I loved using JustFly for my recent trip to Bangkok/ I went w/ my family and we decided to use JustFlys services w/c was really straightforward & really liked their simple website. Booking was super fast and easy. We got our confirmation in no time. Overall a pleasant experience and I would def use JustFly.com again.
Booking with JustFly is a terrible idea. I booked with them but my trip was cancelled due to COVID. I received travel credit and have tried to use it 6 different times for a new flight. All requests to use the credit have been denied. So I guess I am just out $600. Would not recommend!
Purchased tickets for a flight at what I thought was a discounted rate only to find out the fees were the same as the airlines and Justfly.com charges an extra fee for you to select your seats. Called to try to get a refund only to be told I would only get a credit less the fee for selecting the seats. Customer service rep was not helpful at all.
Please stay away from this company! They stated that a ticket carries a 24/hour cancellation, and offer another cancellation they termed "extended cancellation" I saw that statement on their website, and booked my ticket thinking i have an actual 24/hours extended ticket which goes beyond their standard free cancellation of 24/hours. But when I called to cancel the ticket, they told me that I had 24/hours to cancel! They denied what they had advertised online, and that their website is quite confusing. When i went back to check, they had changed the statement in the advert! I asked to speak with their supervisor, and they kept me on the phone for a long time. This makes me to doubt this company seriously. They are not a good trustworthy company.
I almost booked two international flights with Justfly, but decided not to go forward after learning so many negative reviews and BBB recommendations. Apparently those negative reviews were just recently put up by affected passengers. Negative reviews are not in common, but the ones that were true were really bothersome.
I purchased 4 tickets to Paris for me and my family. The date selected was changed to an earlier date. How? I don't know. Called them and they claimed its my fault. Canceled the flight and was was told to pay $300 to get a flight credit, instead they charged my credit card $400.00 which I didn't authorize. The bogus flight credit is useless because they'll charge you almost 300% of your original cost when you try to book. Stay away, this is a legitimate scam disguised as a third party travel agency. They are partners with Downtown travel agency. Google them. I also think they pay people to write them good reviews in this site. There's no way anyone can give justfly 4 stars. If you notice, only at the beginning of the month that they get a flood of positive reviews. Those are paid for. Don't buy into such nonsense. Justfly is absolutely the worst of the worst
I'm a traveling cosmetologist and I've been using justfly for over two years now, I've referred family members and friends to them as well. They've always done a great good, even when I had a mix up with a flight they were able to accommodate and customer service was good.
When purchase a new ticket they suppose to charge for the difference between the now ticket and they travel credit they charge me for they full amount. I have been on the phone for 3 month finally they said I need to see with Ethiopian airlines. And Ethiopian airlines send me back to just fly for and back. No satisfaction still request my money they said the credit was already use but not because the ticket without credit was the same place
Always helpful to have like this guide lines, for the any unknown people or know about air lines this is strongly recommended to get help with the same way for better service and better quality offers and time saving way to get your require flights with out any delay with full satisfaction as my observation, hope all Passenger will be able to get there firm hints to make sure the best deals and best rates and best flights to theirs satisfaction
I've never experienced this type of costumer service of my life. They spelled my last name wrong on the plane ticket. I called them to ask if they could fix it, they gave me the run around 8 (every phone call lasted for an hour) times stating that they can't fix the name to saying that they can and to email my passport to verify my name ( which I emailed them the passport and then they say they can't fix it and to basically cut my losses) I asked for a Manager They would never let me speak to a manager, one of them finally said that they didn't have a supervisor. Completely ridiculous, now I lost five hundred dollars because of their mistake. I'm not one to write negative reviews but I'm in shock at how terrible just fly is.
There contact support team says something different and there website says something different. There information doesn't correlate. I would not recommend to book tickets from here. Surely it is cheap but they hide lot of information.
Searched for tickets last min this made it so easy and by far the cheapest flights found. I bever used this before a friend told me about it. I will use justfly all the time now. I will be telling everyone i know to use it also
After searching Many sites there was none that could compare or come close to beating this price and with The great selection of flights departure times and arrival times this was definitely the best site
They put me on the wrong outbound flight and insisted that it was the flight I chose when I know very well it was not. So in order for me to get the correct flight, they said I had to pay a $75 fee even if the mistake was theirs. I also chose seats before I paid for the ticket but when I received confirmation and receipt after payment there were no seats confirmed. They later told me that I could not choose seats. Forget asking for a supervisor because they put you on hold eternaly. They are scam artists and should be put out of business...
I had a death issue and I wanted to cancel my flight or change the destination, they never did and they don't want to refund the $3,000 I paid for the international flight. If I go to my destination I will die after I have received many death threats, but Justfly never took it seriously. They want me either to accept the flight and travel even if it unsafe or they take my money. So shady policy and the agent provide with wrong info. I will never book through them anymore.

I tried to change my flight date I took me 50 minutes to get to the agent and she told me you will get and email 24-48 hours for the change but never get the email

Website said can cancel in 24 hrs, when booked flight, I thought it came with at least 1 checked baggage and I had option to pay for more with JetBlue, it did not clearly say that there was no checked bags with my purchase, very misleading! Also, when I called in within 24 hrs, they said I had to pay $150 to cancel(2 passengers) and said I had to purchase the extended insurance to be able to cancel within 24 hrs, out of country scam organization that I will not do business with ever again! Book directly with the airline, lesson learned from me!
I paid $146 for the flight cost, $20 for the CSA insurance for any reason if I needed to cancel my trip, there is also a $19 charge for "flight guarantee" WTH is that? It doesn't click open to tell me what that is. I cancelled my flight 3 days before, they said they were sending me a cancellation email that would arrive within 24-48 in my inbox. Still no email!
Today I looked in my bank account they charged me $75 to cancel my flight with no credit toward a future flight. So they got my $146 for my flight and some "Flight Guarantee" fee of $19.00, $75.00 for my cancellation and I am sure they resold my seat! This is the most corrupt Company out there. Drive to your destination. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY! You need to JUST DRIVE... unless you are headed to Hawaii.
I had purchased tickets on another site and they claim to have tried to contact me the same day to verify my flight. They had not. And they cancelled my flight because i was unable to return their call within minutes of them finally calling me. I have a full time job and am unable to use my phone while at work. I found your site and only had to pay a few extra dollars for my flight also you allowed me to choose my seats whereas the other site did not. This flight is important. I am going to see my children and grandchild whom i have not seen in a very long time. Thank you so much for having this flight available. Trying to get my refund from last 6 moths for a flight affected by COVID, Air Canada has provided refunds but JustFly won't communicate any updates. Just to speak to representative you have to work around the automated service when you call. Worst experience, try booking from somewhere else
