I had to cancel my trip to Berlin, Germany because of the virus and received a travel credit. When I called their customer support the representative could not give me an answer how to use the credit. I finally found a website that told me how to my credit. I registered my booking number and a website came up telling me I had a credit and gave me an option of 1 flight to rebook. First of all the times were ridiculous like an hour and 10 minutes in London. Have these people ever been in Heathrow? My return flight had 2 stops with a travel time of 24 hours and the price was over $400 more than my previous flight but if you go to their website and want to book a flight my trip would be cheaper than my credit with decent layovers. I will never book with them again
