Bad bad company- will never use again- buying the ticket online was no problem- bought several months ahead of time, big flight Tampa to Beijing and back- a month ahead if time JetBlue canceled the final leg- I called to find a different flight- after 2 hours on the phone, finally got switched to late evening flight (needed afternoon flight)- a few days later never received confirmation if change, called, said it wasn't ready yet- called again a week later, on hold initially for over 30 minutes, after finally talking to a person, she said it wasn't confirmed yet, asked to speak to supervisor and was then confirmed- the people answering phones at JustFly are too automated and not helpful- this company is EXTREMELY difficult to work with- will never use them again
My plans were to fly to Orlando and go to Universal Studios. After purchasing my tickets, I then found out that all theme parks would be closed due to the Coronavirus. Justfly was not understanding that flights needed to be canceled due to COVID-19 and still charged the cancellation fees!
I know there is a reasonable price, but at your own RISK! The customer service at Justfly purposely wastes your time especially eating your money. Remember the Justfly is a third party which means doesn't want any financial responsibilities for any reasons and didn't give you a full information for a minor passenger. The customer service did not help you to save money and help you to LOSE more money if you want to HOLD the ticket for a year! $150 per passenger for a change due to any unexpected situations that is NOT your fault. It's your own responsibility to research on the airline, travel insurance AND countries where you plan to fly. Remember it's on your OWN risk and don't expect to get any helps from Justfly period! I'm speaking from my personal experience which is so horrible that Justfly didn't inform me properly about some countries that required for a minor passenger other than just passport and visa! It's worse than Expedia or Hopper because they don't charge you for the ticket changes fee. Any purchases from Justfly.com is at your OWN risk and worth your membership of direct airlines to save you a lot of headaches financially. The customer service is NOT helping you!
I've been watching fares, for a certain trip and I feel justfly.com kept me up to date on all changes constantly emailing me. THis is the 2nd time I have used Justfly and have been totally satisfied.
I bought a flight seven months ago to depart in December and I paid for the cancellation option in case I needed to cancel and get a full refund.
In order to cancel you need to provide a booking number and a medical know if you're sick, which is what I did. I emailed them five weeks ago and they basically refused to refund me and have asked me every single day for the medical mail and the booking confirmation as if they've lost it.
After providing a medical note they asked for more details that weren't outlined in their website, and when I told them that they were violating the terms on their own website, as I provided the information that was needed they sent another email asking for something else.
They've been emailing me every day for the last five weeks making an excuse as to why they can't refund me, and it's been an absolute disaster and headache as I provided everything on the website and they're refusing to refund me. So it's clearly absolutely horrible customer service and a scam and I would not book with them at all in case you have to cancel your flight.
They also kept changing the time of my flight and I had absolutely no say in it. And there was nothing that I could do, so if you're booking a few months are in advance and your flight changes for whatever reason you're most likely not going to be able to get in touch with someone to change that.
Just Fly and its Travelers Cancellation Insurance get a big fat ZERO rating from me. After providing all the requested documentation for flight cancellation due to ILLNESS, my claim was denied because I only had an antigen COVID test not PCR. This was never mentioned by the representative when I cancelled my flight, only during the claim process. ILLNESS alone is considered a legitimate reason for cancellation with a letter from a licensed provider. This was all submitted but somehow it boils down to the PCR testing. This insurance was $202. My flight was $1500. The flight was CANCELLED. My travel group had to re-book their flight with a different airline 3 days later missing 2 days of vacation.
Strangely I was not able to upload my email trail or documentation to this portal but I have it all

You could have offered seat selection free of charge instead of charging $15. It should have been free for obvious reason since we are paying for the ticket anyway.
I got a flight that ended up being canceled. The only other flight to Chicago I could have gotten was for the next day not till 5pm in NYC or another 955pm in Newark. I had to take a $100 dollar amtrack to Philadelphia to fly out the next morning at 7 am and slept in the airport that night because I couldn't afford a hotel room..

JustFly had the cheapest roundtrip ticket. I booked it instantly, and never had to call them as there was no need to. I would recommend JustFly for their prices.
They advertise "24 hr cancellation!" but they will charge you for it! They charged $75 for a $170 flight cancelled within 20 hrs. I will never use them again.
