Why do Jusfly have flights posted that does not exist? I booked yesterday just to recieved an email later that evening stating that the reservation was cancelled. Why is Justfly posting flights that they have not verified the availability with the airlines. I find Justfly to be very misleading to the public and would hesitate booking through this website.
One of a agent helped me a lot. His name is Ma Hmoud? I am sorry if I spelled wrong. I am an old lady, English is not my first language, my hearing comprehension is poor. He was so patient to repeat again and again. A wonderful employee and a wonderful gentleman!
My return date from Myanmar to USA is 25 of march, but I make change to 26 march and they send me confirmation letter to my email but they fail to update to Delta Airline, and I was told at the airport that your flight is yesterday. I show them the confirmation email and they just said sorry. I need a reimbursement for my return date which I purchase separately.
Some of the emails seemed to be hype- saying prices were going down for a limited time, and then were exactly the same price. Also the flight I purchased is a "Basic" flight, apparently (which I now got the emails about) and so if I want to take a carry on I have to play more and other things that it would have been nice to know that everything would be an "upgrade" which is surprise since the flight was not super cheap in the first place... Maybe that is just how the industry is, but it seems to be nickel and diming the customer, which iseems petty.
This company is a complete scam! They switched my dates and I noticed it as the ticket was confirming, I took screen shots and all. I called them I kept getting hung up on. I emailed them with all the screen shots and shots of the calls. They will NOT admit what they do and will NOT give you back the money they scammed from you! I am telling you I double checked the dates and times and they 100% switched it. I called every day on hold for hours, then they would hang up on me. The customer service was awful. BE AWARE!
Booked a flight. CustomerService recorded wrong date. Would not redo flight or refund fares. Kept offering me a flight to Killeen, Texas that I no longer needed, could not get flight anywhere else. Just fly is a companyI would never use again and would advise anyone I know or don't know not to use. Just realized with social media I can tell everybody!
I was looking for over two weeks for a good price for my trip i try to buy my ti ket fron other and they ran my credit card three times so bank close my account i could not get ticket and then i try one more time to look and got my tickets at a better price thanks very happy
The ease of the website was awesome. Really no complaints other then I couldn't find the previous website that offered the same flight for a few dollars cheaper. I was comfortable spending the few dollars with Justfly though :)
I tried to cancel my flights due to my medical problem. I bought insurance but their refund policy was ridiculously hard to claim, like dr. s note is not enough I have to give them my medical record and so on so I couldn't get refund with insurance.
I ended up couldn't make the first flight so I called customer service. I was told all of the following flights are automatically canceled since the first flight I did "no show".
I did checked in and my luggage was loaded. How do they define "no show"?
I was really disappointed of their poor customer service. I didn't like the person I talk with. She had strong Indian accent so it was hard to understand. Never Never again.

This was my first experience with JustFly, and I'll probably use it again. I had a few minor inconveniences, though, that detracted from my overall experience. I thought I had chosen that I wanted to buy tickets for two people, and entered my information when asked for "Passenger 1" and paid, and discovered then that the website wasn't prompting me for info on Passenger 2. I had to go back and start over to buy that second ticket for my husband and was shown the same price, but after completing everything and clicking to purchase I was informed that the price was now $25 higher and asked if I still wanted the ticket I would really have appreciated knowing this from the start.
One of the worst websites is if they cancel your flight they will never refund you I bought the ticket from this website and the airline canceled my ticket and justfly.com never refund my ticket $1500 they took from me never give me back if you call to this number the F... BS support agent lying to you all the time, I am going to sou justfly.com, I want my money back ($1500)
I never had any issues booking with justfly and never had any cancellations. I booked my flight to go to Houston but because of covid j couldn't go. I called to see if they will let me change the destination. But the girl I spoke to was really unprofessional, her tone was very condescending. She truly didn't make me feel like a valued customer. The interaction was worst than trash to say the least. But justfly you can't win playing dirty.
Every simple steps to reserve my ticket as well as calling in to make a quick change. I recieved my ticket confirmation very quickly. After i reviewed it. I wanted to add insurance. One simple click to the number provided i added insurance and again recieved the confirmation number very quickly. I also found what to bring and the size chart very easily too.
I was very unhappy with their customer service and their English was difficult to understand. I booked a flight for my son that they canceled and told him he would get his money back and he would have to rebook. He never got his money back; we called and wrote emails and what we should have done was dispute the charges with our bank but we waited too long and we're without our money back. This experience was so frustrating and a lesson learned for us. This company is a scam. I would never do business with them ever again and I would never recommend them. They should be forced to close down.
We booked on our phone and it was pretty easy and an amazing price. The processing took a little longer than I expected which was momentarily a worry that the transaction wasn't going through. We received a confirmation email within 10minutes and the next morning our reservation was viewable on the airline system. The only complaint is the site charges a fee to select seats after you purchase, which I believe is in addition to the fees by the airline. We looked at that process and couldn't see what the airline seats fees were.
Just fly site was relatively easy to use and you had the ability to plan and book your entire vacation if you wish. The part I did not like was the constant emails you recieve when you sign up for price alerts. Most day I recieved at least two if not more.
Justfly is now how I book my flights... This is the 2nd time I've used justfly and the 2nd time I've been very happy with the results.
Simple, thorough, & fast... Every thing I needed for my trip I got taken care of using Justfly.
Do not get CON by this God-Awful 3rd party booking site. They are greedy thieves! Poor to NO customer satisfaction! Don't fall for their daily "5 Star" ratings - they are FAKE. It is easy to pay a outside internet group to inflate positive 5 star ratings and this is how JustFly rectifies lousy customer service - by cheating and lying!
Never go with this site. First thing they will never receive the call for existing booking. 2nd thing never be sure for your booking because they can change your booking any time and if you ask for refund they will charge you double in their policy. In their policy they says $200 per ticket but they charged me more than $400

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
