Quick, cheap, and easy. We love booking through just fly. We know if we have any issues or changes, we can make a call to customer service and have that issue resolved quickly.

I bought ticket to go to new york from LA yesterday.
I surely checked in male in gender infomation.
But when i got the booking confirmation and noticed that in female. I was really embrassed and i tried to modify that wrong. But it can not. So i called their service center. But i could not reach them. At first i canceled it and at that time i noticed that there is calcelation fee ($50 each ticket) so i called them again. I waited for 1 hour on the call and finally reached one of speaker.
They can not give back money. Even though I canceled it after bought 5-10 mins. So i asked calling the supervisor and thet will call me within 24 hours but have not gotton called yet. The system is really weired. Please give back money.

I bought 2 tickets to Argentina with Aerolineas Argentinas through JustFly on Jan 2020 for July 23. Flights were cancelled due to COVID-19. Start making changes, refunds, cancellation, anything that I can. Nobody, nobody, answer from JustFly. No emails, no customer services, nothing. I missed all deadlines/timelines just trying to make a cancellation or change on the tickets. It was impossible to connect with someone and talk about it. I paid more than $2,000 and never saw my money back or the chance to change my tickets. So frustrating, disgusting. I'm still trying, but it is impossible. Its so unfair.
I will never, ever try JUSTFLY again. Not recommended at all. Bad service, or no service at all. The worst of the worst. I had really good experiences with everyone else: Expedia, Kiwi, bookings, etc. Not with JUSTFLY.

Of course we have a covid19 issue going on, understood. But I've been able to get responses from all hotels, tours, Delta Airlines, American Airlines, AirEuropa, everyone EXCEPT JustFly. On top of that they are not reimbursing their initial reservation fees, and to process my voucher which is given BY THE AIRLINE, JustFly charges me another $50! Ridiculous. Now can't get through to get cash for my voucher, as allowed by the airline. And when I book again with my voucher, they will try to collect ANOTHER FEE. Don't get stuck with a ticket through JustFly.com!

I booked a flight back in February for me and my family to go see family in Virginia. Unfortunately, they had a family emergency and we were unable to go. I also purchased insurance. I called to cancel to do the right thing. I was charged $75 per ticket to cancel. That was $300 dollars. After I already cancelled, and called back I asked the question, if i was just not to show up for my flight what would have happened. The answer was NOTHING. You just would have forfeited your tickets. Which I already did anyways cause they are "non refundable". Now when you purchase insurance you think you are good to go. Umm nope. You have to have documentation, and a "good" enough reason for "them". My families emergency was not a good enough reason. I wrote a review on Facebook. Was contacting from them, through email. They had my wrong phone number, even after I told them over the phone the right number when i cancelled. I then received a email. I emailed them back numerous times with my correct number, and I haven't heard anything back since. My recommendation is don't even bother with insurance, or with cancelling your tickets if needed. You'll just waste more of your money. If I do not hear back from them I will NEVER EVER book with Just fly again.

Booked tickets from justfly for Air Canada. I booked 4 tickets (2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant). The site only processed the 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket and did not buy the infant even though it showed on my receipt. I called justfly and they told me there was a error in the system and they would refund everything. They refunded nothing and I have been calling for 2 months to get a refund and they keep telling me that the airline has a no refund policy and I am out of luck. Recently Air Canada changed our flight departure to make it leave earlier than it was supposed. I called Air Canada and they told me that since there were no later flights available that day they would refund the tickets for a 100% refund. But since I booked through Justfly I need to have them submit the request. I called justfly and spoke with the agent for 90 min for him to keep refusing the refund saying he isn't able to call Air Canada and Air Canada has to send him the refund request. Called Air Canada again and another again told me the same thing. 100% refundable, all travel agencies have a direct number for Air Canada and all they need to do is call to get the refund. And the Again told me that he gets a lot of calls from angry Justfly customers!

I booked with JustFly. I thought I got a great deal, and signed on. I ordered the ticket I needed. Later, I noticed that all prices for the whole day were the same and these prices remained the same for the next several hours. I checked my reservation. Justfly reserved a ticket at a price much higher ($80.95 more) than the one listed. When I discovered that they had overcharged, I protested by email.

Later I received an email saying, Sorry, prices change. They ignored the fact that this same prices was listed for at least an hour after I ordered.

Subsequently, I sent a large envelope, US mail, to the business address on Justfly's website. It was in Montreal. In this large envelope, I included screen shots of the prices I had used to make my order. I also included subsequent screen shots of the same prices at a later hour. I of course also sent a letter asking for a refund.
Subsequently, my mail was returned by Canadian Post saying that there was no such business at that address. I returned to the website, and this time there was no postal address available.

Needless to say, I recommend that NO ONE use Justfly.

Total scam.

I booked 4 airline tickets from Las Vegas to Rome, then from Venice Italy to Las Vegas. 1 month before the flight I was emailed that they had canceled my flight and there was nothing they could do about it. My flight was on air Italia. I called just fly and they were no help at all. They said they would refund the 5300 dollars I had spent on the tickets.
So the next day I bought tickets myself on delta and paid for them.
Just fly kept 98 dollars per ticket, 396 dollars for the 4 tickets. We called them and said, you canceled the tickets, why are you keeping the money. They said that is their policy and that's the way it is. We disputed it with our Amex card and got a refund after a few months.
Well our Amex card was charged again for 396 dollars and now we are being told there is nothing Amex can do.
Amex told us to take legal action against the company.
So here we are, 4 months later taking legal action against them so we can get our money back on a flight they canceled.
This company is totally dishonest.
Do NOT use this company.
They will rip you off.

ONCE YOU PAY FOR TICKETS AND INSURANCE AND TRY TO CANCEL THEY SAY THAT THE INSURANCE IS NOT VALID AND TICKETS NON-REFUNDABLE SO THEY KEPT $3000 OF MY MONEY AND I DIDNT FLY THROUGH THEM, NEEDED TO PAY LAWYER TO TRY TO GET MONEY BACK. NON-AMERICAN COMPANY WHEN YOU CALL THEY ARE LIKE ROBOTS AND JUST KEEP REPEATING THEMSELVES TO IGNORE YOUR REQUEST FOR REFUND. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVER BOOK WITH JUSTFLY. I bought my ticket well in advance of my travel plans. Just Fly required me to change the itinerary twice - once to add an extra layover at JFK and a date change on my departure flight requiring me to take an extra day off of work. I got my job to give me that day off (despite being the last day of a school term - if you are a teacher you know how that is difficult). I made a reservation for a place to stay and a ferry trip contingent on the revised booking. I received the new itinerary from justfly claiming to "just pack your bags." Air France saw it differently - they said I had a return flight but not an outgoing flight. I spent days trying to get a human on the phone at justfly. They called back at 5 am and after 20 minutes of Asma saying "so sorry" she confirmed what Air France said. She offered to rebook me days earlier (not going to work with my bosses) at an additional cost of about $500. When I said no, she then said she needed $75 for an airline cancellation fee. I had to borrow and pay interest to buy the original ticket - that is also money lost. So for lots of stress, wasted time making plans, cancelled vacation - it cost me $75. NEVER USE JUSTFLY AGAIN folks. They didn't even catch the cancellation! I might've found out the day before flying that this was all a sham.

All e-mails go to No-Reply status. I don't reccomand using them at all.

No One to Reach
February 15, 2022

I used the on-line options to rebook a trip cancelled in 2020. The message returned is:'Quoting a change of flights undefined". I have spent literally spent 2-3 hours on HOLD to see what this means. (we myst use the tickets/exchange by March 2022- and we plan on going in March. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN INSIDE TRACK TO REACH Justfly that doesn't require 3+ hours of my life on hold? Unfortunately, i cannot include my payment and proof of cancelation- you only accept picture formats versus PDF. PLEASE ADVISE!
