Needed an international flight was able to get times and dates that I needed at a very good price.
Only problem was not being able to pick seats on all flights.

I used this company to book a flight- due to weather conditions I wanted to adjust date or destination- per JUSTFLY airline will charge penalty of $173 per person for date change destination is not an option -Called Interjet-airline-advised me that does not seem accurate- So who is lying?
I called 30 seconds after I booked the flight in error, because the search included an alternative flight option. By the way I was trying to leave due to a HURRICANE hence the rush in booking AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!

I booked a trip for Jackson Hole, Wy - it came back that it was for Jackson, MS and they stated that I choose the wrong city which I am could have, but I usually ensure before finalizing. Anyway I was told my fault but then I noticed on the bottom of the Itinerary that they sent me it gave options for hotels in Jackson Hole, Wy How does that happen if I chose the wrong city?... DO NOT USE JUSTYFLY - SCAM!

JUSTFLY had the best prices on the net and the site was very easy to navigate. StrIght forward no additional fees after booking. Just how I like it. No surprises.
I had a round trip flight booked from Kelowna to Toronto. Due to a rock slide I was not able to make the departure flight. After a long and annoying conversation with the cancelation dept. they wouldn't not allow me to cancel the departure flight and keep my return flight.
Even though I am already booked with a seat on my return I am forced to cancel the entire trip and risk losing my return seat. Rather than allowing me to keep my return and cancel the departure they repeadly said there is nothing they could do. BS.
Now I have to book on the same flight I was already booked on. Needless to say. Very dissapointed and this is the last time I use this service. Suggest everyone else use a proper airline with a proper problem solving guest service. Best of luck in the future for you. You're going to need it.
PROMISED TO LET ME KNOW THE NEW ROUTE WITHIN 72 HOURS. THEY DID NOT. WHEN I RANG THEY STILL HAD NO ANSWER. WHEN I ASKED TO CANCEL THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 DAYS BEFORE THEY WOULD CONFIRM I COULD CANCEL... AND THEN WAIT 2 MONTHS TO GET MY REFUND CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT. IN 15 YEARS OF TRANSATLANTIC FLIGHTS I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR "COULDN'T REALLY CARE" ATTITUDE.

Justfly is a scam, plain and simple. They cheat you out of money, don't accurately list their cancelation policy and lie to you over the phone. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, putting me on hold for long periods of time, claiming they can't answer questions, and I overheard every answer being told by someone else to the customer service lady of what to say to me for my questions. They refuse to be a company operating on morals.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
THE WORST! I booked a round trip ticket with them in 2019, and the return trip in 2020 was canceled by the airline due to COVID. Upon my return, I called them and the customer service rep. Said I had a credit and to wait. Well, I waited, and come to find out there was no credit. So you know, they were sued by City Attorney of San Francisco over hidden fees and other predatory scams, they filed bankruptcy shortly thereafter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, there are numerous other reputable travel sites.
So I had an international flight on Sunday night that I could not board because my PCR Test results did not come in time. (I had gotten tested Friday night). I had paid about $800 for the ticket on Emirates through JustFly.com. At the airport, I could not get a PCR Test because the center closed at 8 pm (I had a late night flight). The man at the Emirates ticket exchange desk said he could not help us and told us to call a phone number. However, he did claim to have cancelled our booking. When I called, the phone number's office was closed. I gave up and retried in the morning. They redirected me to call JustFly's phone number. Ever since, I have been unable to get in touch with a customer service representative ever since, even though the automated voice message said that they knew there was a problem about my specific booking number, and it is Tuesday night. On JustFly, it is strange because my original outgoing flight never disappeared, but on the Emirates website it is already gone. I caved and paid around $700 in "flight exchange fees" plus $75 in JustFly "handling fees" to get my ticket changed. However, they said the "request is processing." I have sent two support tickets within the past two days, but none have been answered. They sent me an email saying to contact them in a timely manner to speak with a customer service specialist, but it seems no one is home. I have called at least ten times and just been put on infinite hold. I am afraid I have gotten scammed. I should've just gone back to the airport and tried to get a refund from Emirates directly. Never using JustFly.com ever again.
I really appreciate the ease in booking my flight home. I will certainly be using JustFly again. The ease of use and the various options for flights was awesome. Very pleased with my experience.
My daughter attempted to book a one way flight Dublin-SFO. She was tired and frazzled at the time and incorrectly booked the flight destination for the incorrect city/airport. The second she noted her mistake she attempted to cancel the reservation with Just Fly. Their 24-hour cancellation policy is a scam-the consumer believes they have the right to cancel or change a res within a 24 hour period free of penalty, as is DOT regulation with any airline. Because of JustFly's involvement, they slap a $75.00 charge to the consumer for correcting a human error. If you read deep into their policy, they say "24 hour cancel fee IF you purchase $19.99 coverage for extended warranty" Very misleading, trying to lead consumer to believe they have the standard 24 hour period to make changes and the $19.99 is charged for "extended" 24 hour coverage. Spoke to a supervisor and I was told that they are a private company and charge whatever fees they wish. When I asked where they are located, they stated they cannot divulge this information. Totally B. S. - Next step: reporting to BBB and getting word out NEVER use this travel service or whatever they are :(
I tried to call Just fly to try and re arrange my flight less than 24 hours after booking and I stayed on hold for 2 hours and then the line disconnected. So horrible!
I will suggest to my friends and family to use the sight for there future travel. There prices are very affordable I tried to compare with other sights but nobody can beat there price.
