Nothing fits and when I contacted you, I was told that returns are very expensive and was offered a 15%refund! When I ordered I understand that it was easy to return items, which turns out to be the exact opposite. I am extremely disappointed, and what am I supposed to do with items that don't fit?

The sizes are certainly not adequate. I ordered size 3X and they fit like a 1X, so I can't even wear them, well I can but they look horrible. It took almost a month to get my order. Your clothes look beautiful on your site, but a little deceiving.

I got some really nice deals but I found the sizing was so different from one item to another. I had to check each item very carefully. The sleeves were quite a bit smaller than they should have been on some items so I am returning them.

Products have arrived and I am happy with all of them. My experience, from, ordering, to shipping and follow up customer service have all been excellent.

My shopping experience was great. There were a variety of items to choose from. However, I had to start a return for the item because the item was too small. I would like a refund for the item or larger size. The size I ordered was a 3XL but needed a larger size.

Interaction slow. No way to tell delivery for order. Very hard to read.

Good, but this is my first order from you. I do not know if you can compete with Amazon when it comes to delivery. I also will judge your product when I see it. If not then I will return it if it does not meet my expectation as to fit and material.

Cheap. Super thin material. Print is pixelated and blurry. 3XL is equivalent to a size 16? Really? I ordered 8 items. Only 2 fit. They all run small. All were the same, blurry, distorted printing and super thin fabric. CHEAP and ridiculous. I waited a month to get them. Not bothering with return. Lesson learned. They aren't worth returning for someone else to get ripped off.

Update: I was asked to remove this review. But the quality is the issue, and that needs to be known. The money lost is not important. I do not want anyone else to lose out by a bad experience.

The size chart suggested i wore xl pants and lg top - they are all really large on me and are being donated to salvation army, suggest correcting that size chart - also my one shirt - the scalloped neck snowflake shirt was missing from the order

In this website we girls can find things that we cannot find in another online boutique, and that is what I like and why I have been ordering it for more than a year.

Placed order in October, have not received, it's now December... they sent me an email saying replacement order will be sent... WHY! HAVEN'T RECEIVED FIRST..

This was a total loss. The sweater I bought only resembled the ad in that it was indeed a multicolour sweater. It was nothing like the photo and I wouldn't have given it a second glance in a store. When I tried returning it no specific return address was given, only a city name in China, with a warning that shipping costs and fees would almost equal the refund. They offered to pay back 15%. Will never buy from this company again.

I'm deleting my access to this site. Very cute clothes in the pictures. Real clothes are cheaply made and not so cute. They did fit though. And returning is a real pain.

Shirt I ordered was very poor quality. Could not be bothered sending it back. Would not order again

I found the website easy to navigate but the pictures weren't the same as the colours and fabrics received. Tunic style tops were body hugging snug instead of loose and flowing. And a golden yellow in an art print arrived in almost a fluorescent yellow that doesn't flatter my pale skin. Sizing was definitely off for plus sizing.

First of all, it take 4-6 weeks minimum to receive your order. Second, alot of the clothing is cheaply made. It is hit or miss when you order something. Third, well decide for yourself after an example of their customer service. In October I placed an order for a few items. After 3 weeks I looked to see if there was any status on shipment. All was being processed except one item said "Out Of Stock". I contacted customer service & was assured I was getting mine, it just says that now because there are no more. On 12/1 I contact them again. I am not getting mine, no one contacted me regarding this, no refund of funds were made... nothing! I guess they would have just kept my money if I had not caught it. They said sorry & they would gladly give me an exchange for something else under $18. The only other sweatshirt that praised Jesus was $8 more, the meaning is why I wanted the original shirt. I asked if they would exchange for that at no extra cost, since they have held onto my money for so long. They would not budge & told me it would be another 2 weeks before I would receive my refund. I will not be ordering from them again.

I often buy clothes from this website, the prices are great for what you get, I only had to return a shirt once because it was too big. They refunded me the day after I received it, which is good considering it says up to 9 days for the refund. Some clothes are not as good as the picture shows, but if you check the reviews first, some show customer pictures and then decide whether you want to buy the clothes or not.
