I ordered a size Large pair of linen slacks. What I got, weeks later than they promised, was a size 3XL. When I emailed them that they'd made a mistake, they sent me a complicated email back telling me I had to click into my account, and they're sorry I made a mistake on my order. Three emails later and I was still getting form emails from them. They actually suggested that, because it was almost impossible to send returns, that I should get the pants altered and they would give me a 15% discount on my next order. Their advertisements should be removed from the Internet. They are fraudulent and there is no way of getting past their form emails all of which blame the mistakes on the customer. Do not get involved with them.

Isn't your company tired of getting bad reviews or are you pple just evil and believe in ripping off all your customers. Please pple do not order from them. They have cute merchandise on the website but don't be naive and fall into their web. They should be shut down. You will get no refunds and they offer no legit way to return all of their screwed up orders. This is a total scam. They really aren't this stupid but they are that evil. I've had two orders; first one was not even what I ordered and they sent an XXL of something that awful, poorly made, cheap fabric and I ordered a medium. I chalked it up as a bad mistake. 2nd go around (shame on me), they sent a xxxL for a medium and once again not what I ordered. Please take this company down. They should be in prison for doing this illegal act. Such scam artists at work.
Mistake was mine for falling for it a 2nd time (shame on me),

I bought 2 dresses which were too small (their sizes!?). Sent goods back to Guangou, China costing me £9.00 which I will not get back! It took me 6 weeks to get the return address from them. Sent Post Office details of return, they said they would be paying me back BUT a month later, and they are saying they have not received goods back i. E. they will not be paying me the balance of the money they owe me. This company - these people are sharks and cannot be trusted. DO NOT USE THEM - EVER. It is the only way to beat these charlatans - eventually.

This is probably the WORST clothing sales outlet, I've ever dealt with. I regret now not doing more research. However, I'm paying the price now. After finding that every single piece of clothing I ordered was too small, poorly made, and had washed out colors. Finally, everything came late. In fact, one garment still hasn't arrived, though I placed the order about six weeks ago.

When I say too small, I mean TOOOOOOOOO SMALL! If you're foolish enough to buy from them, you should ignore their sizing information. Outfits sized 16-18 didn't fit my daughter who normally wears a 6, or maybe an 8 from a particular cheap source.

The fabric was low quality. I question whether it was even the fabric they advertised/labeled. Seams were often poorly stitched or gapped. The threads hung out in many pieces of clothing. Cutting was often irregular and this showed in the shape of the jackets, blouses, and dresses.

The pictures used by the company show vivid colored prints and bold, bright solids. What comes were dull and muddy. Not a single article of clothing came close to looking like what was advertised.

When I asked to return the garments, I was told the process of returning the garments meant sending the clothes to the single returns location -- in China. Even if the returns were accepted, I would likely not receive much refund. The alternatives? I could get a partial store credit or 15 percent refund on my purchase. That's right $40 from $300, but oh boy I get to keep material not suitable for rags. However, I'm still getting material that suggests I may not even get that.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF OPERATION!

Placed my order 6 weeks ago. They took money from pay pal, which I put on my credit card. Haven't received clothes. When I e-mail them, they say "been a delay, it will be this week",. I want to know why this company is still in business! I've never been cheated like this, and I WILL NOT LET THIS GO. They have no phone number, nor any explanations. This company should have a big red flag. I could have someone hand make the clothes I ordered, and wouldn't have taken 1/2 the time.

Please do not waste your money and time and cancel your order until you can. I ordered several dresses and bags and I was promised a 20 days delivery. After uncountable contacts, finally, they responded and I was told my order will be shipped "soon". The company provided a tracking number, which led nowhere. Please do not fall for the paid positive reviews. Cheap, horrible quality products and even worst customer service. Please save your time and money for something better. Eventually, 6 weeks later, my order arrived. On the next day, I submitted my return request for almost all products due to the cheap and horrible quality. I was told within 48 hours I would be contacted by their customer service and a return address will be provided. 2 weeks later, they still offered me an additional discount on their products to convince me to keep them, and threatened me with LARGE shipping expenses to China, customs fees and additional expenses, which I needed to pay if they would consider accepting my returned items. Please, save your time and money and DO NOT DEAL with this company and cancel your order until you can!. The quality of their products is nearly NOT as good as the picture shows and they promised a return/refund, just an empty promise. I submitted my return request on May 7th and still no refund and they still give me excuses. Do not deal with them, horrible products, horrible service.

I ordered 4 dresses from this site 8 March. I paid by credit card and the only was debited straight away. It took weeks from them to arrive and they were of the poorest quality that I have ever seen. There was no return information. After several e mails, I received a reply in a foreign language! I paid via PayPal and have opened a dispute with them.It was only at that point that I realised I had to return them to China. It cost £17.80 to return the items and I am awaiting a refund, A lesson learned. Do not buy from this company.
