Terrible customer service. I booked a flight and set the departure date exactly one month earlier than I needed to, on accident. About an hour later my friend caught it and I immediately called their customer support to get the departure flight changed. They said it would cost over $300 to change the flight, but that they'd cancel it for $75. After speaking to a manager, they reduced the cancellation fee to $50 but that's all they would do.
I caught the mistake literally less than an hour after booking. Can't believe they are so inflexible and so unwilling to help within the first 24 hrs of a reservation. Will never book with them again.
I've never dealt with a company so bad the customer service people you can hardly understand what they're saying, i've waited seven months for a refund know they want five months bank statements and they say they're opening inquiry i've never been jerked around so much in my life I will never deal with this Company ever again, four hours on hold listening to the same music
I almost traveled some many miles with just fly but never got any benefit.
Also, with my recent trip, if I need to check in another bag, i will be changed as well, ignoring that I travel a lot with them.
Also, just fly does not have the option to add more bags when you book a ticket.
Also, I thought I will be able to choose a seat for free since there are some empty seats available, but I was disappointed because they want to charge me for choosing an empty seat anyways.

After some initial dissatisfaction with the company, I was able to reach the right people via social media and discuss my issues. We have worked out a resolution that I am happy with.

This is a terrible travel website with massive hidden fees. If you have any issues with your trip, the customer service agents are extremely unhelpful and dismissive. In short, they just dont care about their customers or retaining any business. The best way they have of making a profit is gouging their customers with unnecessary fees, so I guess I shouldnt be surprised.
Go with a larger, more established travel website like Orbitz, who have reasonable and established timelines and fees. I wish I would have.
I am happy to have found Just Fly for this reservation. This was the only website that put two different airlines together, one going and another for return, to give me a better price and times of day. Also I used their customer service number and received excellent service. Thank you.
What kind of travel company offers no phone service? There are lots of questions, emergencies, etc when it comes to travel and this company has very limited contact access. You can talk to an agent via messenger after about 10 min. Lousy service!
Booked travel they are dishonest and supervisors will only back up employee vs look into it. The agent booked flight and stated changes were made gave me detail then confirmed confirmation number stays the same. He did not make the change and I wasted hours. The supervisor was horrible might as well have been a recording. I asked the recording of call where he changed flight to be reviewed she said I don't need to I see notes! In end hours wasted a lot of frustration and they did nothing I ended up stuck with old flight.
Book direct with airlines I have over 500 flights in life never have I had such a horrible experience.
Hopefully are flight times do not change, last time about a week before the day, we got notice that are flight was going to depart, 9 hours later and we will get home real early in the morning the next day. There is nothing you can do about it unless you change your flight which would have cost us more than double to cancel then find another flight at what ever expense that would have been. So when we leave and get home at the times we have booked for now. And they have given us, We will reserve our customer report until then.
This airline is a joke I do not recommend anyone go through them. They hung up on me after being upset because they told me my ticket isn't refundable and if I want to cancel it I have to pay $100 per person. Even though I paid for the protection an extra $200 for nothing, my Passports didn't come here on time so I had no choice but to cancel it and instead of doing that they hung up on me! Worse service ever
I booked a flight for my husband and I and they spelled both of our names wrong. I was told I would have to send them copies of both of our licenses in order to make the change. Then nothing... No one ever made the changes or got back to me. I had to call the airline directly and it cost me 91 dollars to make the change. When I called justfly to get reimbursed, after waiting on hold over 2 hours, the representative lied and said it was my error. Apparently I don't know my husband's last name or my first name according to them. Will never use this service again
Horrible customer service. I have been trying for four days to talk to someone about using my flight credit from them. I even tried the scheduled time to call me back. They are awful and I think I am out hundreds of dollars.
Dont book tickets on justfly. They have last minute cancellation and their customer service hung up her phone on me. My money got deducted from my account and it was an emergency. They only have 3 option of payment visa master card and american express. Justfly.com sucks.

I booked a round trip flight, only to learn AFTER the purchase that it was actually 2 one way tickets. When I needed to make a change, the fees were $75 from justfly, and $200 for each "ticket" from the airline. When I pointed out that I requested a round trip ticket and choose from the options presented (as one ticket), they refused to budge on their $75.00 fee. Yes, they are right, their work speaks for itself, unfortunately the message is that they misrepresent what they are selling and don't do right by their customers when they are caught with shady practices! Be VERY careful using this service or better yet, go with a reputable service you can count on and avoid these jokers entirely!
I tried on multiple occasions to reach out and get clarification about a name change request and had trouble reaching anyone. When I finally heard back and requested my name change, they took a WHOLE WEEK to respond, and just to deny my request! With no explanation. Now leaving me stuck with what to do with only a few days left until my international flight. On top of that, the form stated it would be only $35. They sent me a quote for $75 + their regular fees. Just completely unsatisfied now
Total scam. I paid $60 each way to reserve my seats, only to find out that my seats are in fact not reserved. They then offered to refund $15 per seat, which is what they say I paid. The receipt shows absolutely nothing like what I agreed to when I reserved. I just spent 75 minutes on the phone trying to solve the problem, with no success at all. Customer service is horrible. Will never use them again, and I would highly discourage anyone to book with them.
If your smart you will not purchase from justfly.com it's a bunch of agents in Egypt that will rip your shoulders right off. They don't understand your issues nor try to ok help you. And if you ask to speak with a manger forget it they will go for hours around the bushes just so you don't get a supervisor. Basically it's the absolute worst dont waste your time with these people I'm trying to take legal action against them. They are ridiculous. I don't even think they have a corporate office.
I booked a flight and confirmed the price of $311 at each step of the process. I made sure before I pressed Book My Flight that I was confirming the correct amount. Within minutes I received an email receipt showing a charge $857! I called them right away and they attempted to say that I would have to pay handling fees if I wanted to cancel within the grace period, even though they clearly ripped me off. DO NOT trust this company! You don't want to experience this!
I had been keeping an eye on numerous travel sites for a few months before finally pulling the trigger on my flight via this site. It consistently had competitive pricing, but when I was finally ready to buy, it had the best price and itinerary. While this may not always be the case, I had no problems purchasing my tickets or checking out. Very smooth process.
I had to travel back home three months before I was supposed to so I asked for a refund. The ticket was a $1660 round trip to Thailand from Las Vegas. They tried to charge my card $200 to get $137 refund which means I would have lost $63 more dollars. Unbelievable
