Bunch of crooks they cancel my flight without letting me know, found out that my credit card wasn't charged so I called to confirm I'm on that flight and they were telling me the price went up and only the spot of my ticket is available since the card never charged me they kept the seat for me(BS).trying to charge me another $360.00.
I google in the same time talking to this crooks and find that there is many seat still available on same flight numbers and same dates.

We had a very good experience with justfly. When I wanted to change our flight, even though they couldn't do it, they were friendly and easy to communicate with.
I always like using Justfly, I find their website the most conducive for any kind of search esp with their actual system or technology that's fast and always spoton.
Don't book with them. I made the mistake of booking 2 tickets and purchasing insurance and they DID NOT do what they said! I lost $900. SCAMMERS! Run fast
I was able to find cheap flights very fast and easy, and they always send me emails when prices for flights I am looking for drop. Overall, the booking was a good experience.
I like how you compare prices from other flights, and the give the cheapest available. It helps me figure out which time of the year I should fly and with which specific planes/airlines.
The online process for getting a ticket with you guys was easy and very straight forward. It made getting a ticket and finding arrangements far less stressful than I thought it would be.
After calling multiple time I found out I was unable to make any changes to my reservation. Probably will never book through a third party again. Just easy and to book through airline.
Justly sucks. Do not book. Their website is worse than that of a bank robber.

I would recommend this website to all my family and friends. My experience with reservation and flights have been okay some delays due to weather and other factors but overall a good experience.

On their website, justfly.com provides an address in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, but BBB has confirmed that the business is not actually located there and mail for justfly.com is being forwarded to an as-yet-unknown location. The company is registered as a numbered Canada Inc. corporation.
Be aware the worst customer service they will scam you, if you do change your mind and want to cancel or change you dates you will get charge crazy amount

Was easy to book. But missed couple of deals due to fluctuations. Also had to cancel ticket, was on call waiting for an hour and a half. Good deals and site seems legit.
I looked at a few different competitors and this was by far the easiest to use and best deals. My son and I ase ecstatic to go on our vacation to New York!
I always contracted a third party to book my flights because I thought it's a complicated process. Justfly makes it simple and a fun experience. Yes, with Justfly you can do it yourself!
Terrible customer service experience.
In the even that there are no changes to your flight consider your self lucky. If on the other hand anything changes ( which with my experience seems very likely) you're in for one of the worse customer service experiences going.
Justfly takes no liability and continuously pushes the blame on the air line provider. I understand that in reality they do under their t&c's limit what liability they have; however after being hung up numerous times and spending more then 5 hrs over countless calls just to get my flight changed due to a change in flight time by the air line I feel they fell very short in meeting even then lowest expectations.
In addition to the actual delivery of the lacking customer "service" they separated myself from people who I was travelling with and over and over again offered me less then equauivlent options to my original travel plans.
On the other hand I think I now know their hold music off by heart after spending the better part of my day ( the day before I was supposed to fly for 30hrs) on hold trying to get my flight reconfirmed...
I would recommend against using this website.
For my first time booking with justfly.com it was a good experience and the flight I ended up purchasing was cheaper through justfly.com than the other travel site I was also looking at.
Does a good job at showing deals and shows a wide variety of options. Easy to book. I compared other sites and this one by far gave me more options and flights to choose from. Easy site to navigate.
Searched for about 3 days and this was the best price i found. So far i have not regret it since i kept searching and nothing compare to this price. Thank you justfly

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
