Deceptive and scare tactic was used on their website for seat selection. Selection of seats was charged by JustFly because they scare you into thinking that if you do not select the seats now, you will not be able to seat together. I later found out that the airline was not the one that charges for the seat selection. JustFly DID. My paid receipt clearly shows the airline only got the airfare portion, and the seating charges were pocketed by JustFly. If I knew this ahead of time (this is my first time dealing with JustFly), I would not buy the tickets from them then; and now, definitely not anymore in the future,

I purchased 4 tickets to Paris for me and my family. The date selected was changed to an earlier date. How? I don't know. Called them and they claimed its my fault. Canceled the flight and was was told to pay $300 to get a flight credit, instead they charged my credit card $400.00 which I didn't authorize. The bogus flight credit is useless because they'll charge you almost 300% of your original cost when you try to book. Stay away, this is a legitimate scam disguised as a third party travel agency. They are partners with Downtown travel agency. Google them. I also think they pay people to write them good reviews in this site. There's no way anyone can give justfly 4 stars. If you notice, only at the beginning of the month that they get a flood of positive reviews. Those are paid for. Don't buy into such nonsense. Justfly is absolutely the worst of the worst

Called them back in 5 minutes, they still want to charge my credit card $75

Stay away from this site, i accendental booked while checking and realesed after got an email confirmation of my tickets, shocked nd immediately called customer support within an hour, they cancelled my tickets but chrged with 230$. Please stay away. Other website will have 48 hour no fee cancellation.
I saved my money more then a year to visit my parents lost 230$.
Felt horrible.

I bought the tkts and insurance just in case if i had to cancelled my flight. Everything went perfect with cancellation. They gave me a credit however when I try to buy new tkts they tould me I can you just $300 of my credit! Thats a joke! I spoke with few people even with supervisor who was meab! I spend 4 hours on the phone trying get explanation what happen with my money and they didnt how! Never every buy the tkts with this page!
JustFly is the worst website ever! Im so upset and mad!

A real nightmare.

I bought 2 tickets from San Francisco to Sydney for 1800$, had to cancel them for health reasons. Quantas took 1000$, JustFly 300$.
The moment I call their customer service, my nightmare begins:
I can only seem to be helped by Asian girls with a mediocre English, which literally makes a simple step a real quest; I have to repeat myself over and over, spell words, just to be told they are not able to handle the conversation because of language issues.
The cherry on the cake? I decide to pay the 300$ fee cancellation with my debit card, different from the cc I used to buy originally the tickets, just to find out that they INSTANTLY took my money away, BUT I have to wait 8-12 weeks for a reimbursement of 500$.
When I try then to put the fee on the cc, they say its impossible for them to do it.
Let that sink in: a mediator company cannot even change credit card to pay them a fee, but I have to wait up to 3 months to see my money back.
My advice? Don't ever even digit their website, stay far far away.

I don't care if the ticket is $1,000 less, I would not use Justfly ever again. We purchased a multi-city ticket to Iceland and France and received our itinerary from Justfly which was correct, so when we arrived at the airport for our flight, we thought that everything would be ok... it wasn't. Iceland Air did not have any record of our Iceland trip(it showed as a layover, when we were supposed to be there for 4 days), or the seat selection upgrade that we purchased on Justfly. When we called justfly 3 hours before our flight was taking off to resolve the issue, they were totally uncooperative and continued to deny any responsibility and said that we had to resolve the issue with Iceland Air. After speaking to Justfly's rep and manager for a good 30 minutes, we were put on hold, for another 10 minutes or so, and simply transferred us to Iceland Air without informing us or trying to resolve the issue further. After waiting for Iceland Air for 45 minutes they said that they could do nothing as the ticket was owned by Justfly, and that we'd have to contact Justfly... again. So we went through the whole thing again on the phone with Justfly for another 45 minutes... still refused to help. By this time, our ticket agent had gotten their powers that be to resolve the issue 30 minutes before our plane was taking off, rushing us through security and running to the plane at the last minute. No thanks to Justfly, we just barely able to make our trip, but have not been reimbursed for our seat selection upgrade(which is a scam anyway since Iceland Air doesn't even charge for that.) This company offered no support and clearly cares nothing for its customers in our experience.

I just happened to buy a ticket from SFO to IAH and needed to cancel. Their website said $75 fee even cancelled within 24 hrs of reserving the ticket. I called them to see if they could waive the fee. Repeated the same fee and I asked why should I pay >50% of ticket money for cancellation fee? Then took some time and still charged $50. Did take another ticket on orbitz.com and cancelled from online account with no fee. So, people you can get deal from others too but them being an agent will always charge cancellation fee. Be aware of it, don't loose your money.

AWFUL customer service. SCAMS! They charge $70 to cancel your flight or change it even with travel protection (which they have you pay for). A customer service rep named Maria had me on hold for 45 MINUTES to basically tell me what I did myself online was in fact correct. So basically she kept asking me to stay on hold for NOTHING. Not helpful, rude, and a scam. DO NOT USE.

I booked a flight five months in advance for a wedding. Justfly never gave my contact information to Sun Country within those five months. Three months later, I get a random email with NO BODY CONTENT that just says "information regarding your flight." It had been months since I booked that flight, only remembering my airline was Sun Country, and since there was ZERO information about which flight this was actually regarding, I considered this trash mail and a scam. Turns out my flight was changed with four hours difference - Sun Country was never able to get a hold of me because they didn't have our contact information, and then THEY were upset at JustFly.
We had to be on the phone for 2 hours defending ourselves to get a refund from JustFly. Since then, I've had to follow up three times (tomorrow will be the fourth) to keep them accountable to give me my refund they promised. This has cost me another two hours of my time, tomorrow will definitely make it 2.5 if not more.
DO NOT BOOK THROUGH JUSTFLY. Their communication is terrible, they hope that customers will not fight for their right to receive a refund, and if they do, they will continue to make you spend your time to make them follow through. Purchase your tickets through them at your own risk!

I was booking a flight for price $381. After I confirmed the booking without adding anything else on the top of that. The price was changed to $411 without notifications. Called for help and the person from justfly.com REFUSED TO VOID THE TRANSACTION WITHOUT ME PAYING $70 CANCELATION FEE! Unless I have the proof of the price changing. How the HELL was I supposed to find the proof if me myself have never gotten a single notification? If I knew the price was changed why would I book it? Do I look like I'd like to throw away 30 dollars like it was unwanted? I'm telling everyone I know in my life how terrible justfly.com does the business. You're welcome! Justfly.com

I will never book through Justfly again unless they change their policies to be more consumer friendly! I realized as soon as I got my itinerary that one of the flights I booked on line was not the one that I thought that I had. Thinking that they would be subject to the 24 hour rule which would allow change/cancellation with no charge, I went on and changed my flight to the one I wanted right away, Nothing said that the federal rule would not apply or anything about being charged a $150 per ticket. I was shocked when I got my credit card and saw the $300 fee. I called customer service and they were rude and obnoxious and said that I should have read the small print (which I am still not sure where I would find). This is deceptive and not good business and buyers should beware and go elsewhere unless they change their policies.

Worst flight ever
December 10, 2017

Booked trip to anchorage 10 months in advance. 1 month before my flight, was notified flight was changed. Instead of noon I would get in 6 hrs late & miss my ride to homer. After 7 calls was obvious no one was interested in helping. Cancelled flight and booked with expedia. Only problem justfly didn't cancel first flight. Found this out after several more calls and it was too late. Now I am out $800. DONT TRUST THEM

Charged at check in for the 1st luggage, opened claim with Justfly and provided documentation at end of Set 2017. Up to Dec 7th, followed up periodically, probably 8-10 times, every time the answer got from various reps and supervisors was check will be in mail in 10 -15 business days, or checking claim status and call you backstill waiting for a check or call back after three months

The booking process is as easy as most and accessed prices available from code share partners of US airlines at substantial discounts to the prices shown by the US partner on their website. I save ~$5,000 on a business class ticket to Hong Kong (last year) and Shanghai (this year). Seat selection is slightly harder but OK. Only problem I had is you cannot put in your domestic airline frequent flier number if the ticket is booked with a non-US code share partner - you have to make the reservation then call the non-US airline and have them update the record.

Easy to navigate. Need more clarity, especially options to upgrade upon finalizing order. Prefer to seat by exit window, this option never available on line. Willing to pay extra for exit seat.
