The first time I attempted to use Justfly two months ago, the system pulled up an alternate date rather than the date I'd requested at the top of the list of flights.
Since I specifically did not select 'alternate dates' I assumed that it was for my selected date and booked it.
When I got to the airport and discovered the mistake that had been made, the agent said that they would refund my flight in three business days after an additional $75 charge.
I just ate the flight and booked another one because it was so cheap.
Now this morning, since the fault was partially mine last time, I decided to give them another try.
I booked the flight for this afternoon at 1:32am this morning.
Justfly cancelled.the reservation after sending me the booking confirmation, so now I am stranded at JFK and had to book another flight for $100 more!
The agent said that Justfly doesn't allow same day bookings because they are too risky.
Risky for anyone using Justfly!
I will NEVER use them again!
