Everything went smoothly with the purchase of my flight tickets. I've used JustFly previously with good results. When they had the flight at the lowest price I didn't hesitate.

The search for a perfect flight has been a long process, but it has ended just recently. We've purchased our flight with JustFly.com and looking forward to our trip.
My son received his first set of wings and his name was announced over the speaker (although he had fallen asleep). The flight attendants made the world of difference!
As a first time user, I had a very good experience with JustFly! There was all the information provided, and I was able to get the cheapest price possible!
I booked a ticket the flight canceled and i keep calling no one answer me it's been 2 days
One agent talked to me and he is asking for another $170 for what i didn't cancel the flight that's you guys
I bought ticket with Just Fly two months ago and a week before my travel they change the departure time so it was impossible to make my connection fly. I stay with those people every day for more than two hours and they just move me from one rep. To another nothing changes. They didn't know what they were doing. So on the end they ask me to wait another 12 hours just one day before My fly and I wasn't sure that they will help me at all so I canceled the tickets an I bought another one from a different company. Stay aware this is happening second time to me with this company. DO NOT BUY TICKETS WITH "JUSTFLY".
Spent over 90 minutes booking flight. Found great price when attempted to book online after hitting the book key it stated, sorry, not able to process. Called directly, representative says that the airline updated and it is not available. After being absolutely frustrated as this was a good rate, retried booking flights for $80.00 more online. Get the same message, sorry not able to process. Book online all the time and checked my data. No error on my part. Call the online number, rep says she now has to charge me $10.00 more. Not on my watch! Had to book flight over the phone with higher level rep in order to honor the online price. Book tickets all the time, first time using Justfly. Found out after I booked and email was sent that they only allow 1 personal item on board too. So you might as well pay more for ticket given the baggage charge. Guess they received a lot of complaints like mine so after 9/5/18, they will let you have one carryon. Doesn't do my guest flyer any good. You also can't select your seats. Hmm. Maybe the online booking doesn't work so that you will have to call them and discover all this after the fact ie; 1 personal item and can't select your seats. Don't like the aggravation so, will not use them again.
My recent experience with JustFly was very disappointing after previous positive experiences. While booking a flight for 3 of us, after what I thought was adding the first two of us already in Justfly's account, I added the third person. It appeared we were all 3 added however, when I received the confirmation there were only 2 confirmation numbers an 2 of us listed twice. My call to correct, first got me Maria who quoted me a charge of $75, I asked to speak to a supervisor she stated that wasn't possible and when I insisted she stated I could call back and get another rep. The remainder is long and amounted to know help - I was told it was my fault and after the initial rep reduced the fee to $50, the supervisor said without $75 additional fee nothing could be done. When asked to provide the third ticket e-confirmation in writing I was told they couldn't provide. I have the airline confirmation and that would suffice. Very disappointed as the e-confirmation issue seems to state the duplicate name was flagged and I could have simply been asked -or your system intentionally let's people error? Just fly has now responded, we have come to an a reasonable agreement. I'm thankful for this response and hope you train customer service how to resolve initially.
I got pulled in by the cheap flights they were offering. I had a family emergency and I needed to fly out as cheaply as possible/as soon as possible, HUGE mistake.
I went through the whole process of entering my information but, before it came time to actually purchase the tickets, I thought I'd wait and closed the tab.
I then got a confirmation and e ticket in my email AND money was taken from my account. I HADN'T EVEN ACCEPTED THE FLIGHTS.
I called them less than 24 hours later and they said I couldn't get a refund on one of my flights but i could get a 70$ refund, AFTER they charged me ANOTHER 75$ to cancel the reservation. I also explained that I hadn't confirmed the flight and they just disregarded it.
All in all I would recommend NEVER booking thought this site unless you appreciate cooperation's such as these who just take your money and screw you over.
Booked flight in September, December found they made changes by accident, they did not notify me. Went to check flight on Monday and more changes, gave me a layover of 20 minutes for an international flight. Got it changed told I would get email in 24 hours, no email. Called again on hold for over 40 minutes and disconnected. Finally talked with someone, again promised email in 24 hours and no email. Third call and they say reservation kept getting sent back with errors. Why do I have to call to find this out, why aren't they fixing the errors? Every keeps saying they guarantee it is fixed and I will get an email. Still no email. Have now talked with 5 different people with all kinds of promises but no ticket. Currently on hold again for 1 hour insisting ticket be sent immediately. They tell me not to worry I have 48 hours before departure, apparently they do not know math as I have less then 30 hours before departure. It looks like I've been swindled! Do not use JustFly-run just run away!

I tried to book a flight with justfly but the website didn't work. Next thing I know, my bank alerts me saying they've charged me for a ticket of $880. TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'T GIVE ME A FLIGHT TICKET. BEEN CALLING FOR 3 WEEKS, NOBODY TO ASSIST ME. SCAMMERS.
Third time booking through Just fly, no problems. Flights reasonable and website easy to us. Hopefully, my upcoming flights will go off with no problems.
Was an easy experience but only disappointed that I cannot pick my seat right away. Wish I could use my Discover card to charge the airline fee as well. Not convenient to use my VISA
Very worst flight changing policy when flight timings are changed and delay was increased to 6 hours. We were not given another flight when travel time changed from 25 hours to 29 hours. No zero star option to rate. Waiting on call for hours and this is cheating company. NO HELP WILL BE THEREONCE TICKET IS BOOKED
I love booking with Justfly. Their website is easy to use and the prices are low. I just download the app but still haven't had the chance to use it. I hope they keep on improving their services

Justfly.com changed my flights to Australia to add a 7.5 and a 10.5 hour layover to my trip to Australia. They changed 4 of my 6 flights in my itinerary. They told me the airline makes changes and that they are not responsible. Upon contacting Qantas about these flights, I found that all ticket changes are made through Justfly.com. I've made 6 calls to customer service with no avail. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that one would call me back within 3 hours. I received no calls back. I just spent 1.5 hours waiting to speak to a supervisor to seek help. Now I know that Justfly.com received a F RATING BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I am still waiting for my flight to be corrected. Justfly will comment on this review saying they are working with me through an "escalation" process. This isn't true I've emailed and messaged someone from this department on Wednesday then they disappeared. Won't return any emails. I've spoken to a representative from Qantas who told me it was a simple fix and they just needed someone from Justfly.com to contact him. I gave Justfly the direct number to Qantas North American sales who could correct my flight and still nothing is being done!

My flight was wonderful. All but the transfer to a smaller plane their were only 13 of us that included the Captain and the crew. It was kinda rough but all in all. It turned out jus fine.
I have been on many sites and just fly is by far one of the best. The layout is easy to read and I didn't feel overwhelmed. Many sites tack on extra fees but I got what I paid for. Will use again.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
