I generally won't score a company, I just won't buy anything further but this time I need to post a warning. Dealing with this company has been like nothing I've experienced in my 80 years. I thought I'd seen everything but no. The craftsmanship and the word is absurd in this context is terrible, unfinished seams, hanging threads, unattractive colors and inaccurate sizing. Then the return, refund rules are impossible to comply with if you chose to bother there is a 3 day delay before any response which is a chore to understand. After 2 or 3 emails they will offer a 30% store credit or 20% cash. Or you could return to China which is costly and they might not even recieve the package or they might not accept it so 30% off the same cheap ill fitting stuff not a good choice. My loss 80$ if I actually recieve the credit, Everything goes to charity and who would want it. Another life lesson!

I ordered two pairs of sandals, which took almost a month to receive. I ordered both pair in the same size. One pair fits and the other is at least a size or more larger. They were on sale for $50.00 each and if there is $5.00 worth of material in both I might be overstating. The sole on one pair is about 1/8" thick and at best could be called slippers. The other pair are to large and won't stay on my feet. I would NEVER order anything from this site again. While they look so nice in the pictures they are cheap looking and very poor quality. BEWARE. Take your money and visit a reputable store and purchase a quality shoe.

Took a long time for the order to come; there was not a return label; phone number to call on their website is out of the country-no USA number; packing slip in some english, item name in Chinese; no prices listed on the slip; no return address, impossible to return. Quality is very poor. Out of 7 items i can get use out 3 which are basically to wear around the house and backyard. Others will be given to good will. Takes too much of my time to figure out this matter. Wake up Call - go with places you are familiar with.

I bought 6 pieces from Just Fashion Now. I received them and they are so poorly made, they are unwearable. I reached out to the company who provided a shipping return label. When I went to post office, it was going to cost $27 to return this crap. I reached out to company and they said that was policy. I won't even give to charity because of the ridiculously poor construction. Look at photo of bottom of one of the never worn shirts. BEWARE!

I recently purchase from this company, and I was aware it was coming from China so I expected a delay. However when I did receive my order which was supposed to be a prom dress, I was completed and utterly disappointed. The dress was barely resembled the photo on the web, it sewn inside out, and it was extremely ill proportioned. Then they expect that you are going to pay to return it to receive only a partial refund. BUYER BEWARE, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

I fell for it! The clothes viewed were very nice looking and the prices good, however, the quality is exceedingly poor and the size chart not even close to reality. A size large dress is equivalent to an American size 4. I tried it on and thought I was going to have to cut myself out of it. My breasts were compressed more than a mammogram and my muffin top accentuated to the maximum degree. Pretty I was not bummed I am. If you value your self esteem don't purchase one thing from these magicians.

First of all, the items come from China so it took forever to receive my items, over a month. When I finally did receive my items I was very disappointed. The quality was horrible, the sizes were smaller than indicated. I asked for a return and they refused to give me any money, they kept offering to give me 15% of what I had paid and I kept telling them I did not want the products because the quality was terrible and the sizes were a lot smaller than what I had ordered. For example, I ordered an extra large sweatshirt and when it arrived it was like a child's large. And these were adult sizes. The women's clothing, the shirts were such terrible and poor quality I was embarrassed to of wasted any money on this company. Then when I asked for an exchange they kept refusing and I sent my items back, they refused to pick up my items and they were shipped back from China. No only did I waste money on the return to China, but I lost money on the items that I had purchased. Please do not give this company any of your time or money.

I made a huge mistake by ordering from JustFashion. The wait was long, which I could live with. The clothing is absolutely terrible! Poor quality fabric, terrible workmanship and sizing that doesn't seem to make any sense. I actually fell badly taking this stuff to Goodwill, it is that bad. When I thought I could return if I wasn't happy, found out it needed to be sent to China with a hefty shipping bill. I am sure this is their intent, to make it so painful (and expensive) that they never have to refund the customers money. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from them. You will be very disappointed.
