I went to "Coldwater creek" on google I clicked it, not realizing that the web site by it was not COLDWATER CREEK. It was just fashion now. I ordered, still not realizing this. When I did not get a confirmation I called the Real Coldwater creek. They told me they had no order for me. After I researched this I found out my money went to Just fashion now. I reported this to my bank but they said unless I called the company and discussed this myself they could do nothing. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER! Finally, after 6 wks I received some clothes. Sizing was way off! The items labels medium were really LARGE SIZE. PLEASE STOP USING COLDWATER CREEK NAME!

Kept changing the size of items added to cart... the order process kept changing the sizes on items and had to check again each time placed item in cart.
Took 3 weeks to get the order and the sizes were not realistic to sizes in USA... the only item that actually fit was the pants. Shirts must run larger because were way too big in shoulders and arm length.

Kept changing the size of items added to cart...
I ordered several tops for my wife in a size "small". All of them were much larger than she could wear. I would not recommend anyone ordering tops from this site since they didn't fit, it took much longer to receive the goods, and it would be very difficult to return any of the items. The site photos were embellished and the products were not as represented on the site.

The items I bought are attractive and well made. I wear a larger size and I found that in accommodating my weight, it seems to be assumed that I'm much taller so leggings had to be shortened by 6 inches and sleeves either pushed way up or tailored to fit. However, given the excellent prices, paying for a bit of tailoring is worth it I think.
I thought the top was just beautifull with glitter but it wasnt not glitter at all need to send them back i need a return slip for the first one its out of the bag never wore too big and did not know i was being charged for another i only wanted 1 but the first one did not come till late and oredered another thinking the order never went through now i have 2 and it needs to come off my husbands charge

Good priced- but fabrics are not what i expected. Not typical for sweatshirts or blouses. If i had known i might not have bought them, but they look good so they'll be ok.
Sizes run small. I need to return a few items but must have order number. No receipt in package and website not recognizing my email even though I get several emails daily from them, so no order number for returns.
