Now they expect me to pay the return shipping cost, although the skirt was poorly manufactured and carelessly prepared for packaging. I sent a message about the condition of the skirt and all I received back was 'look up our return policy on our site'. They completely dismissed me and did not address my issue. I would recommend shopping elsewhere, such as Amazon or Dolls Kill. They carry Killstar items and don't make you pay for return shipping. Plus there are lots of Goth clothing sites with far superior customer service & online shipping policies. I attached a picture where you can see how ridiculously long the strap in the front center of the skirt is compared to the rest of the item, you can also see the creases which are deep. It is terrible that you would ignore a consumers concerns, especially when the error is on your end.
I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years now, and time and time again, I have reached out to customer service for various reasons. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent and they are not helpful whatsoever. It takes at least 24 hours to hear back from them, and they usually reply with vague, unapolgetic, regurgitated answers that you can just find on the FAQs. They are also one of few companies that makes the customer pay for the shipping of any returns or exhanges. Seriously? Most companies that I buy from online (and I do alot of online shopping), provide their customers with a free return shipping label, especially for just doing an exhange for a different size. I think I am officially done with Killstar and I hope no one has to go through this experience.
I've ordered from killstar a few times and I've never had any issues at all with their items, but I recently purchased a dress from there and I wanted to return it as it was to big, so I did return it and wrote to them that I would like a smaller size, and because I had to pay for the return I could track the item and they had received it, I had no email or anything to say that they had it or to let me know when they would be sending out the item I had to email them five times just to get through to someone and even tho it's lockdown I understand things might take longer but it's as if their ignoring me. I still havnt received my exchange and no email to inform me about anything. I feel a bit lost and don't know what to do if I can't get through to them? But the customer service is absolutely shocking.
