I booked for me and my sister for Toronto, Canada. When I reviewed my entries it looks good. After I confirmed the purchase my sister's name is incomplete. I hurriedly called just fly. They told me to cancel the trip and rebook but told me the flight might not be there anymore. I panicked. Customer service calmed me down and told me that he will help me rebook and find out if same trip available. I was relieved and happy when rebook was finalized with same flight. That was a very efficient customer service.
I booked through Justfly less than a month ago and had to cancel the flight within an hour, which was annoying to do (I had to do it via phone, they had no online option). In the intervening time they have changed their policies without making the change clear at all, and when I had to cancel a flight booked in error within 30 min (due to their extremely misleading practice of showing alternate dates when you search for a specific date) they charged me $75 for cancellation and said it was an airline (Jetblue) policy. The Jetblue website told a different story, so I called and asked for a refund, and was told first that it was a Jetblue policy, then a Justfly policy, then a Jetblue policy again. I will never use this horrible site again and I advise anyone considering using it to go directly to the airline or use another site.
I booked on JustFly.com a trip to the Bahamas with my family. We had a layover in Florida and JetBlue charged us $25 for each bag=$100, which was fine, but when we arrived in florida, we were told we needed to pay an additional $100 for the second airline Silver Airways. I even checked the website and it states specifically that if your origination flight is a JetBlue number, then you WILL NOT have to pay at the connection flight. Total scam.

I bought a ticket through Justfly.com for overseas that caught my attention by saying that " 24 hours free cancellation". I trusted them and I bought that ticket just in case if I couldn't find any better option while I was searching on the same day. I found a better ticket and I cancelled the ticket after 15 hours on the same day without worrying about cancellation fee. Then, I noticed they charged me 75$ for using their site and they didn't refund my seat request that was 23.80$. I believe it's not appropriate that they charged me for providing no services. They say very big 24 hour free cancellation but they write very very little see more details and in that option they inform you through some pages that you should pay 75$ for cancellation. I still don't know why they didn't refund my seat request?! I lost my job because of covid 19. It's my worst qurantine experience :(
Airline canceled flight due to virus and they will not refund my money back! They tell you they are waiting for the airline to issue the fund back to them. I called the airline directly and was inform that the refund has been issue back to them weeks ago. They will not let you talk to their billing or manager. Worst company ever!

JustFly is a fraud. They cancelled my ticket and they have been telling me for 10days to wait because we need to reschedule your trip. I talked to a supervisor and she is telling me that "to be honest this is impossible to find you a ticket anymore so it is better to take you money and go find another flight by yourself". I asked her if this is the company policy she said yes unfortunately.
I told the supervisor Jenny that I will file a law suit against what you said and she was very rude and told me that whatever you want to do go for it and we don't care.
I don't know who should I talk to now. Everyone says that sorry we are too busy.
Horrible customer service. Horrible help. Had to cancel my flight due to covid from last augst. My 2 flights for me and my mom were $2500. My mom wants to book alone now so i thought we could just book and use 1250. They told us that because she is booking alone she is only eligible to use 25% of the 1250? Then, they go on to tell us that flights to the same destination on their end are shown to be around $2000? When i look by myself i can see flights for 1300... so my mom can only use 300$ of the credit but has to book a 2000$ flight, so end up paying $1700,... when she could just book a whole new flight for 1300. It's $#*!ing ridiculous. No refund allowed... Horrible customer service who cant speak nor understand english. And the best part is, when i called after cancelling our flights and asked if we could book seperately, the one guy told me it was possible and did NOT menton that stupid 25% policy.
Don't ever book a flight through them. They never answer phone for customer services. If you buy or make a new reservation, someone will pick up the phone really quick, but to get customer service you can wait for 2 to 3hours when they decided to pick up. Especially since covi they found some lame excuse but they are no honest and big liar. I have been traveling internationally for more than 20years and I never experienced that much problem with that agency. No one should travel with that much stress especially when you go to another country. Read other people review and you will understand that they are not good
My flight was cancelled due to COVID-19. Justfly Customer Service is very poor and unresponsive. I can get no response for my refund request. I have tried to get through to Customer Service for days with no luck. I've been on hold for hours and callback service transfers me to a "supervisor" who never responds. There is no email address on their website to contact them. Flyers beware!
Please please please save your time, energy and sanity and do not use this pathetic 3rd party reservation system for anything! Their telephone customer service is an utter nightmare, not so much because of the people but because of the business model and company restrictions that they are forced to work with.

I called Justfly, to at least get a credit towards my next flight, b/c I wanted to cancel my current flight, but there was no flexibility. I couldn't even cancel my flight, b/c they were going to charge me an extra 75 dollars to cancel for a non-refundable non transferable airline ticket.

I just booked two domestic flights within Vietnam using JustFly. It was super easy. I had looked on some other booking sites for these flights (DaNang to Nha Trang and Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City). When I got to the final page to check out, the flight would be twice as much. I still don't understand why. This never happened with JustFly. The prices were clear as was the baggage allowance. Called in to use the airline credit, been transferred around from Kevin to Riza and they kept telling me they cannot book the flight because they cannot see the fare. Kept telling me to call back in 24 hours, that it's a different process and they cannot see the fare. Asked for manager and would not give me anyone, scammers. A ticket company cannot see the airline fare that's the bs they pulled to not re-book using my credit. Originally purchased the ticket for $368. Currently looking at the ticket I want to book for $227, BUT Irish here is trying to sell me that same ticket for $480! I will go out of my way to write my blogs and vlog with that review so I can make sure my audience will steer clear of these scammers.

I booked the wrong date on my flight and didn't realize it until my daughter called 30 minutes later and told me. I couldn't change the flight and read that I needed to call in. The agent was great. I cancelled the flight for a full refund and was able to book the correct flight the second time. The 4 hour cancellation policy was a godsend for me this time. I will try to book all of my flights with JustFly. Very Satisfied.
JustFly alway provides the cheapest ticket price. But each time when you select the price you will be asked to add $75 more because the price you selected is no longer available. This is not the worst. The worst nightmare is the paid price doubled instantly right after you submit your order. I cancelled my order immediately but charged $150 cancellation fee (two tickets). The refund is not full refund. I received a refund that was $50 short. This is cheating. JustFly make money by charging you for a cancellation fee. Stay away from this company.
It was a wonderful experience, very easy to book tickets and you get the best deal which not even the airlines give you.
I got a great deal by flying using Airindia and the cost was cheaper than what Airindia was actually mentioning.
I booked through justfly.com and had to cancel due to COVID. I am trying to redeem my credit and no one can help me. I completed the information online and they want to charge me again without applying the credit. Called the customer service line spoke with a 3 different reps and was transferred to customer care and was disconnected each time. I am frustrated. At least give me an explanation to why you will not honor my credit. Beware this is not an honorable site.
Horrible experience. They are based in the Philippines. Very very poor service. One of the Worst companies I've delt with. I have a major medical emergency. And you could not believe what they are putting me through to move my flight up a few weeks. I need to return to the USA for a major surgery. We recently went through some policy changes concerning the 4 hour free cancellation. Up until mid August, this was something that we offered. This policy has officially changed on Friday August 11th and the Terms and Conditions have all been updated on our website no longer offering or advertising free 4 hour cancellation.
Due to the circumstances and the sudden change in policy, we have gone ahead and refunded modification fee of $75. Please allow a delay of 2-10 business days before receiving the refund back onto your credit card.
Please note that as of now, all cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will have a fee of $75 per passenger.
