Prices change fairly quickly, did miss out on the best deal, but the number of tickets available did show some of the time. Processing for flights was quick.
No where on website has a change fee of 200, until you're ready to cancel. On top of $100 airline fee which airline only charges $50. Cancellation fee is 50% of ticket price, is that even legal?

Has the cheapest pricing I could find. App was easy to use. I was also called by a representative of Justfly after I booked the flight and he was calling to confirm the booking(I don't know why).
The site is easily navigated. The follow up is thorough and clear. The rates on tickets were the lowest I could find. I have used them multiple times and they are my preferred search site for travel.

I had a little trouble when filling out information and trying to get help. You only have certain questions with answers and I had trouble with the "contact us". Once I got it you were very helpful.
I think the reason why this isn't as big as Travelocity or Expedia is the lack of engagement in the website's design. I, for one, nearly looked over this website, that is until I saw their deals.

I had so many flights to choose from at great prices. I had to call to notify the airline that I needed wheelchair assistance and the person I spoke with was pleasant, taking care of me quickly!
I was booking a flight for price $381. After I confirmed the booking without adding anything else on the top of that. The price was changed to $411 without notifications. Called for help and the person from justfly.com REFUSED TO VOID THE TRANSACTION WITHOUT ME PAYING $70 CANCELATION FEE! Unless I have the proof of the price changing. How the HELL was I supposed to find the proof if me myself have never gotten a single notification? If I knew the price was changed why would I book it? Do I look like I'd like to throw away 30 dollars like it was unwanted? I'm telling everyone I know in my life how terrible justfly.com does the business. You're welcome! Justfly.com

This have been a very bad time with this co. They changed our flight and didn't email or call me, went to the carrier and found out then tried to change the one flight, put on hold for over 2 hrs. Finally hung up and went to web site and canceled the flights all together, which cost me $225.00 then booking another flight with the right times.
I could have booked with out this nasty third party and got the time I needed and saved money so if you look at JUSYFLY's web site its all lies. They know all of this and give you the wrong confirmation #'s and then if you book to leave at 10:10 PM AND find out the flight next day is changed with out any notice to me I found out putting in my info on carriers site... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND AS OTHERS SAY YOU GET ANOTHER COUNTRY FOR HELP AND PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER TWO HRS.

I and two of my friends booked ticket during December, '19 from Justfly.com for a joint international travel with Singapore Airlines. The travel was to take place during mid-June, '20. Due to COVID-19 scenario, the trip had to be cancelled by all three of us. All three of us were eligible for full refund, as per directive from Singapore Airlines. My friends cancelled their tickets during last week of April and got full refund. I cancelled during first week of May, and was appalled to note that Justfly.com had formed policies (which was not published to its customers) to misguide and discriminate among customers during such an extra-ordinary morbid circumstance. I did not get full refund, needless to say. When enquired, they talked about this policy (which they did not bother to inform anyone) as the discriminatory tool employed by them to mislead and deceive people.
I'll never do any business with these people to avoid deception, and so will be the case for my friends who figured out that they could be at the receiving end as well when dealing with such dishonest organization.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
