Very easy to find flight times to match my needs. Multiple options for Airlines and layover cities. Very good prices in comparison to other online reservation sites. Simple steps to follow to make the reservation once the choice had been made for the flight times.
So when I booked with Justfly I couldn't find flights anywhere else for the same price. I had to change flights and the people I dealt with on the phone were really helpful and pleasant. I would use them again if I ever needed to.
Alvin, on the phone obviously. Said there's only a french department. No spanish speaking there. Then he ask if i'm booking, i said yes but i would like to know some deals... then he said he if can have my american express. I said i can't just ask my dad for his card without knowing the price, i said thank you for your help... but didn't want to tell me any deal to Guayaquil, Ecuador. I couldn't explain to my father any prices because ALVIN said to give him the card information first. I said no no no. This is crazy. French department, but no spanish. NO STARTS AT ALL. No stars. I repeat. No stars!
I booked tickets from SAN to AMS with a stop in Philadelphia. 24 hours after booking, the layover time changed from 2.5 hours to 5 hours. The flight they booked us on did not exist (I checked)... Not good! It is now 24 hours before our flight, I went to check in and the seats I reserved when booking were no longer available. I had to book new seats. The only free seats were middle seats. I had to pay an extra $200 to get extra leg room seats for the flight from Philadelphia to AMS, there were no free seats left on the flight. I had reserved exit seats on all the flights and paid extra for it, but the seats apparently were never reserved. So be aware! You are going to pay a lot extra for seats. Best to book directly with the airline. Don't book with JustFly! Don't do it!
Misleading and dishonest. They tell you you have a seat, but then when you check-in, new rules suddenly apply and you have to pay a ton extra for seats. I learned my lesson on a trip to France was told by just fly that I had seat 13H from Paris to Charlotte and of course, I didn't have any seat, but would have to pay $130 for the seat they told me I already had. It was the same thing with the seating on the way there and I was stuck in the waaaaay back and in the middle row. Bad way to start and end a trip. Next time I will book directly with the airlines, or choose a better company... not just fly ever again.
Justfly.com is good at finding you cheap flights but be careful in trying to contact them in making changes to your flights during your trip because it'll be hard contacting customer support. We weren't able to contact anyone to make a change to one of our party members (travelled as a family) and had to book a flight on another airline (because we couldn't use that ticket). Airline tells you to contact 3rd party (justfly.com) to make changes and yet you're not able to contact them. Last resort is to cancel that one reservation and hope you can get some sort of refund but even that isn't justified in their view. Always used justfly to book past flights but running into this predicament during this last trip wasn't easy to handle and was a stressful situation. No longer using justfly for our family airfare needs.
My schedule changed with the flight - they would not let me cancel and rebook,american airlines said i was eligible for a refund, to cancel justfly charged me a 200$ rebooking fee and penalty to travel on a crappy route.
They charged us for seat selection without our knowledge. Then after the Coronavirus/COVID-19, the airlines cancelled our flight & gave us a full refund. Justfly took advantage of our situation and took a big cut for themselves. Not a reputable or honest agent. Stay away!
My experience with just fly every time has been hasslefree. Not to mention they're usually always the lowest rate and the best deal to meet my needs. I will continue to use just fly for my travel needs.
This website charges $75 for cancellation even if you cancel before $24 hours. Be careful. I booked my reservation and mistakenly booked the wrong date. When I realized that within 5 minutes, I quickly canceled my reservation since you can cancel before 24hrs no charge
Wait don't book ticket thro' justfly, number one B. S website to book your ticket, They mention in there website that If you book ticket and change your mind you just have to pay $19.99 and you covered but than it say only for 24 hours once paid $19.99 so this is another technic to rip off money, also within 24 hour I call atleast an hour or more before to cncel my ticket because after entered all the information they give you lowest price and once you book it they give or change the date as per there availability and we in rush do not pay attention and than you screwed up. So many flaws and gimmic, so please don't used justly fly to book your ticket. Trust me.
I had to cancel my vacation because of my father's dead and they took the money anyways. I cancelled a day after I got my tickets and they just lied to me over the phone. They keep me on the phone for a long time the first time and they didn't cancel my trip. Second time I called and they told me something totally different from the first time. Never got a cancelation email and never got my money back! I called many times and I also email them. They didn't do anything. Really sad experienced specially when I was going through a lot of pain.
I cancelled a trip to LA because of the fire and they charged me cancelation fee which is understandable and gave me credit for the balance. Its been over a month and a half that Im trying to book my credit of 3000$(For four of us). First of all you should know that the credit will apply only for the same passengers, same departure and same destination. After waiting and spending hours on phone with them since I was unable to reserve anything online, I was told that they can not offer me any flights to
LA unless I pay 1900$ more(for four of us). Even accepting that, they called me at the end of the same day telling me that they couldnt process my thickets... and that they apologize for the inconvinience...
I tried booking three tickets, and it changed when booking 3 vs 2 tickets. So i booked 2 tickets at $537, then tried to book 1 ticket by itself and the price jumped to $1264. So i had to book one of the legs at a slightly different. But after couple of hours, I saw the flight that i wanted at less than $537. So I called customer service to cancel. They tried to defer my cancellation as I tried calling them three times, each time I spoke with the rep for about 30-40mins. By the time it was the last call, I had ran out of 24 hour window, so I couldn't cancel even with penalty.
These guys are involved in price gouging.

Worst company ever! Short story they charged me $1343 for my $702 flight! I called within minutes and want to charge $75 to cancel.
Long story: I clicked on a $702 flight came back later to book. Filled in my information hit purchase and it flashed my flight had increased to $1343. I declined the flight. Found the $702 flight again looked at the price $1343 so got out. Went back found a different $702 flight looked at the price $702 confirmed myself. Clicked purchase looked at the price $702. Checked my email and they charged me 1343. 00! I called and they told me that $1343 was the price when I booked I said no it wasn't. Asked to speak to a manager and he tells me they have a snapshot of me confirming the price. I swear on everything I tripled checked every price and I never confirmed $1343. Now they will only let me cancel and want me to pay $75. I have never had a company screw me over so badly.

The funds should be released from the pre-authorization taken on your credit card within the next 10 days. There is always a cancellation fee as mentioned in the terms and conditions at time of booking and must be agreed in order to complete a booking.

I had to cancel my trip to Berlin, Germany because of the virus and received a travel credit. When I called their customer support the representative could not give me an answer how to use the credit. I finally found a website that told me how to my credit. I registered my booking number and a website came up telling me I had a credit and gave me an option of 1 flight to rebook. First of all the times were ridiculous like an hour and 10 minutes in London. Have these people ever been in Heathrow? My return flight had 2 stops with a travel time of 24 hours and the price was over $400 more than my previous flight but if you go to their website and want to book a flight my trip would be cheaper than my credit with decent layovers. I will never book with them again
I have looked for a few weeks now for a good price and found the BEST price on JustFly. JustFly did not have flights to other city destinations just the two cities I personally was looking for.

I have purchased through JustFly a couple of time and each time have had terrific guest service. 1st, I needed to make a change to a ticket. When I called, the woman with JustFly walked me through each scenario so I could make the best decision. I also needed to make a cancellation on a 2nd purchase and JustFly provided great guest service again!
I purchased 7 tickets from Fort Lauderdale to Kingston and purchased the extended 24hrs Cancellation Insurance Policy, which means I can cancel within 24hrs for any reason and only get charged the insurance fees.
I cancelled within 24hrs Justfly canceled 2 of the 7 tickets and now won't refund the other 5 ticket charge.
They first denied I purchased the insurance and has gone through every excuse in the book. The most recent is I purchased non refundable tickets.
Ok so why did I am i only being charged for 5 of the 7 tickets that are on the same reservation?
They are criminals DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. Expedia.com has never done this to me and I fly at least 5 times a year.
I might have to take this to court and will gladly spend more than the ticket price to prove a point that this is unacceptable.

This company is a scam I went on the website and theu charged me without my knowledge I checked my email and called them when i saw they booked a random flight for me and my family, and they tried to tell me they wouldn't give me my money back. I have reached out to the airline and am reaching out to the Attorney General in my state. As well as contacting a lawyer. I suggest that of you have had a bad experience you do the same.
