We booked our flights (4 people) a couple months ago for September. While I understand things can change a little bit, we received an email today that our flights changed…. The changes make ZERO sense!
Changes:
1. We now have an 8 minute layover to catch a connecting flight that we will never make unless they hold the plan for us or it miraculously arrives early and the plane is next to our gate.
2. Return flight has us arriving at our layover 2 hours after our connecting flight leaves!
So I called. I called again and again. I left my number on the call back message 5 times today. Not one person answered. What horrible customer service. I feel like I'm at such a loss and we're screwed. I have traveled all over the world and book using lots of companies. I have NEVER had something like this happen. This better get rectified.
