This is a scam company based in China who do FAKE advertising and fake reviews of themselves. The are poor quality items, made cheaply and take months to get. They have no refunds and make you send items back to China at your expense, then claim they never received them. Will never refund. 0 stars

This website misrepresented merchandise, which was a woman's dress, in description and photo and made it impossible to return it within the 15 day limit. Customer service did not provide information about procedure for returning despite repeated requests. I sent the dress back to the shipping address, and have heard nothing further.

I give Just Fashion Now no stars.

What an appalling experience. If there had been an opportunity to give 'no stars' I would have done. I ordered the size they recommended for a size 10. When it came it was gigantic - unwearable. I have been communicating with them for about 2 weeks. They tell you to send it back - but warn you that you have to send it to China which will be expensive and lengthy for you. They then offer 'alternatives' which involve not returning the items in return for which they will give you 10% back or 20% off further goods. They suggest you could use the refund to alter the 'cloth'. For me the refund would have worked out at about £3.50 (on a dress that cost £25,70). Who could get a dress altered for that? I have been talking to them for about 2 weeks about how unsatisfactory this is but they are not interested. Finally they offered me 20% refund - £5.14p which because I don't have the time to argue anymore I accepted. I will never buy from this company again. It is not worth the hassle and you lose money.

Better Business Bureau should take these ads off the internet. Total bull$#*!. The dresses I ordered were like pillow cases with holes cut out. And this is the response when I tried to return them:

So, if you don't like it, and trust me, you won't, you can try to get a couple $ back. But I tried and I haven't seen it yet.

My order arrived and the dresses were sizes L and XL as requested. However, they were so small in the shoulders and arms that I couldn't even wear the XL, which had been intended as a gift. The cat silhouette design is charming, but the quality of the fabric is so poor that I would never have purchased them if I had seen them in person. Not worth the postage to return them -- they are going to Goodwill. Will not be ordering again.
