I have been trying to get in touch with them regarding the Covid-19 outbreak and to cancel my flight. I actually have travel insurance as well.
However, NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!

When I booked the flights on JustFly, their website said I've booked the economy+ fare that includes extra leg room and luggage for each passenger. Once I got to the airport, the airlines told me that I have a discounted basic fare and I have to pay for my luggage ($212 to be precise) AND, we are seated in the back of the plane (for a flight from Portugal to Chicago) Spent 3 hours over 2 days trying to talk to Customer Service (2 reps, 2 supervisors and 1 manager), who's tone changed every time they did the research into my case because they knew they messed up. BUT still wouldn't refund me the extra money I paid due to their mistake!
I like the navigation process and I think I got a good deal. My 5 star deal breaker was there was some confusing placement of information when comparing airlines policy.
I booked through justfly.com a few times already, all provided lots of options and prices, very professional tool for booking any international or domestic flights.
After booking I contacted airlines to make a seat change (good thing I did this within the 4 hour cancellation time) and was informed that the additional fee to justfly for seat selection was only a "suggestion" to the airlines. Furthermore NO BAGGAGE WAS INCLUDED WITH THESE TICKETS AND AN ADDITIONAL $170 baggage fee for EACH of the 4 legs of travel ($680) would be charged if I kept the tickets. I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THIS! Needless to say I cancelled and will never use this company again
Althought it was travel deal tuesday and everywhere else i looked flights were drastically going up in price, jusfly got me the best deal as promised on skyscanner

I didn't have any problems booking, but I wasn't pleased that I couldn't select our seats with Virgin without paying a fee. Still, it worked out at the gate as we were all seated together.

I looked for my tickets thought kaka.com and I was redirected to justfly. After buying them, I noticed that they changed my son's name keeping only the initial of the first name and a truncated last name. After 6+ hours talking with them, they said I should cancel the flight, but then I called the airline to double check, and they confirmed that I can fly anyway since the names made sense and the birth dates match.
Until here, a lot of time lost but ok.
The problem was that I went some days after this into the airline's webpage to check the itinerary with my reservation number, and I didn't my if. I contacted them, and they said that justly cancelled my tickets! Without even asking me, or even worse, when they sent me an email saying that I should cancel, I replied saying dont do it.
When I visit justly page, it shows that my reservation is still confirmed and correct. Ive been calling them for hours, and as soon as I explain the case, they check the case with their system or transfer me to the support area and let me waiting there forever, no response yet.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
