They do not offer 24 hour cancellation free of charge or no change fees when all of the others do. If I had known that I would not have booked with them.
They have almost 2000 complaints with the BBBSCAM SCAM SCAM. CHOSE 2 PASSENGERS BOOKED THE FIRST DIDN'T ALLOW A SECOND. CALLED THEM AND SPOKE TO A CRAZY INDIAN LADY WHO TOLD ME I'D HAVE TO PAY $25 TO CANCEL IN ORDER TO ADD ANOTHER PASSENGER. THOUGHT MAYBE SHE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND. THEY DOUBLED THE PRICE OF THE FLIGHT I HAD JUST BOOKED AND WANTED A CANCELLATION FEE. WHY DO I HAVE TO CANCEL TO BOOK ANOTHER ESPECIALLY WHEN I ALREADY ASKED FOR 2. ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR LITERALLY 17 TIMES. FINALLY SHE SAYS OK. 20 MINS LAYER SAYS CAN'T GET ONE AND HANGS UP ON ME SCAM SCAM SCAM
Booking can be stressful, tiring, and expensive altogether. When seeing and looking into Justfly, it's just a wolf in sheep's clothing. On the outside, it looks like a good deal and website but really horrible. While looking for a flight and found the one I was looking for, $615.30 turned into $635.25 for both my child and me. In question, I thought there was supposed to be a discount, I called customer service. I asked the question " Why was 12 years old counted as an adult?" got transferred through three people just to find an answer. I got transferred to what seemed to be the manager. I asked her the same question to get a very rude reply of " When a 12-year-old is accompanied by an adult, it's an adult, but without a guardian, it's considered a minor." Before this, I went through some digging and found the 2-13 for the airline I'm going to is considered a child. I asked her "Even when the website for the airline clearly states that 2-13 is considered a child?" She said, " Yes, that's how the website is designed." " If you try to say that a person that is 12 years old on the child fill, the transaction won't go through." "And if you don't like that, fill on the original website.", knowing the number one reason for the website is to find a cheaper option. Not wanting to argue anymore said bye and hung up. I really do envy the people who got a good result from this website.
When booking, this site is tricky and makes you pick a seat to seemingly complete your reservation. They charge an extra $14.95 for this. I called customer service to reverse this charge. (By the way, they always tell you its only 5 more minutes to wait to speak to a supervisor. 40 minutes later.) Well here it is 2 months later, no refund yet. The invoice provided BY Justfly shows the seat charge still there, however, their system shows a refund was made so they want proof that they did not make the refund! Their own Itinerary shows the total price with seat reservation, but customer service goes by their system! So not only do i have to show Justfly their own invoice, but my detailed checking account statement with all my personal information and charges! A notarized statement from a banker that the credit is not on my statement, and send this all to an email for investigation by them. What a farce! Turned out I could have gone directly to Jet Blue site for a CHEAPER fare for the same flight! Terrible customer service, a website that tricks you into more charges, a Walt Disney production to get a $15 refund from their error! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!
I booked a International flight for my wife which the itinerary had to be changed for some reasons. The initial flight ticket was with Air India Airlines which costed 820$ and when i called to change the reservation, they told me that there's a 250$ airline fee + the flight difference ( in their website it said 820$ for new dates, which apparently don't apply for change in reservation) + the justfly modification fee of 150$. So on a whole a change in reservation was 500$ when my initial flight was for 820$. And if you wanted to cancel the reservation, I would get back only 400$.
That was completely absurd. I mean who on earth charges a modification fee on top of airline fee. And when i wanted to speak to a supervisor about this, they put me on HOLD for more than 30 minutes and eventually i had to drop off the call and call them again.
I ended up paying 500$ for modification fee. I am not going to book with this site again and i strongly discourage anyone who wants to book through this site.

I was shocked about the total amount they charged me that did not included the baggage fee after I paid. JustFly never notify and show you the baggage charge and information before your booking. I'm so angry about that. It was HORRIBLE RIPPING OFF PEOPLE WITH HIGH BAGGAGE FEES NOT DISPLAY BEFORE THE BOOKING. Carry on was incl. I'll try to make an official complaint and strongly request to handle my baggage fee.
I booked my flight but haven't traveled yet. Booking was easy, and I got super cheap tickets, which I'm happy about. The times aren't great, but that's kind of the tradeoff.
Justflys has the best prices and it is easy to book a flight. The past couple of times I booked threw justfly they are very accommodating to your needs and wants.

I had booking with Air China, booked thru Justfly, Due to COVID-19, they told me to cancel my booking and I will get full Refund, but when it comes to Refund, they are make a lot of excuses, after 6-7 months of regular e-mail and Call every 2 Weeks, I just got $390 out of $1300, and they told me only this amount was approved by Airline.
I booked a flight for my brother to Italy without first asking him if he could go simply because it said "Free 24 Hour Cancellation" in large letters on the page before I booked. I called back five hours later to cancel and they said it would cost me a $75 cancellation fee because I didn't purchase their "trip cancellation insurance." I complained and they offered to reduce the fee to $37.50. I took it and told them I was going to file a complaint. So, I had to give them my credit card again for the $37.50 charge.
I got the cancellation email on the phone and nowhere on the email did it say that my full purchase price would be refunded. I told the guy that I did not want to hang up until I received an email stating exactly how much would be refunded to my card. I finally got the email and just hung up. I hope to God the refund shows up on my card.
Companies like this should not be allow to remain in business and airlines should refuse to work with them. Where is the FTC when you need them?
I had an issue with United and the JustFly customer service person was awesome and she stayed on the phone until she connected to the United rep who unfortunately was not as welcoming or helpful.
I am happy I found Justfly to book my flights and I look forward to booking future flights with JustFly!
Airlines are required to give passengers 24 hours of free cancellation. Expedia and Priceline offer 24 hours of free cancellation. Justfly announces 24 hours of cancellation-- and conceals the fact that they will charge you HEAVILY for taking advantage of what is normally a free service. This is profoundly unethical. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY.
DO NOT use this service. It was responsible for one of the WORST flight experiences (and added expense and frustration) ever! We booked the only flight available from Tuliare to Antananarivo on the day we had to travel. Our "little domestic" flight was $747 (US dollars)! The flight routed us through Reunion Island. There was no information or WARNING that this is a foreign country. As a result, we had to go through customs, AND upon landing "back" in Madagascar (we were unaware that we had "left the country"), our visas were no longer good. We had to get information, stand in line, and PAY AGAIN for new visas. A horrible experience, and all because JustFly did a worse than disgusting job of booking us and failing to communicate essential information. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY!
I didn't think I could go to my moms funeral because of low funds, I search every site I can think of but thanks to JustFly I was able to find a last minute deal and I am able to join my family to said goodbye to our mother and grandmother. Thank God I found this site on time
Using justfly was pretty rewarding and stress-free I just filter what I needed and I found it right away and make a payment and I was out the door thank you very much for taking care of a very easy to maneuver website.

Justfly takes up to 24 hours to get back to you on whether or not your booking went through. The first three times I tried, it didn't go through. I spent several days on the phone with my bank, with Justfly, etc trying to resolve it. I book flights on a daily basis for my company. I have only had this trouble with Justfly. Then after you get that confirmation, you have a four hour window to make any changes. I got the confirmation in the middle of the night. Then found out I needed to add the person's middle name (international travel). I jumped on it first thing in the morning and spent hours on the phone with Justfly. I couldn't make that small change without a $75 fee. Yet if I had been with any airline directly, it would have been a simple service point. Nothing with Justfly. Tried going to the Supervisor and nope, horrible service.
Then instead of charging $75, they charged $150 which luckily our accountant caught. It took me another hour on the phone with Justfly to get them to fix that.
Additionally, if you want to make any changes whatsoever to your reservation, you can't do so with the airline directly. You have to go to Justfly who tack on additional fees. You can't pick your seat assignment expect for a general 'aisle seat' 'window seat'.
The worse though is the treatment on the phone. It's like talking to a brick wall. Every single time I called, I couldn't get ONE service oriented person or even a person who was willing to communicate with any sort of interest in helping you with what you need.
I'd rather pay more than get this kind of service.

There is a brief description of these fees at the bottom of your confirmation email as well as in our Terms and Conditions (https://www.justfly.com/terms-and-conditions) It is always passengers responsibility to verify all information is correct before proceeding with the reservation to avoid any mistakes that may result in fees.
We do see they have adjusted the invoice to reflect the correct modification fee of $75. The $150 was refunded earlier today. Please allow a delay of 2-10 business days before receiving the refund.

I booked the flight one month ago. I purchased the protection insurance Generally Global assistant to cover my trip and my baggage. The first price was reasonable at the beginning then at the end of the application the price was significantly increased. I did pay full price including $13and $76 protection plan. During this month the company already change twice my flight time. Yesterday they changed and informed me that my flight will be changed again. It was really inconvenient for me. I contact with Justfly.com they didn't have anymore options except it. They offer me to change the flight paying additional fee $299. I was afraid that will be not the end of my deal with Justfly.com since they constantly bragging about additional money. I am a handicap person and I need a special needs and enough time between flights. My protection plan was included refund of my flight. When I called to the insurance they informed me that I just paid for a baggage protection $2.50. I try to explain that's not true and on my invoice was charged $12.95 for baggage and $76 for flight protection. Agent could not help me at all. I will never use the Justfly.com anymore. They are big name scam.
Justfly took $936.33 + $180.21 for cancellation insurance for a flight to Thailand from The United States for a total of $1116. 33 It is clearly stated that changes and cancellation are allowed for up to 24 hours after booking. I purchased the insurance as a safety measure, turns out it was useless.
Within 18 hours of booking my flight, I was forced to cancel due to ridiculous unforeseen covid restrictions at my destination. Receiving no correspondence for the next 24hrs, I sent several more emails and filled out another cancellation request, following justfly protocol all to no avail.
Finding a customer service number I called and was kept on hold for over 7 hours and told that there was nothing I could do or that could be done and there would be no refund or change to my flight due to these restrictions. I was told my insurance was useless.
The lady that answered after 7 hours was literally doing dishes as her children screamed in the background as she repeated how sorry she was. This is criminal and I only want to return to see my family after 2 idiotic covid restricted years.
