Anything and everything, all my Christmas and birthday gifts and casual clothes, shoes, underwear, jewelry have been purchased online. Delivery is good, returns are good, so I choose to buy large quantities, excellent garments at an excellent price.

I have 2 months shopping here, for its excellent quality jewelry among other products. And what I like the most is the customer service. I am very satisfied to be a client because my orders always arrive to me well and the answer they immediately give me.
Great selection! Easy shopping. My order of ten shirts was delivered in three shipments over the course of almost a month. The website inadequately describes the fabrics and sizing. A total return is in the works, for which I am expected to pay postage and customs expenses.

I originally emailed them to ask them when they would have a dress back in stock that I liked enough and then again for advice on what size would fit me best. Both encounters were pleasant; They respond quickly to emails, they are friendly and very helpful
I paid for my items to come in 48 hours, and 3 weeks later I have received nothing. I am asking for a full refund but I do not expect to get one based on previous reviews. I feel like an idiot for ordering off their site.

The quality of the clothing is not very good at all. The pictures on the models look like nice linen blouses and they are cheap polyester. The t shirts are not bad but I don't think I'll be purchasing any more items as I was pretty disappointed.
Items are so different than what you find in stores. I hope they come as they appear on your site.

I previously wrote a bad review about the submission process with SheIn. However, things have changed and your customer service department has been very kind to my concerns. They gave me my money back and they wanted to make sure I was happy. Approved by customer service.
Design and vibrant colors interested me in these items in the first place. Unfortunately, when I tried them on the fabric was too tight across the bust. I conclude that their sizing runs smaller than standard U.S. sizing and customers need to be made aware of that.
Not bad so far. Even after looking at your size chart and ordering a size larger, they were still incorrect. Especially the shoes. I ordered two times larger size and could hardly get my big toe in. Very thin. The colors were way off. It was however the light of the camera. The purple is a beautiful purple with the camera but in person it is dull and a different color. I have never in life ordered something, completed the transaction, the company has already been paid for the goods, and only then be directed to shipping, which added another $11 to my total. By then, PayPal has already charged me for the blouses, so there's no way out. I'm forced to pay overpriced shipping- I would have cancelled the order right at the start because $11 is too much to pay to ship a couple of blouses. What a sneaky thing to do!

The back of blouse I received with the map of the world was inside out. You had to look in a mirror to read it! I gave it charity since customer service is so slow and not customer focused.

I have ordered multiple items multiple times and have always received my clothes without problems. I don't recommend buying jewelry, it's my taste, but clothes have never let me down. They provide customer images on some items, so if in doubt, read the reviews and see the photos. I recently ordered seven shirts and after a week I received an email informing me that my order was on its way and I was awarded points, which is equal to store credit. Congratulations on the good service!
Bought several dresses all such rubbish material, tried to return them, no address after loads of emails finally had a return address, returned them all to be told only 2 will be refunded as the others were returned later then the 15 day return date,,, there fault for delaying sending address,, after tons of emails still no money back,, don't think I'll get my refund not to be trusted this company
It was not my intention to ever order from you again, based on a previous experience. Somehow when I was online, I switched from a California clothes shop to your site without knowing. Once again, several of the items I ordered were made poorly or fit poorly. The process of returning items is extremely complicated and costly, but I have returned three items anyway.
Knowing that I'm getting a really great price for the items, I know the quality may not be as good. I accept that. My problem is figuring out the sizing. Everything is different. So you read the size chart to figure out what your size is for that particular item, and then when it arrives, it doesn't fit as it says. I know I can't return the item, as it's too costly. So every once in a while, I take my chance. Out of five (5) items purchased, I may be happy with 2.

These blouses are perfect for me. I bought both black and pink in the '2 for $ 60' offer, which is a good deal. High quality material, thicker than expected, ideal for offices that have the air conditioning on all the time. I could have bought the XS since the cardigan is a bit loose, however wearing the S with bras is good because there is a little more room in the arms. I highly recommend it for a basic item that doesn't break the bank.

Washed 1 top immediately to shrink it a bit... it worked. Quality of materials is better than I expected. Overall... Very Pleased with my order.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
