This company has been horrible from the start. They do not care about their customers. My family and I booked tickets and had to cancel due to Covid during 2020. The company gave us a confirmation and promised us the nearly 2 grand would be back in my bank account in 8-12 weeks. I have had to call every other week for months because it never showed up. Now they are trying to weasel their way in to not giving my family their money back because they made a mistake. My sister and her family are having the same issue. You can't talk to anyone, they won't give you a confirmation of your conversations. Each conversations ends in we will notify you in 48 hours, and they never do. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Avoid this scam. I bought a ticket from them. When I tried to cancel it, they only refund me the third and still waiting because it took 6 weeks. And they charged me $150 penalty fees, they took the fees the first day I cancel it. But still waiting for the refund.
I booked 2 international flights and was charged $29 service fee, which I noticed after entering my credit card details. Then I had to cancel our flights due to the corona virus and justfly charged us $150 cxl fee while the airline gave us the full fare as future credit! I called and complained, but they only said it was company policy! I would never book with them again!
I just booked a flight entering departure and return dates. However, JustFly's system substituted alternate dates a day earlier for both departure and return. THis was not made obvious nor did they offer a comparison or a chance to confirm the date change. As soon as I called JustFly to cancel the incorrect booking due to the surprise date change, they slapped me with a $75 fee and a $15.95 seat assignment fee. When I called them to resolve this, they refuse to refund the fees. These are sneaky and cheating business practices. Beware and stay away from a corrupt company!
I made the mistake of booking non-refundable tickets and when my daughter switched colleges, I called to try and get a refund. They made me pay 150. To get a credit for our tickets. This was all understandable However,, when I called back to use the credit, I was told I had to pay an additional 99 per ticket to the airlines, plus lose any money in my credit that was left over from new tickets! I paid 709. For my original tickets and new ones are 414. So they keep remaining credit! I thought this was awful company policy! In total now, I've paid 1150. For a flight to NC the cost 414.! NEVER will use Just Fly again!
I bought a ticket and agreed to the $309.30 flight. I then got my email 30 seconds later and was charged $650 for the ticket from BOS to SFO. I called customer service within 10 minutes of the purchase and she said it was not possible for me to have accepted a $309.30 ticket if I was charged $650. I screenshot the $309.30 ticket I had bought and she refused to believe me. The only thing she said she could do was cancel my ticket and have me pay a $75 dollar cancelation fee. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I will never go on this site again and I advise anyone who may be looking to please save yourself the trouble of not going through them.
I had 4 tickets to Perú, because of the pandemic the company Interject didn't gave me the services for jun24 my travel day. Jun 6th justly offered me to get my refund back for $140 more. I accept it. And since then they do not answer to me phone calls or mails, absolutely nothing. Please if this is your case, do not pay any more money to this company.
Terrible website & terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my return trip on their manage my booking page, & although it confirmed I would get a refund, they cancelled my booking & didn't issue a refund. They don't have any email for customer service & had to make an international phone call to their customer service number, only to claim that they can't refund partial tickets (although there website confirmed otherwise before I cancel) & only offered to re-instantiate my original return flight for even more than I could pay for a one way trip on another website
I booked a flight with Iberia through Justfly. Iberia sent me an email notifying me that my flight has been cancelled. Justfly did not email nor called me. I have been trying to communicate via telephone and their online messaging system for a refund to no avail. I call them and the phone call midway drops. I call and it says it's an Ethiopian number.
I don't like how the price changes at time of booking from what is advertised. I also don't like how it took more than four attempts to buy and secure a ticket before I was finally recognized. I don't like how I get emailed constantly for advertised low rates, but when I try to log in my email is not recognized.

Excellent price, quite easy to book, but not able to choose seats via the site. In order to do that, one would have to go to the airlines site, create an account and log in. Further, JustFly's confirmation code MIGHT or might not be the same code the airline uses. So, that is not seamless.
Still, very convenient and smooth interface.
I booked a trip to London for May 2020. Covid hit and I requested a refund. The refund was approved (in accordance with the Terms & Conditions provided on January 7,2020). I received an email a few weeks later stating they had made a mistake and I would not receive a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The agent informed me that their supervisors had told them they are not allowed to transfer any calls. She acknowledged that they were knowingly breaking the law and apologized for the company initiating and then revoking the refund. This is a scam of a company. If you have any troubles, you will get connected with an agent in the Philippines who will quickly inform you there is nothing they can do and hang up. I am out $2,000 and will never consider using JustFly again.
Worst services one can use. Got sick and ask them to switch my flight which they demanded I had to pay $800 to switch my date. I decided to cancel the flight because I had paid the insurance. I requested for refund for them to ask the proof from my doctor which I provided but they still didn't refund they kept asking for unnecessary documentation which I provided all of them they still didn't refund my money. In case anyone choose to travel with them don't pay the insurance coz incase of anything your going to loose more.
I love that I can always find last minute flights with good prizes. I've traveled so many times and it's always easy for me to find good prices whenever I go on there. I've never had a problem with justfly and that's why I love it. The service is amazing and I look forward to booming more flights in the future.
Never, never use this company for the flight tickets even if they have good prices for it, I say because my wife just missed a flight to Europe, because JustFly didn't informed us about flight date changes. And once she got to airport flight was gone day before. No help rebooking tickets, Customer service not taking phone calls for hours. Zero help with rebooking. Had to buy new tickets four times price what was originally. Once I got on a phone with customer support, was helpless rebooking return flight, the only way out of this situation after talking for hours was: "we can request refund if will be approved by Airlines". I will never use this company again, and will not recommend to anyone.
I like JustFly because the pricing is very competitive and it allows you visibility into which seats on the plane are available before you book. This is very important when you are booking a very long haul flight - it makes the difference in flights that I might book. Also, I like having the option for insurance at the time of purchase.
My husband and I celebrated our 10th anniversary in Montreal last month and it was absolutely brilliant thanks to JustFly.
Bill handled everything through JustFly. I even asked him if it would be better if we just booked with a regular agent, but he said that everything would be fine online. So, I let him be.
We enjoyed a week long holiday and made it back to LA safely and without any problems at the airport, all because of JustFly.
Justfly refused to cancel a reservation made with MY credit card because I didn't know the name the fraudulent reservation was under. I received a text from Justfly to confirm my booking, I declined, because it was not me who booked a reservation. I immediately checked my credit cards and saw a fraudulent charge for $1,219.94. I contacted my credit card company, followed by Justfly. I didn't know the name of the criminals who stole my credit card information and Justfly refused to cancel the reservation….

Thought I was getting a real deal on flights with JustFly. Paid $29.90 for seat selection, seats were listed and confirmed on my receipt. Found out 24 hours before departure that seats were not available, no one bothered to notify me, the only seats left cost me $89 each to assure that I was sitting next to my son! JustFly representatives say the $29.90 was just to request those seats and I should have confirmed it with the airline. HORRIBLE! I was able to speak to a supervisor and get the $29.90 back. However, I would have rather had the seats I chose two months ago and not have to pay $178 more at check in. A total rip-off!
I picked a round trip ticket and paid for the tickets (had some problems with the credit card or something in checkout). Once I was done and received the confirmation I sent it to the party that I would be visiting. When they reaplide they said the times of departure times were reversed.
Everything about my travel there and back was great other then my time with my family was shorten.
