I used Just Fly to go to Vietnam a few months ago and I was impressed with their service. I bought tickets to go again for 2 months from now and purchased their Cancellation/Prebooking fee for $19.99 which according to their terms and conditions says that if your had purchased that their would be no cancellation fee and I new I might have scheduling problems. I had to cancel 4 days later do to work and they are trying to charge me $200 even though there own terms say no fee.
Airlines changed our departure time from early morning to 12:44. Called customer service and they wanted us to pay the difference. We are going to a Wedding and the time change didn't work for us. They were rude. DON'T BOOK THROUGH THEM! From now on I will go directly through the Airlines!
I bought tickets for our round trip LA - Melbourne. I carefully included the travel protection CSA. The Fiji Airways cancelled the fight back due to non pass mechanical inspection. Fiji Airways sent the replacement flights to wrong email address. We waited and waited then we called the CSA travel agency, they told us to buy the flight back then they would reimburse us. When we filed the claim they refused to pay back. JustFly told us to call Fiji Airways, Fiji Airways told us to contact the one we pay which is JustFly. JustFly did not pay us back. From my experience, do not buy travel insurance, it is a waste. Do not buy via JustFly, buy directly from the airline.
My friend and I bought a fly from this website, the flight was delayed 2 am half hour, for this reason we had to leave the gate to solve personal problems, when we were to go back the gate through securities it was close BEFORE the boarding time! We lost our flight and just cannot talk to justfly anyways: they don't answer Facebook, email, phone... the worst purchase ever! They didn't even answered us to explain or tell us if there was something we could do.
The company from the flight says can't do anything because we bought from THIS TERRIBLE website, and they should help us.
I purchased 5 tickets. When I got he confirmation I realized that one of the passengers middle name was missing. I immediately called and spoke to a representative that said I was able to cancel the reservation because the name had to be exactly like the government issued is and I could repurchase the ticket. I did exactly that to find a charge I was not aware of for 725.00. Called customer service to be told I was overcharged, that I should have only been charged 75.00 per ticket instead of 150.00 that they would issue a credit for the difference. I explained had the rep told me that I would have never canceled my reservation, or only canceled for the one person not the entire thing. Asked to speak to a Manger to be placed on hold for a very very long time, to then be told the manager said they couldnt do anything. DO NOT USE Justfly

Booked flight and autofill of my new Mac figured I need tickets for me not for the person I was buying it for. Upon confirmation I realized the mistake I made and called JustFly. Oh well, after 5 hours on hold I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone. On the website there are directions on how to cancel the ticket, but when you actually try to do it the button they referring to is not available. I would imagine it will appear after 24 hours, when cancelation is not free. So be aware 20-50$ of savings is not worth the risk of loosing much more.
This ia all scam. I bough a flight ticket, i paid full including tax fee, when i was booking computer got frozen and then they told me somebody at the same time booked my ticket and asked me pay $134 exra even flight ticket cost was same all websites. ALL SCAM SCAM, taking extra money, cancellation fee $200.00
I booked a trip and purchased the "extended cancellation insurance" from Justfly. My mother became very ill and I had to cancel the trip 5 days after I booked it. It turns out the the "extended cancellation" is actually only to save you some money on the $75 dollar cancellation fee. The fee is $20 and if you cancel within 24 hours of booking you are not billed the $75 fee. If you cancel after the 24 hours (in my case 5 days) not only am I charged the $75 fee but the $20 insurance and they will not refund your money, you only receive travel credit. When I called to try to resolve the issue, I ended up speaking to someone that sounded like a human robot, they only responded with the coined answers they were trained to say. If a more complicated response was required, they said nothing at all. Horrible customer service and hidden fees. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SITE.
I bought an Air Canada ticket for my cousin in July 2021 to visit from Japan to USA. Somehow due to Covid regulation she was not able to board the flight. When I called them to extend the ticket they charged me extra money to process the request. They they informed me that Airlines is not extending the ticket which was a lie as Air Canada sent me a letter that I have a credit with them and Justfly can use to issue another ticket. Not only they did not give any credit for the original ticket they also charged extra for processing the extension.
I was very satisfied with the booking and the price. Although my first flight was delayed and I ended up getting on a shuttle to Philadelphia where was my first destination. I wasn't payed back the ticket I lost or got any compensation from American Airlines.
Never buy tickets from you guys ever.
I brought two tickets, business class, from Houston to an Asia coutry with my wife.
When I had to change my return date, I called justfly several times. They said it's impossible to change my tickets and requested me to purchase new tickets.
This was unbelievable. These are business class tickets, and I was okay to pay extra for changing my tickets.
I called airlines local office, they helped us to change my return date with reasonable fees.
I bought 3 plane tickets with an offer at $986 per tickets i didn't pay attention and they charged me $1037 per tickets, i am mad, there is no email to send them one, when i called the agent is rude, i called 3 times to get a refund, maybe if someone sees this, they would help me. 1rst picture is the one i applied for, the 2nd picture is how much i was charged for
I have booked tickets and I canceled an hours later, they said it will take 2 to 10 days for refund. However it had been 3 weeks I have not received any refund. I tried to call no body answer, the line hold for 2 hours.
Do not book any ticket with this fraud travel agent. They are all stealer. I book tickets with this company on 2021 and 2 days before of flight my son got sick n his fever was high and I called them n canceled the flights and I requested my refund but they said you can not cancell n you have to pay extra charges if you wanna change your flight date then I called my bank n disputed the transaction then after 4 months they stole my money from my credit card bcz they had my card information.
So plz do not book this scam company
Justfly.com is a scam! They have my money which the airlines has already refunded yet they asked me to pay a fee to get my refunds. I'll never recommend Justfly to anyone.
I bought flights for myself and 4 family members going to Punta Cana. Flight was canceled and airline refunded my money to Justfly. When I called Justfly for my refunds, I was asked to pay a fee to get my money. I refused and till date, I have not heard back from Justfly. It's a Scam!
Just Fly could be a fine for booking airfare; however, be warned that when I booking travel insurance, they quoted a price, after the booking is completed and paid for by credit card, an email was sent out that I needed to contact them regarding the travel insurance. The price quoted was NOT what I had to pay, they increased the price AFTER the credit card was processed. I had to call back and pay more money in order to complete the booking. When I asked for a supervisor, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. Not good customer service or pricing.
Called customer service with concerns I had regarding cancellation and how I had never experienced such problems before since I had been using them for years. He kept referring me to the terms and conditions and wasn't listening to my concerns.
After paying my flight, I have received a new charge - which I did not authorize of 89 USD for service fee?. Then my flight was changed, and even though i have paid 89 USD for a service I did not receive, when I request for some support I was gave only one alternative. They will cancel my flight and return my money back in 6-8 weeks... but still they will keep the 89USD. I am not even sure this is legal... in Europe it is not. How can I complain and request my money back? Thanks
It took 2 hours to book a flight with tis Phippine woman. Hard to understand! Flights not available. After 2 hour the manager insulted me, by wanted to give me a dollar my tickets. I was trying to book 7 tickets!
I was charged a 70$ fee for a ticket cancellation on an airline that was no longer flying out of my city due to covid19. In that case of a national pandemic I feel they, like other companies, should make exceptions to fees for cancellations for circumstances beyond the customers control. They already collected 110$ at the time of the booking so not like they weren't already paid for an unusable ticket. They should be ashamed..
