Since I started using Justfly a couple years ago I have had nothing but positive trips and experiences. I have told several individuals and they swear by justfly now and I will continue to use... nothing but Satisfaction.

Warning warning warning do not do your reservation through just fly travel agency they have no office in the United States the water customer service they will cancel your flight and they will not going to help you to get another flight because they would like to make the most money out of you as a customer if you have a problem you have to wait at least 2 hours and if they would like to call you back they will call you back at 2:00 a.m. when you are asleep because their office in a different region you cannot even sue them because do you have no offices here and each time you talk to them they blame the problem and covid-19 do not reserve your ticket through just fly it's a bad idea they give you cheap price to make it so empty and after 2 months they cancel your flight and say sorry covid-19 was a problem.
Very unsatisfied with my experience using Justfly.com. It is not clearly disclosed on the site that tickets are nonrefundable with third party and airline charges for changes and cancellation fees. It is clearly disclosed after you buy your ticket. I did not want a nonrefundable ticket and would have paid more for a refundable ticket. Customer service representatives were professional, but was on hold for over 40 minutes to speak with a supervisor. The disclosure that tickets are nonrefundable are buried in the terms and conditions. Only trivial information should be buried in the terms and conditions, not relevant consumer disclosures. Will not use again!
My husband died in May and I have been trying to get a refund for the money we paid for his airline ticket, using Icelandic Air, through Justfly. I have bee put on hold, told to call back, disconnected, told they've attempted to call me (with NO record of those supposed calls) and emailed to call again. Today I talked to a "supervisor" who said he would send an immediate email confirming they would be issuing a refund of my husbands ticket price (they told me I would have to pay $250 to cancel MY flight so I said not to cancel it). I have received NO email! They did, however, send an email in my dead husband's name, asking him to fill out a survey about today's call. HORRIBLE.
I started off knowing the time frame I was able to go, the site showed me the cheapest options, different flight options, and was even able to chose a different flight combination. This was the 2nd time using this site, but will continue to use it for any other flights that I have.
I recently made reservation and then realized that my reservation was to the wrong city at a very high airfare after 20 minutes I realized my error I called justfly and they immediately cancelled the flight and made arraingements for my refund

Took money 2 times and they said they didn't do that... send the picture of the charges and they send me an invoice and that they can't do anything about it
Called the airlines and they told me that the tiçkets didn't exist... had the money returned by the airlines and bought the tickets with the airline waiting for just fly to return the fees
I use the website for the second time, i like it overall.
Although, it would be better if i could see on the website potential fees for meals / baggage, without going to the airline webpage to see what are my exact features.
After a frustrating two days of searching and actually trying to book flights with Priceline and Cheap-O -Air I was unsuccessful. I actually entered vrediy card information on both sites to finalize my booking only to be prompted that flight was no longer available. I was then prompted to choose another "Great Deal" on a flight only to find that the price had increased dramatically. I went to JustFly and booked the two flights that I had previously spent two days trying to acquire. The whole process was so EASY it only took me less than a half an hour to book two different international flights!
I haven't personally used this site before but my son told me to try it, and I liked it. I booked a flight for my fiance and myself, to fly from Denver to Fort Lauderdale and back. It was easy to find the right timeframe for our trip. I was hoping the price would be lower but it was the best price without having to fly the redeye flights.
They are a scam. In January 2020 I booked a one-way flight for 7 passengers that ended up getting canceled by the airline, due to Covid. I was told by Justfly that I would be refunded but it would take a few months. Now more than a year later, no refund at all. When I call Justfly to check the status of my refund, they tell me my refund is on hold & I need to pay $400 in service fees to process it. Lie after lie after lie
I had called to see if I could get a refund on a ticket I wasn't going to use, instead the lady told me you can't cancel but if you pay and additional $50 you get that travel credit and its good for a year. I call to use my travel credit and they tell me it's an additional $200, I wait for an additional hour and 40 mins just to be told there is nothing they can do. It's a scam.
I booked a flight and was given a promotion for a discount when I booked my flight and they would not honor it. When 3searching flights I got a message that said that I could cancel my flight within. 24 hours of making it and now they refusing to honor They are scammers. I will never book anything with them again.
I purchased a plane ticket on American Airlines from justfly.com. I was traveling from Columbia, South Carolina to Durango, Colorado. Six days before the flight I noticed that the flight was from Columbia, Missouri to Durango Colorado. I called Justfly about the booking error, and they refused to help me resolve the problem. Justfly would not re-route the flight nor would they cancel the flight. I explained to them that I could not possibly use the ticket. Columbia Missouri is halfway across the country from me. Thus I had a $740.00 ticket that I could not use. I had to call American Airlines, and they did get the flight re-routed correctly, but it cost me an additional $200.00. I would recommend that everyone stay away from this site!

It went efficiently. The screens were responsive and easy to fill out. The restrictions on the flight were spelled out. The only thing we had to check on was the cost of checked baggage, so we had to go to the United site for that, but it wasn't difficult.
With the difficulty situation of Covid, we cancelled our flight through JustFly. To charge $70 is ridiculous for a couple keystrokes for the cancellation of our flight - during this time of the pandemic. Horribly inhumane.
I booked my flight with justfly, I had a family emergency and I canceled my flight before 24hrs. I clearly told them I need a refund back. & they said yes, & they told me ther where going to charge me a " fee" i said okay that's fine. Turn out they charge me the fee & up until this day, I never got my refund back. I been trying to reach to them for 3 days now, waited up to 3 hours on the phone each day, and no answer.
Justfly is literally the worst fly booking website I've ever dealt with. I need to change the date of my return flight ( which they tell it completely possible) but I couldn't. I tried to do it only but the website was roaming in purpose literally for over an hour. I tried to call customer service and I was on hold for 2 hours twice. After I gave up and I canceled my flight. Guess what? The cancellation took 2 minutes online vers trying to change the date on flight that was roaming for hours! I also tried to get a refund back ( I bought the cancellation protection plan) and I still didn't get anything back! This ridiculous! This company just still a 1000$ from me
Needed 3 round trip tickets for Houston to Lax. When I clicked on to input my information for the tickets, the price for the tickets changed after I placed the information for the first ticket. I called customer service in less than 5 minutes and explained the situation. They could not give me the price that was offered in the beginning for all three tickets. They ticket was cancelled and I was charged a cancellation fee. This is false advertising because I couldn't get all the tickets for the price offered and worst of all I got charged for something that was out of my control.
I booked my flight but when I received my confirmation the times and flight number was incorrect. When I called them, within 20 min of booking, I was told they could not help me. However, I could cancel the flight and rebook for a fee. This was a glitch in their system why am i being charged a fee?

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
