The clothes are crap. There is no way the models on the website and in their ads are wearing the same items I received. The fabric is terrible, all horribly synthetic, thin and everything is poorly cut and sized. AND THEN, when I tried to return, I found out how much it costs to return things to China! My cheapest option(with tracking) was $98.90! That's NINETY EIGHT DOLLARS! So I just made a $100 mistake ordering from Just Fashion Now. Be warned.

Below is what they advertised and what I received. That's a nope. Bait and switch.

Pictures look great! Just the shoes I wanted and liked the style and price. Waited for months with excuse after excuse and eventually they stopped communicating with me.
They then promised a delivery date which came and went. Eventually turned up and were obvious copies of the shoes depicted in the picture. Workmanship was poor to say the least and materials used were less (in fact exactly half the sole thickness) than the product details in the advert. This is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. I had the option to send them back - at my cost of course which I refused to do! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

IF THERE HAD BEEN A ZERO STAR CHOICE, I'D CHOOSE IT. I READ SEVERAL REVIEWS PRIOR TO PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM. SADLY NONE OF THE REVIEWS I READ EVER INCLUDED ANYTHING LIKE THEIR PRODUCTS LACKED MATERIAL MADE INFORMATION OR THAT WHEN THEY DID HAVE LABELS, THE LABELS WOULD BETRAY THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. I ORDERED NEARLY $800 WORTH OF DRESSES, SHOES, SKIRTS, & TOPS FROM THIS COMPANY, WANTING TO BELIEVE THEM AND GIVING THEM A CHANCE REGARDLESS OF ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS I READ. THE DRESSES, SKIRTS, AND TOPS I ORDERED WERE ADVERTISED AS EITHER COTTON OR LINEN OR COMBO OF THEM. BUT WHAT I GOT WAS POLYESTER IN LIEU OF COTTON OR COTTON/LINEN, AND THE THREE DRESSES I GOT THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE MADE 100% LINEN BUT THE LABELS SAID 35% LINEN & 65% COTTON. ACCORDING TO JOANN'S FABRIC EXPERT, WHICH COINCIDED WITH MY PRELIMINARY CONJECTURE OF THE PRODUCTS BASED UPON MY TACTILE EXPERIENCES WITH SYNTHETIC MATERIALS, THEY SAID IT DEFINITELY CONTAINED SYNTHETIC MATERIAL. THEIR SHOES AS U CAN SEE ARE COMPLETELY WITHOUT ANY MARKINGS IDENTIFYING MATERIALS MADE OR THE MANUFACTURER. I PAID SO MUCH MONEY TO THEM. I'D BETTER RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. BUYERS BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM OVERSEAS. UNFORTUNATELY, I WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANY RETURN SHIPPING COST EVEN THOUGH MORALLY THEY'RE LIABLE B/C OF THEIR FRAUD. LEGALLY, IF THEY WERE IN U.S.A., I'D SUE THEM IN COURT TO RECOOP THE RETURN SHIPPING FEES AND FOUR DAYS WASTE OF MY TIME AT $30/HOUR TO GET ALL THE ITEMS SHIPPED BACK TO THEM. I HAVE ALL THE PHOTOS OF THEIR FRAUD. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM WILL EVER ERASE THAT FACT. J*******, J*******

I bought an item from this company and the item that arrived is not the colour portrayed on their website, it looks a completely different shade and what arrived in the post looks not even similar so their photography is completely off and I am not happy with the colour I received. I explained this to the company, they continue to not reply to the actual statement about the colour but just that I have to pay for the return. They offered voucher and discount but I don't want the one they sent as it looks nothing like the colour on the website but their continue to say I have to pay for the return! They have still not replied to my statement about the misrepresentation of the colour on their own site.

I never received confirmation of order but did receive product I did not order. Also the pictures of items did not reflect the poor cheap quality of the material nor did any of the items fit. I immediately contacted my credit card company as there were no contact on the shipping slip or return address. I have disputed the charges as even on my credit card bill never provided any contact email or phone. After receiving the first package I was sent a second package with a different color received of the same 2 shirts that were in the first package received which I did not order but with a dress that I did order (that I recognized in the picture on a website that just popped up again on my cell phone) just a different color and that package was all in Chinese and again never ordered. I have since been trying to locate the site for return. I have disputed the charge of $76.84 with my credit card company and when looking for reviews found none. However this is poor service and Quality of product. I will continue to dispute charges and have advised my credit card company I looked for ways to return unwanted items but again nothing in either package. Since receiving the second package a day later all in Chinese I cancelled my card as compromised by your company. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well

Where does one start with a business this much of a mess? They purport to offer clothing in US sizes, yet equate a US size 10 with XXL. I ordered a simple linen dress in US size 10. It arrived VERY LATE and only after many emails between Customer Service and me. It is at least a size 20-22. It is so big a seamstress said it cannot even be altered or cut down. When I complained to JUSTFASHIONNOW customer service, I was told that after the printing that said "US Size 10" there was additional text reading "(XXL)." I assumed this size was offered on behalf of tiny Chinese/Vietnamese women, who would find a US Size 10 quite large. But no, somehow US customers are just supposed to know that US Size 10 is also XXL in US! JUSTFASHIONNOW.com refused to refund my money. And by the way, it took at least 20 emails between Customer Service and me to sort this out, even to my complete dissatisfaction. I would ask basic questions like "Who is the company that actually owns JustFashionNow.com and get no answer referencing this point. I resent the money, sure. And the fact that I do not have a wearable dress that looked nice. But most deeply I hate the fact that this company ate so much of my time. Be warned. NOTE that I cannot upload a photo because the pix on the site are 40KB, and SiteJabber demands 300x300 pixels. Coincidence that JFN provides tiny photo files only? You judge.

It took almost a month for them to send out the order and it was only part of the order. It took almost another month to get here. When the partial order arrived it was very poor quality and the sizing was wrong and I did measure to be sure of the fit. However, I have to say the return processed is worse. I have still yet to have an address to return the items but they did offer:
"Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
They also state you must respond to the email within 7 days or they close the account.

I just want my money back!

This is a ripoff company. STAY AWAY
