I purchased 2 airfare tickets through Justfly.com. I notice that this site policy for cancellation and updating/edit names are extremely difficult and very expensive. Once you clicked on purchased, if you don't purchase the 24hrs cancellation add-on plan (lucky but not lucky I purchased the cancellation policy). You're screw vs other sites, they allow 24hrs cancellation without charge. My mom's flight is mis-spelled a letter in her middle name, I requested to update. Their customer service told me that they can't guarantee if the system will update the changes within 24hrs or it could be other issues and if I pass my cancellation plan (after 24hrs). Then I may be risked of cannot travel with that ticket. She then suggested me to cancel and rebook another flight for my mom but then I may not get the same flight with her. Then what's the point? Why would I want to book with you and purchased the extended policy? This is a scams that they put in their policy to easy steal other people money. I would not recommend this site to anyone. They seem to be scams to me.
I ended up cancelled both my mom and my flights and lost some money just within an hour of purchased. I had to purchase another flights for us. This is ridiculous for just update the middle name.
So far, I'm quite pleased with the user friendly site and the flight was well piced as compared to other sites. Will not use my ticket until late summer, and expect all to go well.
The site should have 0 stars. I purchased tickets over the phone to Berlin. The agent verified and confirmed several times that the flight i purchased included baggage allowances. Upon receiving confirmation i see that there weren't any and i called. The agents are worthless and the supervisor Ace (which is more worthless than the agent). Would not even acknowledge their fault. I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
No seat choice granted although the site sent me to a page to select a seat. Also the carryon baggage requirements are not clear at all. What can be carried on as in bag size!
Awful! I made a mistake in my booking! I talked to an agent and they said they would call me back…never did….tried calling back and have been on hold for an hour. Will never use again!
All was clear and fast! I feel satisfied with the results and I will certainly continue to use it for my national and international travel. No doubt for me that I find the best deals on this site.
JustFly was an easy to navigate site to use. I was able to choose my departure and return flights separately which made it fit into my schedule. The prices were the best that I had found as well!

I booked an international flight via Kayak and found a flight through JustFly that was close to $100 cheaper than the next cheapest flight. It was a very simple booking process.
I was told that for my request ( wheelchair, vegetarian meal, choice of seats) I have to call the airlines 3 day before the flight for confirmation. Usually I did everything online.
I found tickets for way less than what i was finding online, really good flights and super easy to book.

I was charged additonal charges set aside from my flight to result in $667. The website was not clear on the accrual of fees, now I am out of around almost $1000. I will never use this site again.

Customer service was good. The booking process via the website may be a bit confusing for some. The travel agent I talked to explained the functions of the site quite well.
