We booked our tickets in Jan for a trip in August with 2 separate airlines. We didn't have any issues with our departure but learned our return flight had been cancelled twice and we were NEVER notified about either one of them. I found out the flight was cancelled when I called the airline we were to be flying with because my confirmation was not working when trying to print our boarding passes. Thankfully that airline (Alaskan Air) was able to book us on a flight with a different airline. I will never be using Justfly again. You can't just change/cancel flights without notifying your customers.
The cheapest tickets are here from a variety of airlines, no complicated steps, just as easy as click on the flight and fill in your info then just wait for your confirmation number, i'm using Justfly for every time I want to travel now.
It was easy to book flights, did not have to go through a lot of pages. Loved that's everything was on one pageboy, just had to scroll. Could have done with better rates and may be once the customer submit the payment, the confirmation should be instant instead of waiting for 10 min ( in my case) and the book status was saying collecting something. But overall good 3.5
I always travel to Toronto to visit family during September. JustFly has never failed me, not even once. I just log on, book a flight, and everything comes in place. I don't even have to call customer service, because I never had a problem with them.
If ever I do need to make adjustments, they're always there to assist me. They explain everything, which is very helpful especially when I do something for the first time.

Discovered while using Kayak to Price search. Got a great flight for an even greater price! Read carefully. There are no hidden fees, but the flight I booked did have a special requirement that I cannot bring a carry-on unless it fits under the seat in front of me. I could've upgraded that bit, but meh... Overall, very satisfied.
I have been buying tickets from them ever since June 2015 simply because their services are well updated and reasonably priced. Other agencies will hide fees and will even force you to pay for extras like seat selections, etc. but JustFly is different and all fees are presented properly. Applause for justfly!
Got the flights I wanted at lowest price. Was looking directly at individual airline sites, but justly site seems clearer/easier to read and more comprehensive of all flights available to me in 1 place!
I booked a flight and the return flight was DIFFERENT from the one I selected. Something changed during their communication with the airline. I immediately called for resolution. They would not fix their error and tried to charge a cancellation fee. Put me on never ending hold and I had to call back. Only to be called out of my gender several times and to make it worse the supervisor hung up on me. I never cursed or raised my voice. I know how call centers work. I did it for three years. The worst flight purchase experience I have ever had. I will be sure to share this review on other platforms as well.
I booked online overseas travel. I had to change my return flight dates. On hold for 2 hours. Finally, someone answered the phone and said he can only help with new reservation and transferred me to mind numbing wait tone of Just fly. Tried to change on Just fly website and no luck. The flight search engine will go in la la land literally kept spinning for hours with no results. After all this, i just called the same number and acted I want to book a new ticket. Fast answer and ready to book my ticket in 15 minutes. I said i already have a reservation. Cancel that one and book this one. I got same response. Transfer to existing reservation line with no answer.
Qatar Airways- refused to deal with me and said to go to agent or in future book directly with them. What a nightmare.
It was easy and fast. We got a better deal than the sites we usually use. Choosing seats and meal options, reservation and credit card information was all on one page that you could scroll instead of back button, so I could visually make sure everything was correct.
I have used them before with no problem, but the moment one must adjust or cancel they completely drop the ball. After booking flights to visit family for Christmas something came up and I had to cancel (a month before). They wanted to charge me more than the cost of the flight to cancel. They sent me to call the airlines who told me to deal with the booking company. After getting 3 more different answers as I was transferred from person to person I got told many things... they would wave the fees to then only charging $25. In the end they are still no help, will not give me any appropriate future credit and I feel they are stealing $800. AND I paid $54 for trip insurance. FOR WHAT?! I am now forced to dispute the charges through my bank to get any justice here. And it turns out my friend has had a very similar problem.

I really liked my experience with justfly.com it was very user friendly, I love how it displays the information, so you can view it by price, different flying options & also a flexible pricing based on weather you'd like to change date of trip/ hrs. I LOVE IT!
I use Justfly for many reasons. First, it is easy to navigate and you can see all the flight details. Second, I get notifications, about the price change. I wish they had a price graph and more sorting options, but so far, I am happy with their website.
Everything went as expected other than our experience with foodservice on a trans-Atlantic flight. We were surprised to learn that a meal was not automatically included since that has always been our experience on previous long flights. Apparently we were supposed to know whether we had purchased a meal or not (we didn't know), and then we were further surprised to learn that a meal came with one of our tickets and not the other even though we bought two of what we thought were the same tickets on a single itinerary. It all worked out because the airline just gave us the second meal, but it was still an odd experience that made me think, "I need to be more careful about this if I ever use JustFly again."
This site was one of the easiest flight searching sites i have come across. Not overwhelming at all and provides you with very precise information and allows you to book your flight for the best price. Would highly recommend.
While shopping for flights I discovered Fly.com.
It was easy to shop and the prices were better than on the airlines sites or all the usual suspects like Expedia, Orbits, etc...
I will look here first in the future!
We booked our flights (4 people) a couple months ago for September. While I understand things can change a little bit, we received an email today that our flights changed…. The changes make ZERO sense!
Changes:
1. We now have an 8 minute layover to catch a connecting flight that we will never make unless they hold the plan for us or it miraculously arrives early and the plane is next to our gate.
2. Return flight has us arriving at our layover 2 hours after our connecting flight leaves!
So I called. I called again and again. I left my number on the call back message 5 times today. Not one person answered. What horrible customer service. I feel like I'm at such a loss and we're screwed. I have traveled all over the world and book using lots of companies. I have NEVER had something like this happen. This better get rectified.
Be aware. Booked 2 international tickets thru this company. Do not make seat selection on their website. Go on the airlines website and make your selection there. Airlines would normally charge 25 to 60 $ for a seat selection. Just fly will charge you $150 if you book it thru their website. When you select seats thru them they dont make it clear that the charges are $150 per seat, till you receive your credit card statement. I was charged a total of $600 for a round trip. And on top of that they charged $87 as a service fee. Haven't seen anybody so greedy and ripping people off. Will never ever book thru justfly again. Don't waste your time calling customer service. They are useless. Wish I had read the reviews before booking my tickets with them.
2020 Just before Covid hit and three days before our flight Japan shutdown all flights. We never did not get $7000 back or even a credit with the airline. JustFly also said we had flown and recorded that we flow in our account. We did all we could and to this day never received money or credit back even thought the government paid them money top refund flights during this time period. They did file for bankruptcy protection so they could screw over their customers. I will never trust the JustFly again. Use at your own risk.
I just lost a very detailed explanation of my experience trying to find my receipt for my trip which they seem to require. Well I'd say they've managed to have that be a reason for me not to leave my review. I don't think so.
Bad, no non existent customer service, they ruined my Europe trip and even though it was most definitely their mistake, no compensation. I basically paid twice for my tickets to Europe ( had my kids with me)
Don't trust them, don't use this company, it cost me stress, and over $1500

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
