Highly recommend I always find the great deal here. Also, it give me hotel prices so that I can compare it with other companies however most of them don't match the same rate as justfly.

I am trying to cancel a trip for my parents because my father passed away two weeks before their scheduled departure. My parents have trip insurance, but that doesn't seem to help because in cases of death, the tickets should be refunded by the "travel agency." I have never been so horrified by customer service. They told me I had to pay $200 to cancel each ticket, and when I said that was outrageous, they offered a "one time offer" of $100 to cancel each ticket. I feel as if I'm dealing with used car salesmen. Now I'm having to provide "proof of relationship" and other documentation in addition to the death certificate. Does it matter what relationship to the travellers had?

SCAM ALERT! Please do read the terms & conditions before booking. Even though you call in after 30 mins to change your reservation, they want to rip you off with the money. Really bad business model with the worst possible service. I'd suggest go on the airlines site and book the flight directly. STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY. Wish I can give them a 0. NO NO NO NO NO people - stay away.
The flight deals are very affordable, but what makes them stand out is how they treat customers like me. I did not proceed with my booking yet they handled my call properly and with respect.
I have purchased tickets to Hawaii and one of my passengers had a relative passing and is unable to go> i asked for a refund or credit and they said no. I purchased the cancelation protection and they still say no. Unbelievable :( You can never speak with anyone And then when I went to check in they sent me to Hawaiian Airlines to check in and I wanted to upgrade and since i purchased through Just fly they make impossible to even pay for an upgrade this company does nothing but take your money So now I am out 818 dollars which they get to keep this is complete bull$#*! no wonder they have so many lawsuits against them I guess the only way to get my money back is contact my lawyer.
Using skiplagged.com to search for flights, I selected JustFly as my ticketing agency and paid for our international travel at a good price. I was shocked to realize that after 5 hours of waiting, JustFly displayed my ticket status as "Processing". Called JustFly. Wait time was announced as 2-3 minutes, but I waited for 17 minutes. That's Ok. Then the customer agent Dalia told me that since the ticket price is at the lowest, the system will take up to 4 days to complete my request. I told her that this is ridiculous, that all the ticket online purchases I've been making for the past 30 years are processed to completion almost immediately. I also told her that after purchasing, I realized that Etihad is providing the tickets at the same low price, so there is no special price on this ticket through them. She then said she'll process my tickets "manually" (?) and within minutes, I received a confirmation email from Etihad. I'm glad I called JustFly and Dalia processed my tickets immediately, but this is NOT good. It really scared the hell out of me after I read through terrible reviews about JustFly's legitimacy. I advised her to work with her management to resolve this serious issue asap. A horror process but a Happy Ending. I double-checked on Etihad website and our tickets are indeed confirmed.
I was happy until, I am not able to get a credit not refund for my flight.
My husband is military and recieved a notification that he can not travel outside a 100 mile radius and no domestic flights. Yet I can not recieve a refund or credit at this time due to the corono19
My daughter moved to Melbourne recently and I was looking for affordable flights to Melbourne. While browsing the Internet, I was very surprised to see the affordable prices listed on Justfly.com and I was initially quite skeptical.
I decided to test the 'phone-in deal' and to my surprise, I had Riri who was professional and efficient. I rate her professionalism and efficiency 10/10. Justfly, com, you have a great employee in Riri. Riri asked me if I wanted to fly out of Boston in the AM, noon, PM and I replied that I needed her to find the flight with the shortest layover time in Los Angeles. She found me one. She put me on hold a few times to check her backend but it was for less than 2 minutes each time. She was informative and perceptive, to the point that she said it wasn't necessary to write anything down because I will receive the information in a follow-up email. I wish all customer service agents were like Riri. Thank you, Riri!
Attention all travelers that are considering to use justfly.com, please note I had an extremely horrible experience with them.
I used their "service" to book round trip flights from NJ to Aruba and back. They sent over to United my request and completely screwed it up. I went onto the United site to learn my departure to Aruba and then my return were both booked on the same day.
I called United to fix the issue and they said they could not, that I had to go through my travel agent.
When I attempted to contact Justfly.com, that's when I realized I made a major mistake by using this company. They have a "Contact an Agent" button, which leads you to pre written questions and answers, i. E. there was no way to get in contact with them. There was not even a chat session to utilize.
I was days before my flight and the airline would not help me and Justfly.com had no way to contact them to resolve anything. I was in a panic and only resolved the issue by literally driving all the way to the airport to speak with a United agent, who then fixed the problem for me.
This was a horrific experience.
I beg of you if you are reading this, please DO NOT use justfly.com.

They sold a trip to Belgium via Canada, while we specifically asked them not via Canada, seconds after we paid we saw the return flight was via Canada, and when we called back (it was a PHONE promotion, that was already more expensive since then intially advertised. 781 dollars we paid 1004 dollars not to go via Canada,) These people pretended not to speak English anymore! They spoke English to sell a ticket more expensive than advertised, one we did not want, and just said, cancel and pay 75 dollars! For the rest no speak English.
STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY.COM. I booked tickets on their site and received a cancellation the next day. I did it again and received another cancellation (supposedly problem with the last leg of my trip). When I finally spoke with the supervisor, after an 1 hour 50 min conversation ( mostly being on hold) i was told " If you don't like the way we do business, go somewhere else and book your tickets with the airlines not with us" THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Nothing special if compared with others, sometimes the prices are better, even though very close to other competitors.

My problem was addressed successfully but the agent was hard to understand. It took some effort on my part. I assume it's an outsourced service in another country.
Good price. Was easy to find all the tickets. I use justfly as one of my #1 searches. International flights are pretty reasonable. This was my 4th purchase.
Everyone was nice. I had no problems but it was a peaceful flight and everything done in an orderly fashion. Tickets were reasonable and given timely as well

I used Justfly to book my trip to South America and bought tickets for another trip months later. It gives me the best deals. Definitely will use again.
I don't see what this site offers that other travel sites don't do 100x better. I didn't notice that I had flexible dates chosen when I purchased making my flight a day after my dad went into brain surgery. I IMMEDIATELY called and instead of working with me to help me change my flight (I was offering to pay any difference to make this happen) they insisted I pay a cancellation fee worth 50% of the ticket. I told them to just cancel and booked with expedia for a dollar less with free 2 day cancelation.
