The same flight booked on the same airline was $150 less than they charged me. No refund without penalty. The supervisor sad we have a tape that you agreed for this price. They charging minimum $100 booking fees for an INTERNAL FLIGHT.
When I make the reservation I picked my seats, got the confirmation by email without seats. Called customer service and they told me that they can't see the seats but online it says I can't pick seats because I already did. They transferred my call to someone else by the name Marie, she said that she will request my seats but I won't know until 3-days before my flight. I'm sorry but I picked my seats and I need those seats because I have a back problem that I need to stretch my legs and I need room because of my back pain. I called Delta and they told me that JustFly never entered my seat selection. What a bad company, they tell you that you can pick your seats in order for you to buy the tickets with them and feel like you are getting a good deal. I'm really thinking about canceling my tickets since I got the insurance and get my tickets with another company.
I have booked the flight through Justfly at Alaska Airlines, on the same day after one I have canceled ticket for some personal reasons. Alaska airlines processed the refund to Justfly airlines to their cooperate business credit card. But Justfly never processed refund to me. I called the customer support of Justfly, they put me on hold for more than 1 hour, an agent who is pretending to help me on refund checked me twice whether I am still there online and never called me back again. The same process repeated when I called them twice again.
If you run into a problem with a change, this company charges you to cancel your flight. They tell you that you can cancel your flight and plan another trip using that money, but you have to be going to the same place. If you are trying to rebook, they don't even look at their own website to see what the cost of the flights is. We will not use this company ever again. This is an outsourced company.

They show you the price of the international fligth 898 one way then after click book now they show is not available and and 913 and its only $14 dollar difference so you will agreed and when you put your information specially you credit card number it will turn up to be $3900 2 person will charge to your card instead of $1826 you will be shocked so i imediatelly cancel it for only 30 munites of booking

No option to alert airline of handicap status. I called and was told American was informed and would be ready for me (they weren't). The seat that I paid $34 extra to choose was sold to someone else and I was asked to moved.
Justfly is probably the the most easy and user friendly, when you book your flight. But if you have a problem or need to change your flight YOUR SCREWED its impossible to contact them. Between just fly and china eastern airlines. It cost me more than twice as much as i payed for my original ticket. NEVER AGAIN
Justfly is a scam.
I paid $400 as a cancelation fee to get new tickets, but I lost that too.
Made many calls but they lie. I provide proof of their emails, they stopped answering my phone calls.
I lost $1411+$400.
It is a scam company.
I tried changing my flight because of the coronavirus and just fly said nope so I had to either keep flight or let it go so I let it go and lost my money, justfly does not care about there customers only the money for them.
I should have researched Justfly.com before purchasing the ticket at Justfly.com.
According to the BBB, their warning is true about Justfly.com. Regarding their excessive fees if you make a mistake. See link below.

I thought i booked the right trip. But apparently, the return trip has a 24 hour layover from Taipei to san francisco. I had to changed the flight, and they charged me $300+ for it. I had to negotiated a little bit and they reduced to $250. The ticket was ~$750, instead I had to pay $1,009+.

I am so disappointed in the customer service I've received. First, Just Fly did not inform me of a cancelled flight which delayed my travel to Africa by over 20 hours. Then, I was told to cancel my entire flight by a representative the night before my trip. Then, I was treated as a child by the customer service representative as she repeated her statement, raised her voice, and put me on hold to get a supervisor for over 20 minutes. After over an hour on the phone (and the 4th time I've spoken with Just Fly regarding this trip) I was told they could not help, because they had used ANOTHER third party to book my travel and could not refund my flight I never took. Rene, the supervisor and Gianna the customer service representatives were not helpful at all. I count myself a very positive, hopeful person but I would not recommend Just Fly to even my worst enemies.

The justfly service was great. Easy to use and the user interface was easy to navigate.
The only complaint and not really sure if justfly could have done anything about it but I selected a flight with an air carrier that went bankrupt so it was nerve racking because I had no idea if my return flight was going to be canceled while I was traveling. It would be great if justfly could exclude airlines that are about to go bankrupt or near bankrupt from their search engine. Or the very least have a warning come if a customer decides to select said airline.
JustFly offers competitive airline rates and the site is very easy to navigate! When booking for a flight, domestic or international, I usually check in with JustFly first as I know I am getting the best airline rates on the market!
Ordered a flight that changed and charged 75.00 cancelltion fee 5 minutes after booking. The flight had a 22 hour layover in Dallas that showed up and I just wanted to delay a day and they charge a 75.00 fee for a mistake realized 5 minutes after receipt of their confirmation. I realize there was fine print that technically allowed it, but they wouldn't budge. I will be booking my car and hotels through a different site and will not use them ever again for anything. I hope their 75.00 fee was worth it!

Horrible service and experience. I spend 4+ hours a day on hold for them to tell me to call back or pretend they will follow up with me with 24 hours. They gave me a 19 hour layover in China and refuse to fix it although the airline approved the fix. I'm on hold for the 6th hour today as I type this and my flight leaves tomorrow. They refuse to refund me although I have insurance and refuse to contact the airline. I've never been treated worse. I travel a lot and never had such a horrible experience. So much more to the mistreatment but please go to another company before you get scammed.
This was the third time I have booked with Justfly and each time the experience gets better. I like how the low price you get stays low and doesn't add additinal fairs as you continue on the booking process.
Save your money and time. Big fraud and they are all about stealing money. Never got my refunded money to my account from airlines. Wasted hours of time on following up. I WOULD NEVER EVER recommend justfly to anyone
This is the worst travel company I ever dealt with the staff and Supervisor is so rude. I put a date to travel and they gave me another date and wouldnt change the date and wanted to charge me 200 dollars per ticket to make a change for there mistake. And tried to give me another date with a 25 hours lay over how crazy is that. I wouldnt recommend this company JUSTFLY to my worst enemy. This is a third party travel agent that I was using to book a flight please dont go this route it is not worth it. This company need to be close down very rude and very nasty staff, Thank God for American Airline staff and Supervisor for helping us out of this mess
I booked a flight. They changed the time later on. Causing me loosing all the flight then the canceled my return flight without my consent causing me to by another flight. They refuse to refund my money ($1300 an some change). At the end of the day, I end up spending over $1500 to get another flight. The don't even have a away to discuss with them over the phone. They only chat. What kind of business is that. I was oversea at that time and the internet was not good. I called them on my phone despite the cost. Bo way to speak to them

At this point, we would suggest contacting the airline directly if you want to confirm your seats. We can not however confirm the airline will not have their own separate fees.
