I have been trying to get in touch with them regarding the Covid-19 outbreak and to cancel my flight. I actually have travel insurance as well.
However, NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!
There is also no email. How is one supposed to get in touch with their support?
I had an order from the website and even though I got it very late, they sent me another one as a compensation so I would say I am very satisfied with my order. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star is that the customer service was delayed with responses. Their product quality and creativity is pretty good.
