(Got charged $70 fee without any notice that I will be charged for this particular cancelation) When I called their customer support for 2h in line. Finally the Lady on the phone told me that I have only one option on this particular day that im asking and its going to cost me a $1000 WHAT!) when the fly tickets cost $119 just to get and book a new fly tickets for that day! SO not only they hold MY MONEY that I worked hard for it, but they still wanna scam me over! So for me to use the credit MY MONEY to book a fly will cost me double and triple! CRIMINALS And SCAMMERS! ITS AGAINST THE LAW! Robbery! DONT EVER BOOK or USE JUSTFLY.COM they will find the way to scam you! Just go direct to official airline website to book! If you want fare legit costumer support.

And why they think that they will get away with? Because this company JustFly.com (JustFly Inc) is a Canadian company and subsidiary of Momentum Ventures. It is an online travel agency that allows users to compare airfares and book flights. Momentum also owns FlightHub. So Because you are not in USA soil you are not getting away! My Bank currently open an investigation on disputing the scam transaction.
I booked the flight from JustFly and didn't fly due to the medical issue. I called the airline and they said I can get the refund through JustFly by submitting the medical documentation to them. However, after I submitted it to JustFly, they never submitted it to the airline. I called the airline several times and none of their department received the request from JustFly. Every time you call JustFly, their people have different answers and lie.
This company is not serious. I bought tickets from them and I was going to fly with Condor. I am trying to find out more information about my flight which is canceled and to reboock but without any answer. I call Justfly they tell me to call Condor airline, when I call Condor they tell me to call Justfly, it is already the third day and without any answer, today I stayed with them on the line for 6 hours, without any use. It is definitely the last time I will buy tickets from them.

Just fly wanted to give me a credit only for one year and they refused to refund the money. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor they said there is no manage or super visor. I booked flights from Los Angeles to Calgary Canada and back in July. The airline cancelled my flights and Justfly.com wants to charge me $70 "handling fee" to give me my airline credits. I didn't want credits, I wanted a refund so they had me call the airline directly, but the girl said they would take the $70 from my refund if I could get them to give me one. This is such a scam. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company now and hopefully Justfly.com has to eat the cost!
