This site helped me find the cheapest flight at the time I wanted. It was quick and easy. I like the fact that you can mix and match departure and return flights depending on rates and times.

I booked my flight I paid $40 for the extended cancellation policy I called a hour later speaking to someone that couldn't even understand my English and stated this information is inaccurate she said ok we can switch it then all of a sudden all sorts of extra fees would apply meanwhile they charged me $40 for the cancellation so nothing should apply and said I'm locked in and there was nothing they can do complete scam don't get fooled watch before you book I would not use it recommend this company to anyone I was held on the phone for over a hour called back again and then was told well you needed to do it before 11:59 the prior day I told them I did I asked the female to do it and she said no I would be charged after I paid for the coverage a hour after I booked I asked do you not screen your calls yes we do we'll go back and check I can send you proof well sorry sir. Nothing we can do. Never again heres proof I called the day of booking before abd today I was on phone for 59min

They then changed my booking without informing g me to 9 30 am flight

I am still in the air from Japan and now show no evening flight

No what I would call good customer service

I'm so disappointed! I really hope that somebody listens to this review and I will try to write this same review on other review sites about this company. I just booked a ticket that costed 1680 some dollars for my baby and me and i tried to checked I had all the names right as they were in the passports. Anyway after I had made sure I submitted the payment... After the payment confirmation I checked one more time the information and, I guess you can never be too careful, but my daughter's middle name only had the initial... so knowing that this could be a big issue I called right away to fix this. A guy named "gaby" "helped" me out. After all the explanation he gave he told me that it would be better to cancel the trip bu t it was going to cost me 75 dollars, because name correction had to go through the approval of the airlines I was going to be flying with and it could messed up the trip if one them did not approve. Anyways he also told me that the cancellation email I going to get it no more than 24hrs and my refund in no more than 10 days. I really feel like I reaped off. This is the worst feeling ever. I've made mistakes before with other websites in the past when booking for a flight and they did not made me paid for them anything! The insurance for this trip I was booking was 117,75 could cover a lot from those 117, this just doesn't seem right. People make sure you can cancel for free, websites like these just rape people.

Worst Experience With Travel Agent Company

The website has no support for those with disabilities or with special travel needs.

I travel with a service dog. There was no way to indicate this on JustFly website and when I talked to a representative prior to purchasing the ticket I was assured they would take care of it. When I called the airline to confirm after I purchased the ticket they said JustFly had booked the ticket wrong and JustFly either needed to call the Trade Support Line or cancel the ticket and re-book it.

At first JustFly representatives claimed they were unable to call and all communication with the airline had to be via email.

Was promised updates on the status but was never called by anyone. I had to call them to get any updates on any progress which was always none. They just sat on it with no follow up or any pro-active attempts to correct their mistake.

They were willing to cancel the ticket but would charge me over half the price of the ticket for doing so, despite the airline itself willing to waive their fees.

It took 7 DAYS of me constantly calling JustFly to find someone who was capable of making an outgoing call to the airline to fix the problem.

A problem which could have been corrected on the first day in minuets had someone actually picked up a phone and called the airline's dedicated Trade Support Line established for just such issues.

This site is a great alternative to other services. Kayak and Skyscanner got nothing on JustFly. JustFly's easier to use and their results seem to be more comprehensive and organised.
