I was very dissatisfied. I had to take two layovers and wait another day to get to my destination. I found out there was another flight leaving that night to my destination and I had to pay an additional fee just to get out on that flight. I didn't get home until about two o clock in the morning.
I learned that my flight was canceled that very day of my vacations. They said they sent me an email with the cancellation, but i didn't. Gladly they refund me the money and we found another flight that same day.
Due to Coronavirus airline refund my full amount but justify refused to refund my money and charged me 100$ extra for getting justfly future credits I spend more than 10 hours to talk to the customer service for 4 days no one gave me proper response very worst service please don't use this people service

They can help you with any situation that may arrived -and I'm telling this cause I always ask question and they are there always to answer.
The company does not follow through with what they say they are doing. My itinerary changed without my confirming it. The new itinerary did not work for me. They told me I did confirm it. Tried cancelling and online management tool did not work. I was told twice I had been rebooked and nothing changed.
JustFly have a good page easy and fasrer to check many options for choose your tickets. It give opportunities to review all informations about passangers, prevent inconveniences in the moment you are ready to start traveling. Costs and sxhedules have a good variety.
Please don't use this site save your money they will over charge you and will no be able to reachno one to make it right and if you do get a response they will hangup on you before you even greet them.
It is a big hassle to file a police report and go to your credit card to file a fraudulent claim please avoid your that trouble
I booked a round trip ticket to Tokyo but had to change the return date. I was told on the phone that the times would be the same but when one day later I got the confirmation, I suddenly had a ten hour layover.
I called to say this was a mistake and could this be rectified. I was told that it couldn't because it had already been changed. When I explained that these were not the flights they confirmed on the phone I got no where.
I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with PJ who said he would send me an email that I could reply to and have this investigated. I'm still waiting.
Justfly is using the pandemic to rip its customers off. They're now charging a 25 dollars fee to cancel the tickets on flights canceled due to COVID-19. But, they don't process the request. It's ten weeks since I made the request but no progress!
I recently bought tickets through Kayak from JustFly.com. JustFly.com confirmed the price from Kayak but they charged my credit card $250 more than the ticket price, After numerous emails and phone calls and although in emails they admit they need to refund me this amount, almost two months later I have received nothing. That is the short story... the long one is 10 times longer... So, tonight only... submitted BBB complaint, disputed amount with credit card, wrote to Kayak to stop supporting and promoting the thieves of JustFly.com, and wrote a couple of reviews. If nothing else, at least I feel I contributed something to the world the last couple of hours:-) Bottomline: if you book with JustFly, you might as well as give your credit number to thieves.

UPDATE: A week after my complaint to BBB, credit card and kayak, JustFly returned the $250 to my credit card. I guess that is the only way to get JustFly to do the right thing.

My flight was canceled after 6 hours of delay. After waiting due to delays the flight was canceled leaving me at the airport in the middle of the night. I purchased insurance on the flight and have yet to receive my money bach.
I had just booked a flight and they changed my flight time after I had chosen the one I wanted. I got an email saying that they were negotiating with the airline and then they would confirm my reservation. Well they confirmed with the wrong time and didnt even ask if that was ok with me. I called within minutes of the booking, I was on hold for 2 and half hours and they said they couldn't change it without charging me a $450 handling fee from the agency. That is not good customer service. I will never use them again and you shouldn't either.
I was coloring three sites looking for ticket and was pleased that justflyhad and option to see what it would cost you to fly on alternative dates. And you can see a while click of dates at a time for quick reference! Also I didnt run into the frustrating problem of trying to buy tickets that are still up but no longer available!
I have a trip traveling tomorrow overseas and changed my flight directly through the airline although I bought the ticket from justly.com. Have been trying to call for the last two weeks so I can change my fight and cancel my insurance, and no answer. Finally someone answer the phone today and have tried to cancel my insurance and was told too late to cancel the insurance. Bought the the insurance on march 6th, and have been trying to call since the 10th. Will dispute the charges
The site was easy to use and very informative. There wasn't any hidden fees or surprises. Had past experience with different site and had nothing but problems. Was pleased with my experience and will probably use the site again.
Getting a refund for a cancelation with this idiots is a pain. 6-8 weeks you have to wait to get a refund, when the airline refunded to them in 3 days.
The $#*! that I was talking to left me on hold and never came back to the phone.

Our trip to Europe last year was canceled because of Covid. JustFly is giving us the run-a-round to get our refund. They sent us an email asking us to call their customer support number because they need details and you can not reply to the email. There is no support at the customer support number just a recording telling us to use the online portal. If you go to the online portal their is no support there either, just asking you to call the customer support line. It is a complete dodge. There is no way to contact them to get a refund. I will never do business with this company again. I will never do business with anyone who has ever worked for JustFly. I will never do business with JustFly's banker. I will never do business with relatives that work for JustFly
I was worried but found the best rates and shortest layovers on this site. With time shortening and the costs rising for the international flights I was worried we would have to cancel our plans but justlfy made it still possible.
Terrible! Do not use them. I've been on the chat for two days trying to get service. I paid for a cancellation fee and they keep beating around the bush. They are a scam if you ask me.
Had a wonderful experience when I went to justfly to find a flight to go see my parents. I wasn't expecting to find anything and in just a few minutes I had a great and inexpensive flight into a small airport! Incredible experience! Thank you justfly!
