I had to cancel a flight for my daughter due to medical condition even after I supplied them with doctors statement indicating that she couldn't travel and still I was charged 75.00 dollars to cancel the ticket. Unheard of policy.
So, the booking I made and paid for was never finalized. They waited 14 hours to send me an email letting me know that the price has gone up $100. At which point, I canceled it. I also had to spend over an hour on the phone, with over 40 minutes of that on hold because they appear to be very under-staffed. Also, the people I did talk to on the phone had very strong accents. It's clear they outsource their call center jobs to foreign countries to save money, which obviously reflects in their sub-par customer service.
I went to their app to purchase a flight and put A certain date and their website changed the date. I booked it thinking it was my date. When I received my email confirmation I noticed dates where wrong. I called Justfly and it took more than 1 hr to get in touch with a person. When I explained my dilemma they informed me they could not help me and to contact airline directly. They did not help at all. I contacted airline and they to did not help either. I will never use justfly or frontier again
I spent almost two hours on the phone with Justfly, and they kept referring me back to the airline for changes. The airline would then refer me back to the agent to make changes to my ticket. Justfly representatives are like automatons - they repeat the same line over and over again hoping that you will be pacified with their coined answer. Both representative and supervisor in my case could NOT understand English.
You may get a great price, but be cognizant of the added costs and hidden costs associated with low priced tickets. I didn't find out until United emailed me telling me that I had purchased a basic economy ticket and had to pay an additional $25-$35 for a carry-on bag.
If you check all of your "T's" and dot your "I's,' and don't need to speak to them by phone or email or chat, you will do well to book through the site. If you require customer services or need to quickly book your ticket, stay away because you will be taken 2 out of 3 times.
Please be cautious; this company is a total SCAM, and their goal is to steal your money at all costs. They don't answer the phone, and if they do, their customer service is terrible—they aren't professional at all. They claimed on their website that language costs only $30 for the first suitcase and $40 for the second case, so I bought a ticket to go overseas. When I tried to pay for language through the airline, the pricing were completely inaccurate. The genuine prices for the first bag were $100 and the second bag was $150.
When I attempted to cancel only 2 hours after booking, I was charged a $200 cancellation fee.
They offered a 24-hour free cancellation policy on the day I purchased.
I always use this site when I travel. It Is the best by far. I am always amazed at the difference in prices that I see and the variety of flights available. We fly a handful of times a year and I don't think I've ever used another search engine.
I am satisfied with the services.
I had a reason to cancel and get a refund and that got me worked up. However, in the end I was satisfied that is why I made my next purchase to the same route using justfly.com.

JustFly was listed as a cheap ticket on a trusted flight searching site (Kayak.com I think?) so I felt comfortable booking.
I needed to make a change to my reservation halfway on my trip. They quoted me $400 for the change (already ridiculous), took my CC info and sent a confirmation email with new flight times.
AFTER the change was confirmed and I adjusted my trip (i. E. cancelled hotels) they called to say the flight change fee was now $600, but they had already cancelled my original flight home. I had no option in the end but to accept.
That's not all, in the final bill they tacked on additional fees that were never disclosed or approved, and charged $700 in changes.
There's a complaint against them with the BBB I wish I would have read. Everything is true (2+ hours of wait times just to be lied to and over charged)
Found a flight for 418.20. Booked through the JustFly site, where it was listed at 418.20. Then I get their confirmation that I have just paid 432.15. Excuse me?
I call them. I want them to cancel so I can just by direct from American Airlines or any reputable online booking service. They refuse to help me, citing the fact that the ticket is issued in someone else's name. Well of course. I booked the flight for my wife, and paid for it with a credit card issued in my name. So they are willing to deal with me to take my money, but not to address the fact that they just stole $14.95.
My credit card shows a charge to American Airlines of 418.20 and a charge to JustFly of 14.95. I will of course be disputing this charge.
Sleazy, slimy, dirtbags. Don't book with them. Run away!
The website during the checkout continuously tries to sneak in fees for features normally found free. For example it asks to choose the seats, and charges you extra for it and you can barely tell as the fee shows up very tiny in the bottom right corner. It also continuously hassles you to buy insurance to extend 8 to 24 hour cancellation. It even emails you to buy insurance via email after I checked out already. It's petty and leaves a bad taste.

I made a reservation and immediately realized that I clicked the wrong flight selection button. I wanted the earlier flight on the same day and route. I immediately went on their website to make the change as you're supposed to be allowed to cancel within 24 hours. However, it would not allow me to do it without a $425 change fee. I called to rectify twice and had a customer service rep with marginal English skills and basically said too bad.

Once a ticket is purchased through a travel agency, the agency is allowed to charge fees for any changes or cancellations even within the first 24 hours.

I am glad that I have found your website. You have a wide range of information, whether you are seeking just airline tickets or need to have bundled the hotel and rented vehicle. I do come to this website first to see what my options are. I haven't been disappointed.
The first time I attempted to use Justfly two months ago, the system pulled up an alternate date rather than the date I'd requested at the top of the list of flights.
Since I specifically did not select 'alternate dates' I assumed that it was for my selected date and booked it.
When I got to the airport and discovered the mistake that had been made, the agent said that they would refund my flight in three business days after an additional $75 charge.
I just ate the flight and booked another one because it was so cheap.
Now this morning, since the fault was partially mine last time, I decided to give them another try.
I booked the flight for this afternoon at 1:32am this morning.
Justfly cancelled.the reservation after sending me the booking confirmation, so now I am stranded at JFK and had to book another flight for $100 more!
The agent said that Justfly doesn't allow same day bookings because they are too risky.
Risky for anyone using Justfly!

At first, the system considered my trip a one way trip and I tried changing that a few times but was not successful. I decided to start over and then I was able to find a relatively reasonable flight quickly with little effort Information was clear and no hidden fees.
We were so excited and looking forward to take our trip. We had to cancel our trip due to unforeseen medical emergency- Jetfly asked us to send the documents to back up our claim which we sent. After 9 months or working with them and the airline, they didn't reimburse us for our European tickets for two.
We then found out that JustFly also charged us for cancellation of the flight ($300.00) on top of airline tickets. So we lost $2000 worth of airline tickets and another $300.00 on top of that because we let them know that we won't be able to make the trip. I haven't heard anything like this in my life and we do travel a lot. This is the first and the last time We will use Just fly and I am very dissatisfied with their service.
They have no mercy and compassion for issues that customers might come across.

Lowest prices I've seen in a while, and I travel frequently. I've become so used to using the "other" site-think "notwire", but it seems as if their pricing is closely comparable to booking direct through the airline sites, which doesn't have any benefit. Needless to say, I will be using THIS site again!

I book the flight from Miami to live on for three people and just fly.com. I received a confirmation with all the restrictions. Nowhere did the baggage fee was mentioned. Upon arriving at the airport I was informed by American Airlines dead to upon arriving at the airport I was informed by American Airlines that the fee for each bag was 60.00$. I've contacted justly in Philippines... heavy accent, unhelpful, refused to transfer to US or to even give her name. And That was the supervisor! Horrible experience! Never again! Beware of hidden charges!

I was out in San Diego to drive back to Florida with my son, who is enlisted in the Marines. Unfortunately, he was unable to leave due to a paperwork mix up and I had to fly back home. Thankfully, I found a ticket back for the next day, at a very reasonable price. Thank you Justfly!
There is a reason they have no options to submit feedback through their website, and there's a reason they don't allow reviews through Google.
The reason is that JustFly.com is a scam company. They will advertise very low rates, and there is always only 1 seat remaining. When they 'help you change a flight' they will quote you more than the cost of just buying new tickets to change your flights. They are incredibly unresponsive, unhelpful, and impolite.
Do not do business with them and do not believe them.
Our family booked atrip to bali in March for a trip in july. Justfly cancelled when I called in to confirm and said that I would get a refund in a couple weeks. The cancellation caused major stress and frustration and still after 12 plus weeks I get this email. Dear Valued Customer

We paid over 6000 in March that is close to$1400 a person whereas the same trip cost over 5000 in July. You wondered why the flimsiest excuses were used to cancel our trip.
