I bought online from Just fly, i neither get cash refund nor another ticket. They dismiss my travel voucher after 1 year. It means they took my moner.
We booked a flight through JustFly, then recently received an email from them saying the flight has been cancelled, so we are to take the next flight which makes it into a 27hrs+ layover in a foreign country. No explanation, no solutions, nothing. My sister is 5 months pregnant, and there is no way we are able to take such a flight.
I called to try and find a better alternative. As this was a major flight change, and we had completely no control over the situation, it is their responsibility to handle it. Instead, they said they will charge a $360 fee for flight change, and if I wanted to cancel, it'd be a $200 fee and only a 50% refund for my original tickets. Then they tried to push me to try and call the airline to deal with the issue myself. The purchase was made through their system, there is no way the airline can do anything about it!
After numerous calls, speaking directly to the supervisor, we still have yet to receive any resolution! The most unethical and fraudulent company I have ever dealt with and JustFly is not an uncommon company either.
I always purchase international flights on justfly, they're usually the same price as the carrier or sometimes cheaper.

Ended up cancelling this flight the day of trip. Had to book on another airline on the spot. Status of flight was completely incorrect. Not aware of delays, serious delays, as in six hours.
It was easy to navigate the site and purchase my tickets. I have been trying so hard to get tickets to Miami and now I am finally pleased that I got a reasonable flight.
Did not realize that we would be charged for choosing seats until after we had already chosen them. Good thing we noticed that the total price had quietly updated before we confirmed the reservation.
I felt the site was t as clear as it could have been, with transitional pages and the ability to change dates or times. Other than that, I was quite happy with the pricing.

Had the cheapest rates compared to other third party flight search companies, and relatively direct and honest prices. Quick to complete and purchase ticket.
Quite satisfied with my experience. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was a cost for reserving seats, which was not revealed until after I selected seats.
Didn't have any issues, was able to get a good price on tickets. One recommendation would be to lower the charge when you would like to make a change to flights.
Found my flight at the lowest price and was able to get direct flights! Site was easy to navigate and took no more than 5 min to complete search and booking.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
