Excellent, the customer relations was great and their approach to issue was awesome. With this in mind, if I have to do it next time, I certainly do business with them again.
I don't feel like I got the best price. Prices kept going up every time I went to look. I have flown to and from these locations much cheaper in the past.
I found the system simple and user friendly. It did not take me much time. All the services including hotels and cars are easily available for booking. It is convenient and simple.
This is my first time buying tickets through just fly and so far I am very satisfied and happy! Also, I found the lowest prices through this site so that was excellent.

They have the cheapest tickets esp with good flights like Delta airways.Its a great thing they partner with Affirm. I got my tickets on credit with no interest or very low interest.
My husband and I purchased a ticket for ourselves and an infant seat ticket for our 6 month old baby for a round-trip visit from Seattle to Orlando... or so we thought. Through the online ticket booking we selected "infant with seat" and continued though to make our reservation. We paid for our tickets, including an extra charge for the infant seat.
Our trip to Orlando was just fine. We had our seats as planned. But, upon further investigation we noticed that we didn't have a seat for our infant for the return flight. Immediately, I called customer service to look into this. When I called I was informed that I only purchased the seat on the flight to Orlando, but not on the way back. When I questioned the charge for the infant seat, they informed me that was apparently again, only for one way. No where during the purchasing process was I informed that this was a one way charge. Also, as I talked to the customer service agent they informed me that they are not capable of purchasing an infant seat with the airline I am returning home in and that I must make that reservation myself. I am incredibly disappointed with how unclear this whole process and pricing was.

Easy to navigate. Need more clarity, especially options to upgrade upon finalizing order. Prefer to seat by exit window, this option never available on line. Willing to pay extra for exit seat.

If for any reason you want to cancel or even change your flight. They will charge you at least $500 on top of everything. $300 for an "airline penalty" yet no where else does it state that besides an obscure page on their website that only support has a link to. Not to mention their support is horrible, can't even read what your saying, or don't care enough. They DON'T send chat transcripts as "They don't have a corporate email" that is a straight up lie. It auto selected 5 star and when you try to choose anything else the page freezes, AKA they kicked my PC off their website(Yes they can do that, I'm in the network industry), and because of that you can't even scroll back in the TINY chat window to take screenshots of the chat.
Their cancellation protection for 200$ is also garbage as it doesn't do anything besides say you've been denied, EVEN though its out of my control which is exactly what their own policy says.
Still trying to get my refund for a flight MORE then 2 months out without paying HALF the flight in fees. Would I recommend NO.

I have used Justfly a few times on international flights and have always gotten the best deal. Fortunately once I have booked the flight i haven't had any reason to make adjustments to my ticket.
After I verified my reservation, it changed when I pushed the button. I called immediately and was given a run around. C'mon, it is not a coincidence that it happened and all changes cost money.
Everything worked OK on online have my ticket. It to a short time to get it done. And I got an OK price. Its wasnt clear that there was a fee but I expected that

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
