Customer Service is poor at best. Fees added by them for any type of change is a double charge of what the airlines charge you for any changes to your ticket. Complete Rip off.
Ticketing and confirmation was fast. There was only one little thing, the name on the ticket and on the credit card kept changing, auto filled although I changed it. Other than that everything good.
If you are planning to use justfly to visit you military loved one DON'T... I need to rebook my flight because my child is being deployed and their helpful suggestion was to pay $1200 to rebook or $250 to cancel. Why would I pay to cancel the flight? And not receive a refund of any type. Yes I took at the insurance and yes it was my own fault I didn't realize I needed to be terminally ill or passed away to receive my refund. I certainly didn't know my house had to be flooded or lord knows what else. I'm not asking for special treatment but when a military family has to reschedule because of a deployment or their duty to our country comes up some consideration should be available. Seriously it was suggested by three people that I cancel my flight. I'm already loosing the money and you want me to loose more by paying you to cancel? Oh by the way I am going on my trip 8 weeks later than planned and I won't be booking through just fly.
And just so you're aware I am on a social media group with 1000's of military moms who already know that just fly is just a joke
Just like other sites, displays one price, then when it comes to check out. Says price increased even though it says it will lock in your price. Otherwise, I do enjoy shopping at Justfly.
Great service! I enjoyed my flight, the flight attendants were very nice and welcoming! That was my first time flying and I enjoyed every minute of it! Definitely will refer you guys if needed!
I only purchase flights via JustFly. I travel often and this works best for my budget. I've never had an issue and recommend it to my friends and family who use it as well.

I just booked a trip to Europe through Justfly.com. I'm trying to keep my flight budget low so I can spend more in the cities themselves and I felt pretty successful in doing so.

I booked a ticket to Dubai with 1 stop and while in transit, found out it was 2 stops. Not only the fight to Dubai but also the flight back. The is no were on my booking that says anything about the 2nd stop. We had to get off the plane and go thru another customs, almost missing our flight! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY OR CHINA EASTERN. This is false advertising!
And the best part is there is 2stops both ways! Absolutely unexceptable
The person I spoke to was courteous but I was put on hold for 30-40 minutes while the JustFly rep had to call JetBlue to confirm that I am entitled to a refund. My flight was cancelled due to weather conditions so it was no surprise that JetBlue was fielding an inordinate amount of calls from customers whose flights were cancelled. I do not understand why I had to wait for the JustFly rep to get through to JetBlue.
They are not accommodating to their customers I bought tickets and cancelled the reservations the same day when I bought tickets the website said 24hr free cancellation I canceled my tickets the same day now please some one explain to me how they change. 75 dollar cancellation fee within 24hrs? There website is very misleading overall my first and last time I will EVER be using this website! NEVER AGAIN!
On JUSTFLY website they mention Free cancellations within 24 hrs from you booking (on the Phone) even they are mention on during Review your booking Terms & Condition page Free cancellations within 24 hrs from you booking. When I call to JUSTFLY.com for cancel my flight within 24hrs they charge me some modification fee they never mention any modification fee on website during booking. Be care full before your booking with JUSTFLY.com

I changed my plans within the 4 hour window and called to cancel my justfly reservation. I didn't give it a 5 star because it was very difficult to understand the customer support rep I spoke with.
You had better times for the flights. I did not want to make my 82 year old sister have to take me to the airport in the middle of the night or pick me up after midnight
I needed a flight booked as soon as possible and I was able to find cheap flights just in time thanks to the site's email alerts. The sight is also easy to use I had no issues.
