I'm not sure who owns or operates the customer service here but they DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. Everytime you call, someone speaks to you in a condescending/angry tone and they are not helpful at all. They almost always tell you there is nothing they can do about it. You are basically on your own if you ever have to deal with them. They are horrible people, it is safe to say they only hire 1 set of people and they are not kind at all.

I was denied to enter my flight from Tehran to the United States. The Justflt employee told me that I need a Schengen visa because I have two stops in Europe. However, before I book my flight I contacted customer service and they told me I do not need it if I am a permanent resident (Green card holder) of the United States. This is what she was referring to "holders of a valid residence permit issued by Ireland or the United Kingdom, Andorra, Canada, Japan, San Marino or the United States of America guaranteeing the holder's unconditional readmission does not need Airport Transit Visa". She was just encouraging and pushing me to buy! And I did.
Therefore I was very much misled by their employee because my flight required a regular Schengen Transit Visa and not an Airport Transit Visa. And your employee did not have any knowledge and told me you are fine because you have a green card holder!
My husband booked a flight with this company after he enter his credit card number when tge reservation came back they over charged him 248.57. After calling both customer service numbers we got NO HELP. Than told there prices change rapidly even though you confirmed the one price they already gave you. IT'S A SCAM THEY WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Over charge you bc most people just look for the confirmation number after its booked, never looking at the price again bc you already confirmed the original price. NEVER USE!

Awful service I called to cancel a flight within hours of booking because of an emergency I was told that yes it could be cancelled and I would be issued a full refund and also charged $75 to cancel which was fine. 24 hours later I was then told it could not be cancelled as the airline declined my refund and to contact them for any questions. I contacted the airline they then told me they never refuse refunds with 24hours of booking and have no record what so ever of just fly even trying to cancel my flight. I was on hold for 60 minutes then waiting to speak to somebody this company it is a joke if they can't have people actually do their job. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT HASSLE
They gave checked in baggage allowance for only return flight, did not give for on-ward flight on a international flight, this is a poor price tactics played ever by any travel agency.
This was a very useful app to book my flight and I'd use it in the future. I'd let others know of justfly.com when friend and family need too find a flight.

We booked the flight 1 month a 2 weeks before depart date. 1 d at before leaving they wanted to canceal due to seats. So we had to either canceal with them or upgrade. They wanted to canceal the whole transaction and recharge which is 348 dollars more to the 834 we orginally paid. I dont see why we had to canceal and recharge for seat upgrade. It has been already 10 business days and they still have not returned my 834 dollars. They said 2 to 3 business days. Than after the transaction I see they use a differant company to rebook travelreimagine cause I paid additional 108 to them for booking. They will hear from the BBB. They are crooks
My experience was great. Logged on, typed in my flight requests, popped up cheaper rates than what I saw on other sites. Booked, paid, received all follow up information in me email.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
