The descriptions said "cotton blend" which from previous experience with in-store shopping I assumed meant at least 50% cotton (otherwise, it would say "synthetic blend"?). The shirts are made of very thin, mostly synthetic fiber that has very little substance and looks limp and sags on the body. Too much trouble to return, but I doubt I will ever wear them.
Description for this order # is "Striped Sweatshirt" but I did receive what I ordered: a PAISLEY JERSEY!
I love it! However, my 2nd ordered didn't go so well. In fact, I sent an email to support a few minutes before I received his email!

JustFashionNow advertises very nice clothing that is why I ordered 6 pieces of clothing from them. They were each HUGE eventhough I ordered smalls and they were very cheaply made. Looked nothing like the clothing that was advertised. It is costing me $65.00 to send them back. I am so frustrated with this company. I want everyone to know DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I am sad to say I had a horrible experience the product took almost 1 month to arrive and after the event, only one product was exactly as the website and good quality ( sweater) the Coats were poor qualtity. Also I did not receive the heart shape belt now that I think about it. Note this was my first time shopping here.

Overall my experience has been pretty good. 0% the website is a bit confusing to me I believe I've written you about it before that it's confusing when I have ordered something and I come back to a comment that my order is about to expire when I've already ordered it. The products appear to come from California I'm sure they begin in China but there should be a return possibility to California in my opinion.

I received a sweater I didn't like (looked different in person than online). No issue there. I contacted them to return it and here's the response I received.
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s).

This means that for a $40 sweater... if you don't like it or something is wrong with it, even if you don't damage it, don't even unpack it, and want to return it, Just Fashion Now will only refund you $6.00 while they pocket $34 OR you personally have to pay to ship it to China (expensive). My order took over 2 months to arrive. Mynumerous queries were answered in a form letter
weeks after I inquired. I was told my item was stuck in customs but was now on its way. 3 weeks later I was told they were sending me a replacement, so it never was stuck in customs. The order arrived, super poor quality, super poor everything. Item was presented as cotton, but is some unknown synthetic. I am now bombarded with ads from them. I will not order from them again.

Not the greatest experience. Product not well made but sadly do not fit. Approx. Ten minutes after placing order, I rec'd. An email saying order didn't go through and to re-order. So, unfortunately, I did only to see a second email saying (first) order was rec'd. After all. I called customer ser. And was told they would try to stop the second order, but probably couldn't. Did they think I was going to keep two prs. Of the same shoe? So now I have to return both pairs of poor quality shoes/mocs that do not fit. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I don't understand how JustFashionNow has gotten such good reviews on sitejabber. The quality of clothing is terrible, and the sizes are totally inconsistent. Returning the items is practically impossible, unless you want to pay postage to China and possibly be responsible for any custom charges as it reenters the country. Ordering from them was a total waste of money, AND they are being investigated by the Better Business Bureau.
