The person I spoke to was courteous but I was put on hold for 30-40 minutes while the JustFly rep had to call JetBlue to confirm that I am entitled to a refund. My flight was cancelled due to weather conditions so it was no surprise that JetBlue was fielding an inordinate amount of calls from customers whose flights were cancelled. I do not understand why I had to wait for the JustFly rep to get through to JetBlue.
