Booked a flight form CPT to YYC, plus return journey. Business Class.
Completed outward journey and arrived in Calgary... with some stress along the way due to changed flights. Got a message that my return leg was undoable and needed change... with 2 stops... The change now caused the one leg to overlap with the last flight! Now it is really undoable! I looked - the flight as originally booked is still flying! I cannot understand WHY it should be changed!
The latest is that the middle section of my itinerary has completely disappeared! I'd probably have to swim across the Atlantic from Montreal to Frankfurt!
Come on! I paid good money for these flights! And it seems that it is impossible to get a callback as requested! It seems here is another site I will probably not use in future and won't recommend them either!
This saga is not over yet!
The Justfly system will ramdomly select one unlucky customer and create an error on the reservation (either the date, name of the passenger, anything). When you call the customer service, they will suggest to cancel the reservation and re-book it for you, being the only way to correct the error made. Even when you asked if there are any fees, they will say no.
Then they charge 75$ per person for a cancellation, even if in the beginning, you didn't want to cancel, only for them to correct the reservation.
Good luck trying to have the fees refunded.
I have done many reservation through a lot of travel site and my experience with this one has been by far the worst. Costumer service and handling the cancellation could have not been worse than this. I advise to do yourself a favor and do not even bother with this site.
I've keep trying to change my moms flight and they make me wait 1hour and 30 minutes to tell me that they can't do it. My airline company tells me to contact them since I bought my tickets with Justfly.com. I Will never going to buy with them again.
I don't know whether the itnearary I received from jet fly should be taken as confirmed and can I go to airport on August 12 in Washington DC and show my itinerary. Can I talk to some one about this and other issues. This is the first time I am going through you. Pl help me.

I tried to change a reservation by adding a second person to the itinerary. They would not let me do this since I was adding a minor which could not be on a separate transaction. I tried to talk to a manager (good luck with that), and they said they would have to charge me $75. For a cancellation fee. WHAT A RIPOFF!
They told me to try and call the airline to fix this. They didn't want to do anything. They were no help at all.

We noticed we booked for the wrong dates within 24 -48hrs, my husband called, and found out it was 500 to change the dates. Money we did not have to spend, but had to. Which was ridiculous. We called the airline, and they would not have charged us for changing. Do not use these jokers
I book online I called to change the returning flight+1 *******769 cause this is the number that came up they told me to pay 800 for promotional and they would return 1253 come to find out I pay 800 Amd they were a scam saying that they just fly. Lost 800 then I called the 800 and they told me that's not they fault. Even know that 888 wasn't their number that listed on internet
Attempted to book a flight. It didn't show the entire flight details until I received confirmation email and found out it had a 22 hour layover. Then attempted to call requested a call back which never came. I ended up canceling it less than five minutes later and got charged $75! A rip off!
We booked a flight with JustFly for our family to fly home from Key West on Wednesday, July 24th, but the carrier, Silver Airways, cancelled the flight early in the month. JustFly never notified us, and in fact was sending us updates to check in and confirming our flight home the day before. Our family, along with 5 other people were standing in the airport trying to check in when we found out we had no flight. Had to pay for an additional nights stay, over $3000 in new plane tickets, a cancelled 2nd flight, lost days of work, and food and drinks for another 24 hours. They still will not refund our money and keep saying it is Silver Airways that has to approve it, but JustFly failed and never told us. We have contacted them now over 10 times and I have the email from Silver Airways stating they are not paid if they do not fly, so there is nothing to approve.
If a hurricane like Florence comes your way, you can't reschedule, cant change flights unless you pay MORE than the ticket is worth. Their customer service is in India or somewhere in some small basement in a foreign country. So dont expect pity when something horrible happens in the USA. Their trip insurance is also crap. So American Airlines is helping me out with a credit. Just Fly, tried to swindle me 200 plus dollars. Never again. Thanks for being complete@$$holes during a detrimental time in our lives. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, and if ANYONE wants to start a class action lawsuit, sign me up.

There is no transparency on this boooking site. I would definitely prefer to book on Expedia.
Customer service is not available for call. Expedia has a 1-800 customer service that you can connet right away. For JustFly, You would have to wait for them to call you, which will take an hour or worst the next day.
This is same company Flight Hub and Justfly.
Had an emergency and had to be in SF on a friday and it was so easy to use Justfly, they give you the route optins, stop and what price and way lower than the actual website of American Airlines. I got a oneway ticket at $100, I mean that was just amazing, saved ton of money. Thank you Justfly

I have an inquiry about my reservation. My original reservation was for a St. Louis to Washington DC flight at 12:50 PM and then I changed it to an earlier morning flight at 6:13 AM. When I changed my reservation, the agent on the phone told me that there would be no penalty and no difference for the charge. I am certain that he did not notify me that I would be charged a penalty for changing my reservation. I recall that he kept saying to me that "there is no difference" for changing my reservation. He also stated explicitly that I would not be charged extra. But when I checked my credit card, I noticed that I was still charged 275 dollars, which is nearly twice as expensive as the original ticket. Is it possible to examine the recording of the phone call I had with the agent that took place on April 15th, 2017? I definitely would not have changed my reservation if I knew that I would have to pay a 275 dollar penalty for such change.
I canceled my flight just within 24 hours of cancelation period. My account supposed to be credited in 10 days. After 15 days no credit. Pay attention to all negative reviews - everything is true. Hard to understand the very simple English. So I bought my trip directly from the flight company (in my case from Aeroflot) - 20 dollars more but no headache. I wouldn't trust them. Try to avoid it. They might be cheap but in long run you pay more.
Booked a flight with option to cancel. When the situation didn't allow me to use my flight with all insurance's they wanted 200 dollars just to get my un used flight taxes back.to which I was entitled to. We had a trip booked from Dallas to London. We had to cancel due to Coronavirus outbreak. We called directly to United and were able to get a full refund but they sent the money to Justfly because we purchased through them, It has been over a month and Justfly still has not given us our money.We have a check number and amount confirmed from United to prove it was sent but every time we call Justfly they say they did not get it.No supervisors are available they put us on hold or hang up on us or just keep reading the same script. Horrible service we have nearly 3000. 00 we may never get back!

Well, there's no option to cancel on the booking page, and if you cancel with the airline itself then you only get partial refund. Thieving dogs

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
