So, I went on their website and found a reservation. I canceled free of charge and got confirmation that it was canceled. I paid with affirm on their website, since they gave that option. I'm still required to make the payments since justfly didn't give affirm their money back, so they can cancel the loan, so I don't have to pay for a canceled reservation free of charge. This has been going on for 3 months now.
I am never ever going to book any flight again here. I bought both - extended cancellation policy and CSA protection plan. Despite then, when i had to cancel flight due to hurricane irma since i had to leve early, they do not give any refund. I called them at least 10 times spent at least 1 hour each time, NOTHING! There reps are from China and simply wont understand english
I found the flight search extremely easy to use. I also really appreciated that the site suggests the best fare to book for different dates. Overall I would use the service again and recommend it to other people. Thanks for making my travel easier to book and afford. The only I didn't like was an additional fee would be charged to choose seats. I feel like this service should be free.
I booked for the first time through just fly. I had a round trip to Paris my flight was canceled and I Spoke with 4 different people and not one person could help me they kept giving me the run around. I am suppose to leave in 2 days and no one at Justfly can be bothered to help. They will not book me another flight, issue me a refund i was directed to put in a dispute with my credit card, this is not a company that i will ever want to do business with again!

KEEP AWAY from this company. We booked an international flight, price was good. Then we noticed that they spelled our name incorrectly on the ticket. We called to correct it, and they demanded that we pay $200 to cancel the ticket, that they messed up on. They then wanted us to pay $500 more to issue a new ticket! Pathetic.
This company is not ethical or consumer friendly. Stick with a better company, or use a travel agent. Justfly.com is without a doubt, the worst experience we have ever experienced in our global travel bookings.
This was my first time purchasing plane tickets and flying. Justfly made it super easy to find the best deals and I had no problems with the purchase and then all of the updates leading up to my flight!
The booking of my flight thru JustFly was clean with no problems. I cannot make a complete assessment until I have taken the scheduled flight which is June 28-July 3. However so far, I would recommend JustFly to family and friends.
The process of buying these tickets was very straightforward. The only reason I did not give 5 starts was because when I had completed the transaction, the site said that the payment had not gone through and that there were no other tickets available for this price. Thankfully, I checked my email and I received the flight confirmation for the tickets I had just purchased. However, the discrepancy in the information (email vs. website) was a bit jarring, and really should be fixed for future customers.
I never received an early check in notice from the airline, and had to enter my contact info at the kiosk when I checked in at the airport. Why didn't you just pass my info on to them? It would have saved me some trouble. Otherwise I had no problems with my order and flight.
Pay attention to the other reviewers that say stay away! Justfly makes it so you cannot change a flight through the airline, only through them. They charge you an exorbitant amount of money to change your flight (mine was $450 + the extra for the fare difference).
I tried to do it through their website and came across the fee. I thought I could get the fee lowered even a small amount as a show of good faith by talking to a human.
After waiting for the representative on the phone to speak with her manager, she informed me that she couldn't lower the fee. Even a little? Nope.
Wow!
I won't be using their services again and will book directly through the airline next time. I recommend you do the same.

I paid $560.00 for cancelation insurance, guess what, when you try to use it, they tell you that the airlines doesn't refund money, and you are out of luck! WTH did I pay you $560.00 for then? I'm not letting this one go easily!
Justfly.com is a scam, do not book through them. I've been waiting for an answer on a refund for over 2 months. Every time I call they tell me they are still working on it and someone promises to follow up and call me back but never does. I will never book through them again.

Delta didn't charge for my seats but Justfly did, $95.84! Told them I couldn't walk far and had to choose seats close to the exit and they took advantage of me. Called Delta for a wheelchair and they said there was no charge for my window seats. This company is a real rip off. I hope this review helps somebody else from getting gouged by these bandits!
Never ever buy a ticket from this site. They stole my money and were not able to assist me with my ticket issue. There was a system issue and I basically kept getting the wrong dates. Not only was I charged a change fee, I never got the right travel dates after the change fee was applied... This company is a HUGE SCAM. Both the supervisor and the customer service team are very unprofessional and rude. The supervisor hung up on me after I requested to have my ticket cancelled and reissued. I lost $700 from this site buying a ticket that should have been $300 om July 5th 2018. This company is a big scam and will steal your money. Do not buy any air ticket from this company.

Unless they give you a stellar deal and you know you won't change your ticket I wouldn't recommend purchasing through Justfly. I did once and will not be doing it again. Unfortunately I had to change my flight and they levied a much higher ticket change fee (fee other than the difference in fare) than what the airline does. Suspect they tacked on an additional amount in the fare difference, but that's harder to tell on the outside. Their online portal for flight changes didn't work and their call-in customer service is pretty terrible to boot. No love for them.
They will put $1,200 roundtrip to Philippines for the month of June but when you are ready to pay the amount they will say that $1200 is no longer available and they will give you another price for almost $4000.
They act exactly like scammers
They did not send the confirmation of the reservation but pace pending charges on my credit card. They sent me a massage telling me that it may take up to 24 before the trip to get the confirmation that was 10days.
I tried to call them but there was no contact information in their massage. I checked on line and all their contact none with alive person and all needed me to provide reservation number which I never received.
That meant I could not confirm if I will for sure get the ticket or I can cancel because the charge was " pending" and when I called united airline they were going to put me on, they assured me that there was no reservation for me. After I made another reservation they send me the confirmation and to cancel they charged me $75.
This is total scam.
Two hours of waiting on the line, doesn't worth at all. I wanted to cancel my ticket and operator hardly understood what I was saying. They changed me 20 $ more for free cancellation but there was no free cancelation. They said we can give you credit for that, we can't do cancelation. Then they charged me for 175 $ and refund the rest. The ticket was 265. This is the worst experience I had. I hate it.
The experience from booking to flight confirmation to getting lowest prices was great. I have been flying for 10 years now and I advice everyone to choose justfly and I can gurantee you won't find a better deal anywhere else.
