I had the worst experience dealing with them. I went to board my flight in Canada travelling to Thailland with a layover in Japan that was 12 hrs. Because my lay over went into the next day they would not allow me to board my flight. I then had to book another ticket leaving Japan to Thailland that was within the same day which cost me a lot of money. When I arrived in Thailland- after a few days I checked to see if they cancelled my return ticket back to Canada because I didn't take the flight from Japan to Thailland. Sure enough they did! Had to pay for another return ticket back which is brutal!. Trying to deal with the customer service was horrible. They were very rude and did not try to do anything to help. Do not use them! I warn you now!
I have had two family members with numerous problems with this site. They have horrific customer service, and when there is an issue, they can't do anything about it, as opposed to making it with an airline directly. Yes, it maybe cheaper, but NOT WORTH IT. I would say its a scam, but I can't say that---but to make people go through hell (a flight was changed, and they did nothing and said they don't have to do nothing) is wrong and no reason to use, except for pricing comparision.
Absolutely sick. I live in Pennsylvania and we had a stay at home order until May 8. My flight was scheduled for May 7th so I could not leave. I attempted to call Justfly DOZENS OF TIMES. Their automatic system would hang up on my every time. All I wanted was credit so that I could book a flight at a later date, instead I had to cancel the flight and they only are crediting me about $200.00 (not to mention the $35 charge PER TICKET) for about $600 worth of flights! Do not use this site. An absolute abomination of a service company. I will not EVER use again.
To say that I was surprised would be to say nothing! Our flight that was scheduled for March 25,2020 was canceled of course and we were give an option to re-book. This was my first positive experience with this agency. And last night when I called and asked if I could be fully refunded the cancelled flight at first and then when calling to reschedule it, I decided just to cancel it. I did not expect AT ALL that I will be given the full refund! WOW, just WOW. I am so thankful for that. And today when I called and then went to website to book two tickets for me to travel and bring my mom who is stack in another country back home, I was given all help possible to make this trip happen. You cannot even imagine what that means to me to be able to travel and get back my mother and JustFly makes it always happen. ALWAYS! Love this agency and will never, never book through any other options!
I had to cancel my ticket because of Covid 19. They told me I had travel credit. When I tried again to get a ticket, the site was not working online. So I went ahead and bought a ticket, thinking they would give me my credit. Well, they didn't. So I called them. They said they can't give credit, because I have already bought another ticket. What kind of business is that? A credible business should give back credit in times of trouble. I won't be dealing with them any more.
I am a frequent traveler. Prices are pretty good but customer service is the worst I have ever received. I paid $19.99 for an extended guarantee on a flight 9 months from date of purchase. My business dates changed to a week later. Even though my travel dates are still 8 months in the future AND even though I paid $19.99 for extended cancellation (note: fine print is only 24 hours from purchase date) I end up receiving a $81.08 credit (that can only be used by airline booked) out of a $431.08 flight. Upon further reading if I had purchased the insurance for $36.00 (covers medical, CANCELLATION, etc) instead of JustFly's $19.99 "Extended Cancellation" (reminder this is 24 hours of EXTENDED), then it would have been refunded. Top this all off with a help line that has no one who can communicate (tried twice) and they WILL NOT offer anyone who could help them communicate that may be managing. DON'T BE A DOPE LIKE ME--GO KAYAK
I payed $1400 USD for a flight from the united states to the philippines and due to covid 19 i could not travel on my assigned date. I wanted to reschedule my flight and i tried calling, rebooking, and emailing justfly and to no avail and now i flight date has pass, how the $#*! should i stand the lost of $1400 USD. I will sue their $#*!.
Horrible! I booked the tickets paid and thought that was it. After receiving my itinerary stating that the price was what I paid for I got a notification from my bank of all the changes and I noticed I was charged twice! Called and was on hold for 1 hour and 45min and never spoke with anyone! So I called back in the morning with the same hold time but someone answered. I was told that the extra charge was just a service charge and that the funds would be reversed back to the card in 48 hours which was not true! So now I'm on the phone with them for 2 hours and 48 min I actually screenshot my phone screen because this was horrible! I felt like they stole my money! They lied about the price! I booked flights for 4 ppl and we was not seated together and I'm thankful they was all of age to sit by themselves! Never again!
My husband arranged my airfare to Greenville, S. C. It is the only direct flight from OHare Airport that he was able to find and the timing was perfect for me to fly there and back home. The price was reasonable and I was happy!
I have try to book thru Justfly it give you the best price ever then when you want to book it. It let you do it ask for your credit card then tell you that the price has increased since your booking take sometimes then finally to tell you that there no flight at this price and give you an higher price than any other competitors changed your dates change your time. I am glade that I read review before I got involved and if you read at what the answer from the company to the unsatisfact people. It is the same answer each time please send those people to jail
Not only did they refuse to refund me a ticket that i could not use because of COVID restrictions they completely bottled the update to the reservation! They sent me a confirmation but not to the airline?! Where have you ever seen anything like it?
I made a mistake in one of my bookings by pressing the confirm too fast and couldn't undo it. When I called the 800 number a few minutes after a confirmation email came in, the agent was most helpful in cancelling the erroneous booking. I later rebooked that flight.
This company sell flights as a third party. When airlines cancel or change your flight the airline is not responsible so you have to call this company and they never answer. You call the phone number for booking as the seller is right there answering. When you tell them that your already booked flight have been cancel they hang on you. The costumer service line never answer. They just take your money and bye. Don't book with them. They will change your itinerary and never refund the money. Also when you go online they don't give you the option of canceling with refund even when a their fault. If you cancel they assume is because you want to cancel and keep your money.
Great price on ticket but somehow ended up with a travel insurance that I didn't want and didn't choose. I called the insurance after not being able to contact just fly. They couldn't cancel it. I dunt want the insurance. No idea how it got charged to my account.
This company would not send me an itinerary - gave me the "wrong" confirmation code - spelled my name wrong and put in the wrong birthday date. I called and to change "anything" there was a fee of 75.00 fee to change their mistake. I bought flight insurance was told I was told I still may not get refunded. It would be under their advisory board if I got my money back and, get this, I would have to pay a cancelation fee charged to my card. This is within 24 hours. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER book with this company. They are NOT reputable! Go with a well known company!
TERRIBLE! If I could rate them a 0 I would have! Booked a reservation for a flight for my son who is a minor, I used my credit card. I wanted to cancel flight, they will not let me due to the fact thay my information is not on the ticket!? Gladly took my money to pay for the ticket but will not refund you?! My minor son can call or email to make the change. Makes no sense! DO NOT USE THEM!
The reason I called to cancel was a hour after I bought booked the flight they sent me a way better deal! As a company they are misleading and dishonest!
I was able to spot out the perfect sheduled flights with a good price very quickly. I checked other site, such as cheapFlight, Expedia, etc, etc, and I found the best flights for me with Justfly.
I also love that this site let me input my airline members numbers so that I can accumulate the miles.

I bought the ticket after entering all information with all possible care that can be taken and printed the ticket after entering / refreshing the page twice and in this time the name with misspelled where they change the letters in the name from front to back Anita is not the same as Anati and my BIG mistake was that i trusted the website to take all the personal information and treat it with same care as I should. But these people take all the care to charge the customer and no care to keep them happy or provide the service they have been promised. Now if you are like me and don't have free floating money and dont like people/company miss use the personnel information don't use this company.
The justfly website is easier to find online and you can call for help anytime you want to book a ticket. They serve all people with no discrimanation. Booking a flight with justfly will give you abroad experience as you travel with then.
