Offers seat selection

One reason I chose Justfly is that it offered seat selection. It is very important to me to have an aisle seat and there were very few left! Easy site to book with. No complaints.

If you look at the site and the way that is written you would think that it is a professional and reliable site. However they never answer the phone and when they do it after an hour or more of waiting. The unfortunate thing is that you buy a ticket from this agency thinking that not only are you saving money but they were they would have your back but if an issue arrives they only tell you that they cannot make any changes because it's up to the airline so you feel duped. I had to fix an issue with my last name but they could not do anything about it. The airline for no reason whatsoever after I had paid for my ticket decided to cancel my flight. I contacted just flight and all they said was simply that there was nothing I could do about it but I would have to contact the airline when I asked him about the issue I told him about the issue with my name he told me the same thing. So the bottom line is that just white is simply useless they send messages and do everything they can to get your business simply to get your money but once you buy the ticket from them there's nothing they can do for you they are totally useless. Please don't buy your airfare ticket from them buy it directly from the airlines. I'd remind you that if you have any issues whatsoever they will not help you they will just try to redirect you to the airline they are total wimps. They take your money but that's about it you will never hear from them again and if you try to call them it would take you hours for them to answer the phone and then they will just tell you to contact the airline or that they are powerless

I found this new website with reasonable price, so I decided to book 3 international flights with them, all done. After my mother got her visa to visit us and an OK to fly from her doctor, we were so happy that (hopefully) she could come back along with us. We called just fly and wanted to book her one way ticket. It didnt work out to book her on same flight with us! She is 64 years old, had a stroke, recovered well but still some side effect, she cannot speak any English at all, so she is not to fly on her own through 3 international flights for sure. We were advised by justFly agent to cancel the booking since there is no other option as per the agent. The cancellation fees was 150$ per person which I have agreed, however when I got the receipt of the refund, its a 1000$ deduction! I have called and I was put through different department to finally found out that there is airline charges which 200$ per person which I was nit made aware at all. That when I freaked out. If I know that it will 1000 $ loss I would not cancel it at all and I would have flied my mother another time when I have saved enough money to afford to buy a ticket. I am currently crossing my fingers and waiting for my money to come back as soon as possible to I can book 4 passengers flights, I have also expressed interest if they can understanding and helpful of an elderly lady that needs special care, she cannot fly in her own. If I dont get back my refund urgently, I wont be able to book anywhere else and all my plans for 6th December will be melt away! I need help here pls

We are two families who bought tickets from kayak for the same itinerary. One family got redirected to http://Expedia.com and my family to http://Justfly.com Both families decided to cancel the tickets. Family with Expedia got refunded with $300 per person charge from airlines. Yesterday When we called Justfly to cancel, an agent named Leo said the ticket is fully refundable except the $300 per person airline charge and a $150 from Justfly. I questioned him why we need to pay extra $150 per passenger when the family booked through Expedia did not charge. Agent Leo said they cannot waive the cancellation but lower it to $125 per person. The agent said the tickets are cancelled and we will be refunded the amount except the $425 per person. We then rebooked a non refundable ticket through Alnita travels today. After all the new tickets got confirmed, Agent Leo calls and tells there is some $300-$600 fuel charges that the airline won't refund and the cancellation was unsuccessful. How come the tickets bought from kayak with same itinerary and airlines can go to different websites for booking and have different cancellation charges especially what just fly saying "fuel charges ". I called one more time and second agent France confirmed that agent Leo made a mistake and only better option I have is to agree the extra charges and cancel. After almost 3.5 hrs on phone and talking to his supervisor I was forced to let go additional $600. They cannot keep up their word and do not care about customers. This is the worst travel company.

Justfly.com is horrific. I have been buying tickets through different traveling websites and this is the first time I have had a problem. I called them to change my tickets to a different date due to an unexpected conflict. I had three tickets but had to split them in two groups leaving on two different dates. I obviously understand that as a result, I am expected to pay a fine and the ticket price difference. I tried to do the change on their website first as recommended by the company. I got a price that I was willing to pay but I could not complete the transaction because I had to split our group. So I called them instead. Six hours later (not exaggerating, yes, SIX) I have still not been able to complete the change. They company was attempting to charge me over double the price that their website was telling me. When I insisted and pulled the information right as I was talking to them, they miraculously found the ticket and same price that I was looking at. As I tried to purchase the tickets, I was put on hold and then somehow disconnected. I called back and now I am told that the tickets at that price are gone and somehow not available any longer. At the same time, I am now blocked from trying to do it myself online. The system tells me that I can not do that online while somehow there was not a problem doing it online earlier this morning. The whole thing just smells fishy. Stay away.

I had to cancel a flight and I was told it would cost me $300.00 to cancel but by paying that fee, I would receive full amount of flight charges of $1313. 56 credit towards another flight in the future. I verified that the new flights would be at advertised rates of justfly as well as directly through the airline of choice and that it would be good for one year. I was told Yes the credit would be towards any new flight within a year at the best rate justfly.com offers and advertises.

I went in to reschedule the flight and found the flight is 1345. 66. Great. I would only pay about 32.00 difference. When I try to use my credit, the airfare went up to 2121. 66 for exact flight meaning I needed to pay nearly 808 dollars more. This means that after paying the 300 dollars to get the credit, and the upcharged airfare, I am only receiving about about 137 dollars savings out of the 1313. 56 credit and have been totally lied to.

I checked with American Airlines directly and found I can fly first class for same trip for a total of 2151. 56 Only 30 dollars more than what JUSTFLY racked up the rates to in order to utilize the credit. THIS IS FRAUD and nowhere in their terms and conditions does it state they will charge higher fares on flights when utilizing credits. Also when asked before paying cancellation fees to obtain credits I was promised rates would be same.

Rescheduling Trip

I had a trip planned but had to cancel. Justly CHARGED ME $150, OK. But then gave me a credit to go to the same place with the original price of the trip. Does not allow me to go elsewhere or even divide the credit up into two flights. QUOTE; YOU FORFEIT THE MONEY IF THE TICKET IS LESS. BEWARE, THIS IS A SCAM SERVICE.

I found a flight on Justfly.com on 11/20/17 that showed 3 tickets available for $510.10 so I booked my flight! Sounded great until I see the charge for $605 on my account and look to see if that same flight is available and their website shows 2 flights available for $510.10. So I called into their 1-800 number and get told - "Sorry your flight is already booked, we can cancel your account for $75 and then you can rebook for the $510.10 flight". So basically you want me to pay $75 to book a new flight for $510.10 so that my total in this would be $585.10 instead of $605. Makes a lot of sense! I will never book through this website again. I had high expectations for about 5 minutes on this site. I will just stick to my normal websites. Update as of 11/22/17- I just checked justfly website again and its still showing 2 tickets available for the same flight I chose at $510.10. I appreciate the reply from trustpilot, but knowing that the flights are still available on the website and I got charged an extra $95 is pretty sad. Again I will never do business with justfly.com again.

DO NOT USE JUST FLY.COM! THE PRICES WILL INTICE YOU BUT THE FLIGHTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES. THEY STATE ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY OFFER 24/7 CANCELLATION AND THE INSURANCE TO COVER TRIPS IS VERY SPECIFIC. AGAIN, GO THROUGH THE AIRLINE, DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. I was so very disappointed in justly.com. I will never use them again, Kayak is my go to from now on. They stand by their customer service and promises to their customers. Do not fall for this, its a racket.

I just had a terrible experience with this company and did a research to see if others experienced a similar thing. I am relieved to read the reviews. I had a very bad experience with this company. I reserved my flight ticket online, paid a fee so that I could make a change on the ticket, if necessary. It was not a cheap flight.
I ended up having a medical issue\ my doctor advised me not to travel. So I contacted Justfly to change my travel dates a week before my flight. I called them about 6 times within that week.The representatives were kind but not helpful. There was no one to talk to, to understand what could be done. Each time I had to explain my situation from the start and each time they kept telling me to wait. I felt like I was being deceived. Finally I told them that I would like to cancel my ticket. They asked for a doctor's note. I provided a doctor's note that clearly stated why I was unable to fly. They told me that the doctor's note was not accepted, I should have sent a hospital note. I had to pay not only the full ticket fee but also the penalty of the cancelation, plus some other fees. I have been traveling for the last 30 years and I have never experienced anything like this before. I am not sure what they are after. I will never book through this company again.

Stay away, scam!

I hope somebody reads this and chooses not to use this company, because it was one of the worst experiences with a company I've ever dealt with. I booked a flight through justfly for my honeymoon. I had to change our return flight to 3 days earlier due to an unanticipated work conflict, and called to do such 2 months in advance to our itinerary. This led to hours on the phone with customer service representatives that were clearly being compensated by commission, who were marking up the price to change our flights by 250%. If we wanted to change our flight, it would have cost MORE than buying an entirely new ticket. There were hidden costs at every turn, from cancellation fees to rebooking fees to commission fees. Whenever I start backing out, they suddenly reduce the price to change flights by $100 in an attempt to reel me back in, but the price to rebook is still above the price of just booking an entirely new flight. After calling the airlines I booked it through, rebooking fees only would have cost $200 directly - but through justly, somehow they kept saying that our flight change would cost $750 PER TICKET.

In short, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I will never use this company ever again. It has turned my honeymoon into an absolute mess, and now we can't afford to rebook the trip at all. No one in the company had any sort of compassion or flexibility, and it was clear that the second you wanted to make any sort of change, the unforseen fees would be astronomical.

Its worth flying with virgin America
