It was difficult to purchase tickets without the extra charges. The scrolling mechanism didn't work well and the seat choice part of the reservation was deceiving- it didn't tell me there was a fee for choosing seats until after I selected the seats. Then, it was impossible to change. So, I had to abandon the partially-finished order and start a whole new purchase. What should have taken 20 minutes took over an hour. I also had trouble scrolling past the extra charges for "upgrades," insurance, and free 24-hour cancellation.
I was able to get the flight I wanted, unfortunately the next day they delayed my flight which meant I could not get my connecting flight. I called Justfly to help me and they told me to call the carrier. I was disappointed in the reply. I called American and they worked with me. When I got to the airport, they gave me a voucher for a hotel room.

I had the WORST experience in my 24 years of traveling. Customer Service is a joke, barely speak English, selling you third party travel insurance that when you needed they don t want to have anything with it.

My husband and I purchased a ticket for ourselves and an infant seat ticket for our 6 month old baby for a round-trip visit from Seattle to Orlando... or so we thought. Through the online ticket booking we selected "infant with seat" and continued though to make our reservation. We paid for our tickets, including an extra charge for the infant seat.
Our trip to Orlando was just fine. We had our seats as planned. But, upon further investigation we noticed that we didn't have a seat for our infant for the return flight. Immediately, I called customer service to look into this. When I called I was informed that I only purchased the seat on the flight to Orlando, but not on the way back. When I questioned the charge for the infant seat, they informed me that was apparently again, only for one way. No where during the purchasing process was I informed that this was a one way charge. Also, as I talked to the customer service agent they informed me that they are not capable of purchasing an infant seat with the airline I am returning home in and that I must make that reservation myself. I am incredibly disappointed with how unclear this whole process and pricing was.
Justfly.com disguised it's the website to make it look like Emirates Airlines' website. Once booked, I found out I had only 24 hours to cancel, I could not change dates unless I paid the whole price of the ticket again, I was allowed to carry only one suitcase on the plane, not the regular two suit-cases allowed by the airlines. It was cheaper to buy a new return ticket. Justfly wanted the full amount again and then gave me a choice on line with long layovers. They were not answering the phone. Please never book a flight with Justfly.com, they are a rip off artist. The Government should look into this agency for deceptive practices.
Please save yourself time, money and aggravation... do not use JustFly.com. I did. Was interrupted by agent and promised a lower rate and seating. Ended up with no seating and higher plane flight on wrong date and time. To change, there are more fees (not low). Even if their wrong doing. The next month we found additional miscellaneous fees on our card. Please do not use this site. It ended up costing almost 3 times the fee.

(trustpilot asking not to curse... so I try not to). Booked a ticket with justfly. Com. Flight had a layover in China. Final destination was the Philippines. Because of the coronavirus The Philippines banned flights from China. So the Chinese airline OFFICIALLY started to give full refunds to passengers who had to cancel bc of the coronavirus. Called justfly 2/6/2020 and canceled the reservation. They said full refund is issuED. THEY DID NOT SEND ANY CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL. 10 DAYS LATER THE MONEY WAS STILL NOT BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD. So I called again. Inquired about the missing cancellation email and missing refund. GRACIOUSLY THEY SAID THEY CAN SEND ME A CANCELLATION EMAIL. ( arent they nice?). But they dated it 2/16/20 instead of 2/6/20... THEY SAID THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE REFUND FOR 8 FREAKING WEEKS! BECAUSE IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO REVERSE A CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION!... yeah... it takes about 10 seconds... so they are up to no good, holding money back for 2 months. Just wondering if they are able to make interest somehow on the money they sit on?... Very shady business practices!
I put a lot of time talking on the phone with Justfly's customer services, a lot of overwhelming and frustration and finally what was the results: one week behind my schedule and also I had to pay 560$ to buy a new ticket.

I found using JustFly very easy and a good experience except after pursching my ticket I never received a confirmation from Justfly not airlines. No receipt of statement showing my purchase. The only email was the one verifying my purchase was in progress and will receive a confirmation. I never did receive it not a receipt verifying the purchase using my credit card. I am still wanting a receipt.
