I needed special seats and contacted the airlines to reserve them. Justfly charged $14.95 for seat selection, which they didn't do. When I asked them to remove the charge, they told me it was nonrefundable.
Later, I noticed that they had entered my first name incorrectly and asked them to correct it. They said they couldn't do that without charging me $75. When I asked for a supervisor, I was on hold for an hour and received the same message.
Justfly, never again.
Scammers I would give o stars if I could! I booked a flight for my son for a night flight and when I paid and it booked it switched to a morning flight, I called to switch it back and they said sure that will be $57 more! I said that is wrong! Your site switched my flight. Just cancel it which was all in a matter of 5 minutes! I was told ok you will get a full refund in about 3 days. I called back in 4 days, lets just say this went on for over a month and they enjoyed playing games with me knowing full well they were not going to refund me my money. So let me make it easy for the rest of you because I did get my money back right after I did some research and filed a complaint and I don't want to see anyone go through the aggravation I did so go to the website checkbca.org and they should help. I found Just Fly while trying to book a round trip flight from Daytona Beach to JFK and was pleased to find they offers the best price for the best route available. I would highly recommend their site!
I booked my tickets. I've got the confirmation letter on e-mail. Money were gone from my banking account. So I relaxed... And a few hours later my order has been CANCELED with no reason!( Mesed up completely!((( NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
Worst Agency in the world. They are thieves and scammers. Our flight from RDU to Cairo was cancelled due to Covid19, we bought new tickets on a repatriation flight and paid a lot.
We tried contacting JustFly by mail, and phone they never reply.
We need to get back our refund but they just ripped us and didn't give us any refund.

Our flight was canceled last summer due to COVID-19. They promised us a refund. We have email documentation stating that we would get a refund. We still have not received that refund on our credit card. It is almost impossible to get a hold of them. We have been trying and trying and have spent over 40. Hours on hold. I highly recommend you not to make travel plans with just fly.
The lighting of the flight was very modern with a tv screen at every seat, I was able to play games or watch tv at no extra charge. I do a lot of flying for work but this trip was a personal one. And I wish my company would use virgain amarica for my flights after this experience I had
There was apparently a problem with my connecting flight. When I called the airline I was told that it was through the booking agency. It was truly impossible to connect to the booking agency and I ended up just canceling my flight. Justfly still stole 100 dollars from me. I would not recommend them.
I actually used a different site to compare with JustFly.com. When I was done comparing, the other site beat JustFly's prices by about $50. When I clicked on the other site's "BOOK" button, it actually just redirected me back to JustFly because JustFly had the better price than the one I had searched for myself. The point is, you can't beat JustFly, even if you try.
I booked the flight from JustFly and didn't fly due to the medical issue. I called the airline and they said I can get the refund through JustFly by submitting the medical documentation to them. However, after I submitted it to JustFly, they never submitted it to the airline. I called the airline several times and none of their department received the request from JustFly. Every time you call JustFly, their people have different answers and lie.
The first guy I was working with totally sucked, he gave me the wrong information. Totally negative attitude told me I couldn't find the flight and at the price I was looking for really was upsetting. The second person that helped me was great helped perfectly with what I wanted to do.
I purchased a round trip ticket... somewhat happy with the price, then after the purchase i re-checked my artinerary and the price had increased about $12. I called to complain and justfly said the price had just increased at that moment... yeah right!
Despite 2 hour layover between flights I had a good trip and flights were on time. Air Canada was a pleasure to fly with but there was no food and with layovers I travelled 6 hours for what should have been a 2 hour flight in both directions.
Had a very difficult time dealing with these people, don't get a cancel insurance when they will still charge you additional money to cancel your reservation! They will not work with you with the covid pandemic.
Upgraded flight to standard economy yet the confirmation came back as basic they gave me to options to settle one is to cance itinerayl cost $70, to change $200, the time between initial booking and request to cancel/change was about ten hours

I booked a flight with them and had my passport stolen unfortunately. When I called them tomcjanged the flight they could not be bothered instead they said I had to pay full amount for the ticket, when I asked about the insurance I paid for on the ticket cause I needed to change the ticket by 2 days so I could get the emergency passport. Maria (jistfly worker) told me they have nothing to do with them its a separate company. I have to call the insurance myself and she said that could take 1-2 weeks like what?
If you want to fly smoothly and be safe Incase you have problems rather book with the airline straight.
Was easy for me to book an confirm my flight. Reasonable price. First time using this site. They search through all the prices for you and give you many choices. Starts out cheapest to more exspensive. Love it. Would reccomend this site to all my friends and family.
I found using JustFly very easy and a good experience except after pursching my ticket I never received a confirmation from Justfly not airlines. No receipt of statement showing my purchase. The only email was the one verifying my purchase was in progress and will receive a confirmation. I never did receive it not a receipt verifying the purchase using my credit card. I am still wanting a receipt.
Got the flight for less than I had plan to spend by $22.00 I would received e-mails informing of the various deals available. They also had a varitiy of flights and times of departures. This give me a lot of choices. Frist time I used this site and it wont be the last.
The company charges things with one click without you knowing.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. We are so sorry to hear about this, we can only imagine the stress you have gone through after losing your passport. We would like to advise you that CSA is a company we offer through our website therefore it is not our insurance plan. When a change or cancellation happens on a file, we as a travel agency need to follow the airline fare rules and charge any applicable fees. Once changes are made, you would then need to open a claim with CSA and they will do the necessary refund if any.
As a compensation, we have agreed to go ahead and refund JustFly $150 per passenger modification fee. You should be receiving this refund in the next 2-10 business days.
When it comes to the airline penalty and fare difference in the flight you had to pay as well, we would suggest contacting CSA directly to see if they would be able to refund you those fees. As an agency, the airline fees are completely out of our control which is why we can not authorize the refund.
