My experience.

I bought a ticket in December from BSB-FLL, with full insurance and possibility to modify or cancel the flight, no questions asked, and get refunded less some fee or cost for cancellation understandably I had a reason to cancel my flight that was booked for 21st January, because My license to stay in Brazil expired January 22nd. 16th of January I went to the federal police and got there a permission to stay in Brazil until 22nd April. I immediately tried to modify the flight or cancel it if not possible to modify it. Neither was possible, and I don't like to be made fool off. Another thing happened, that I don't understand, but was nice, bravoflight sent me a voucher for EU 90,98,-. I don't know what the connection is if any, between these two.

Was booked to go to vietnam, now I cannot because layover in china they cancel my flight and hold my refund for 30 days othwr then this it has ben great booking with just fly

Found the flight that I wanted, put in my credit card info, when I hit submit, it said that the flight is no longer available. When I backed out, I found another flight, did the same thing with the same outcome. I was not able to get the ticket I wanted, but I was still charged. When I called to get this resolved, (after the almost hour wait on hold) they told me it was the airlines fault and I would have to call them to get it resolved. I never gave any of my info to the airline, just to JustFly. So after calling the airline and getting a much more professional customer service agent, I am getting my refund in 7-10 business days all no thanks to JustFly. The airline even told me that JustFly has this happen a lot and next time to book directly through the airline. Lesson learned. JustFly makes mistakes and blames the customer. Horrible business practice. I am pretty easy going and would not have left a bad review if there was some attempt to fix the situation, instead they pawned it off on someone else that I never gave my payment information to. Very disappointed.

DO NOT USE JUSTFLY.COM! I repeat DO NOT USE JUSTFLY.COM and DEF> DO NOT purchase the "insurance" --IT IS NOT insurance --it's just YOU tossing $20 to an empty hole! They will NOT refund your $$$ and only offer what an airline would offer (need a medical doctor written form, and submit by mail and MAYBE they will grant your a partial refund). I feel completely ripped off! FYI our tripped was booked with TWO airlines and after simply calling the airlines, we got our $$ back (via United and Frontier). We will NEVER EVER use justfly.com EVER!

DO NOT BOOK WITH JUSTFLY!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE JUSTFLY! I am military and my orders changed last minute. My flight home needed to be changed and they were going to charge me $5,738 to change my flight. The only other option was to cancel and only get a partial refund 6-8 weeks after the holiday. I was just on the phone with them for 3 HOURS and getting the run around. I was transferred to about 6 people, the last one being the only one without a language barrier issue. Each time I was transferred I had to reconfirm my identity and re-explain the issue. Very infuriating. I sent them a copy of my military orders to prove they just changed and no one would help. My advice is to just pay the extra money to book DIRECTLY with the AIRLINES! DO NOT USE JUSTFLY EVER!

Waited almost 20 minutes to be connected, just to be gaslighted on multiple occasions. All within ONE conversation. When asked to speak to a manager, agent would ask to bear with them, just for them to turn around and gas light me even more without transferring. Once I had enough, I told them I asked for a manager 3 times prior, and asking for a 4th to be connected. They then had me wait to tell me that I MIGHT get a call within a few hours... still no word. As the chat was closing, agent then proceed to gas light me one last time by saying they are sorry for me that I wasn't able to do what I needed to and closed the chat. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM NO MATTER WHAT!

Our flight is long with all the stops, but the price was awesome kudos for that. However I made mistake of booking in my married name instead of maiden (to match passport). I called a couple hours after booking and in conclusion they said the "airline" would not allow the change. My only solution was to cancel my flight (problem
Flying with others and aligned itinerary) and rebook, but by doing that I would get hit with a cancellation fee and possibly no refund by the airline. Plus the difference in pricing that day was going up hourly. He repeated verbatim and incessantly his policies. The rep would even talk over until I asked him to make an effort to least let me finish. Eventually tone softened after actually trying to rebook me but failed because price when up for the 3rd
Time that day. When I finally got through the Airline (united) they changed the name with no fees or hesitation, bc of course most airlines allow for some changes the 1st 24 hours. Needless to say it's a rough first time with Justfly, no sure if I will use again. I hope the actual flying part works out better.

A TOTAL DISASTER
August 23, 2021

We bought tickets to visit our family overseas but the flight got cancelled. JustFly will not refund our money so we can buy other tickets. The refund will take 14 to 18 weeks! Outrageous, I am considering legal action. DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO PURCHASE TICKETS.

The Worst

Has anyone ever used this site to book before?
DON'T!
They have the worst customer service and are super rude in the mix.
I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with a representative and she continuously tried to upsell me on seat security. Upon declining, she did inform me to call the airline after confirmation and request to be seated together. However, what she did not inform me of was baggage check & fees! When I called the airline, their representative noticed that I didn't have any bags reserved and asked me about this. She informed me that I would have to pay an additional $104 per person for bags now that I was already confirmed for the flight, but upon purchasing my flight, there's an option for $32 (that I was never informed of!).
I call justfly customer service back, only to speak with a gentleman who told me that I should have asked the right questions next time. I couldn't believe it! In fact, while I'm on hold for management (over 25 minutes now), I am posting on every travel blog site so that you guys know to avoid this website and their people. No matter how good the price looks. They are the worst!

Work site ever

There is not one person that understands anything in the phone center. Tried 5 different times and being on hold for hours trying to reschedule our flights and every agent was stupider than the one before. I canceled my flights online because they were to stupid to figure anything out. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A LIVING NITEMARE.

I canceled my reservation in less than 24 hours and I was charged $75 Because of COVID-19 I could'n fly but these crooks still charged me $75 I've bought many tickets from just. Fly during past years but NEVER AGAIN. Just please wait for my reviews on YOU TUBE, Instagram, Yahoo, Google... to let people know how you doing your dirty business from Manila

Since there is no option on the website to communicate with customer service and they do not take phone calls on existing reservations, (you will never get anyone on the phone on an existing reservation, they hung up on me 5 times, was on the phone for close to three hours), I will use this review to make my point.
Per Just fly (see communication below), I should wait 3-5 months for a refund. That is if I even get the refund. As far as I am concerned, if I cannot get a refund by 06/15, they can keep the money. I won't want it back. Every single person involved with holding that money will regret it. Just wait and see. Curses are real. I guess they will find out the hard way. But they were warned. Who, should wait 3 months for a refund?

I purchased tickets from company for 1089. I realized my flight needed to be changed. When I called to change my flight they said I would be charged a fee but that my flight change was made. In the meantime my flight was never changed and I was charged 325 dollars on my statement. I called back and was on the phone waiting for 2 hours. When I finally spoke with someone, they couldn't give me any answers and weren't helping me. They also asked me to take a picture of my statement for evidence to show I was charged.
After getting nowhere I looked up reviews and people had the same bad experiences I called my credit card to notify them. Called just fly again to cancel everything, they proceeded to tell me I'd get money back and couldn't even give me a cancellation number and charged me another 150 dollars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Justify has refused to refund my money. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. NEVER use JustFly they have refused to refund my money but they sent me an email confirming reservation failed and flight, what do I do to get my money back quickly as it is a family emergency situation. Disappointed with service! While making my reservations, I upgraded my flights to be able to choose my seat assignment and use overhead storage for my carry-on luggage. As I was doing early check-in for my trip, I realized that I was listed as basic economy which means the airline assigns seating at check-in and I cannot use overhead storage for my luggage. I called Justfly and they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded my fee to choose my seat. They also stated that the customer is not guaranteed the seat assignment per the small print on the booking confirmation. So now the airline can seat me where space is available on both flights and no carry-on bag. I found that answer to be a problematic since I specifically paid for the seating separately. It is too late to reschedule flights because the prices are through the roof now. How disheartening! The only good thing about finding out today is that I don't get to the airport tomorrow and end up angry and frustrated. Jetfly people depend on you to handle your business right. Just do what people pay you to do. If I could have given a zero I would have. I will never ever use Jetfly ever again.
